M buying redmi note 5 pro 4gb/64gb and i have few question
1. Does this phone have good custom ROM/Kernel support? and are this developers currently(active) working on this device ? it seems like only PE and PE Extended is up to date..
2. Few days ago i have been reading about hardbrick(ARB brick) , ARB , EDL flashing & Mi Authorize account to flash and all that stuff... it seems like if u brick your device it is big pain in the a** to get it back to normal (as compare to my Xperia Z1 and Z2) but is it possible..?
3. Is GCAM working properly on Indian version(Normal Photo and Normal Video atleast..)?
my budget is less and i dont want to spend more money(atleast for 1 year) on POCO F1 or Oneplus 6 hence i decided to buy Redmi note 5 pro after searching on XDA...
The only thing i want in my phone is few stable custom ROMS , kernel is not an big issue i can build my own kernel ...

i started when my phone damage due to a trebelizer partition i parition wrong and then
after my phone running again in stock rom miui official i flash the lineage os rom i think my efs is being damage theres no signal

Can i use android 9 stock bootloader to android 10 11.0.2.0 version??
No . i did that and stuck on bootloop , dont flash above bootloder to 11.0.2.0 or android 10 maybe.

It's for Android 9 stock Recovery not for Android 10
However today I share Android 10 stock Recovery with few details.
hi guys, i have a redmi 9 note pro (joyeuse) 128gb that was running fine with miui 12.0.5 A10 during more than a year with absolutly no problem.
But then for no reason i decided to update to miui 13.0.1.0 A12 just to test it.
and now i'm back to miui 12 android 10 with sound problems bugs lags. no way to play Mp3's correctly without sound bugs.
I got all system apps updated . phone root magisk, boot unlock and debloater . i tryed removing some xiaomi system apps.
flashin . reflashing the rom etc. no way to get Android 10 without this lag/ sound bug.
only way left is to go to android 12 that i dont want ... :/
If you guys heard about this problem or have any solution will be with great pleasur .
