Only 3 notification icons on status bar

Hello,
So After I updated to MIUI 12 few weeks ago, my notification count on status bar went down to 3, and after 3 its just a dot. While it can freely have 6 or even more notifications.
Here's a photo:

As you can see, it can clearly fit ore than 6 notifications before the notch.
Is there a way to fix this?

Question What is this "other" app consuming battery?

Testing my p3 on power saving mode from 100% to zero. But I don't know what is this "other" app consuming 17% of the battery. Anyone knows?

Without root, can't know.
But probably Gservices.

On newest miui I have the same problem, around 17% consumption by "others" apps

Nothing.

If you have Magisk, it can be the prob about the core 0. If not, idk :S
