Negri has Titanium GN for $595.50 shipped

First off, not at all affiliated with Negri.
Hey guys though I'd inform everyone that Negri Electronics has a sale going on right now for limited time. They're selling the Canadian version of the Titanium 16gb Galaxy Nexus for $595.50. The coupon "GIFT" works for $30 off ontop of that. $565.50 with free FedEx shipping and no tax if you live outside NV.
I just cancelled my pre-order for the white model and purchased one. REALLY wanted the white version, but I just can't justify the $120 price increase for it. (yes its just a placeholder and their actual price may be lower, but I still can't take that risk. Its serious money!)
The CAN version will not come with straight yakju, but I'll simply flash it the day I get it anyways.
Thought I'd share the great deal. Hope it all works for you guys too.

I did! Got shipping confirmation and tracking # from Google Checkout about an hour ago. No info yet, of course. CS says 3-5 business days. I'm hoping for this coming Wednesday.

I did the same thing about half an hour ago. I was going back and forth about getting the international version from negri but when I saw the Canadian version and the GIFT coupon worked I went for it!!

Looks like both CAN and Int'l models are pentaband. Why the difference in price? Is it because Canada already has a GSM model for sale?
I bought the Int'l version from Negri in the beginning of December, and it's great. Only problem is the vibrate function started acting strange. I sent it in for "international warranty" which is about 3-4 weeks. Any word on how long it will take to fix for the CAN model?

I'm assuming its just cheaper for them to import from Canada to NV than from the UK, and they got a better deal. They're on a limited supply sale as well, which could also explain it.

Probably a similar amount of time I'd assume. they still have to receive it from you, then setup the warranty exchange and ship it somewhere else in the world to be worked on.

I have found an almost new Moto Z Play on eBay for £238, is this still a good buy? I have a Nexus 6P and the battery is beyond bad, I wand decent performance, screen and headphone audio, plus amazing battery life. I can't find it brand new anywhere in the UK (apart from for £338 on Amazon). So would I be stupid to buy it for £238 from eBay? I've heard that the performance is deceptively good for a mid-ranger!

I'd say its still a good buy as a phone yes. Try looking on swappa too and see if you can get a lower price

I was in John Lewis MK and they were selling it for £260 sealed last month.

I've had a look online and no retailers have it now I think last month was pretty much the last month it was sold.
Just checked, they sell almost every moto phone but the Z play!
Let me know if you see one anywhere?

I am so glad you sent that, that is the one I saw for £238. So you can vouch for them being legit? They describe it was 'like new'.
How were they to deal with?
They only have 1 left, so if you say they were fine to deal with, I'll buy it straight away!

Bro seriously buy it. Iff it is anything like the condition mine was in its a bargain mine is like brand new all youll need is a Uk shaving adapter. The company is legit.

And it works with all the UK network bands and stuff?

Yes it a european model only the chinese ones have issues with EE and 02. I am on 3 and everything fine i get Lte but because i rooted and installed a custom rom i cant get Volte to work.

good luck mate let me know how you get on. I really like motorola phones because of the long battery life and amount of development they get. I previously had a lenovo p2 which is sold because of the lack of development.

Yep, lowest $96something. There was one for $94omething but they sold quick... Ended up getting mine for $975 or thereabout.

I have a brand new one that I haven't even taken out of the box. I'm about to send it back to Samsung. Got all caught up in the pre-order hype, but finally decided it was too big.

I got mine from bestbuy without a preorder at regular price.

I got mine at an AT&T store without a preorder.

I forgot to mention, I am from Canada.
From what I recall, there were quite limited numbers even in the US.
Do any of you guys know what avenues I can go through to aquire one?

None of the Best Buy stores in Austin will be carrying it per instore Samsung rep. Trying to find one around Austin/San Antonio area.

I purchased mine online from AT&T, no preorder. It came in three days.

Bought one last week from BB. It took 9 days to get it.

Basically... yes. Go to ebay, and find somebody selling it with the proof of purchase. As long as you have that you get the concierge + one time $150 screen replacement. I paid 2200 for mine.

I bought mine on a EE (UK) contract for £50 up front (took about a week to come). Shame it's costing me £119 a month, but I do get 2 years of Amazon Video, plus 6 months of Apple Music and few other extras. I worked it out that it's only slightly more than getting an iPhone 11 Pro Max, but you are getting something far more unique with the Fold.

The Fold isn't sold in the Netherlands, so I ordered one from Samsung Germany. This had the bonus of scoring me the 5G model (F907B), too.

Got mine from the Samsung Store in the UK, they had 2 in stock at the time (9 days ago)

i just waited for the reveal of the motorola razr, and what a shame, the leaks from months ago were all accurate.
now i'm really considering the fold.

The Razr is nice and all that, but those specs and that battery don't cut the mustard at that price IMHO

Buying a used Fold. UK Unlocked. Considerations?

Ways wanted one, never willing to spend the money. Would be interested in a used model possibly but I have a few questions:
- Does a used model still have the UK Samsung protection? Is it one screen replacement for a few hundred quid?
- Does the UK Unlocked model work OK with Voda 5G? I was upgraded to a 5G plan but don't have a 5G phone.
- Scanning through this forum it seems like the update situation isnt great... I guess this device will always be the last to get updates?
Does it make any sense to get this device in early 2020?

You only have 30 days to sign up for the premium care. I'm sol on the one I bought used lol.

Also in uk ee are exclusive with it or buy from samsung but like you said get 2nd hand

I got mine on Ebay UK just a couple of days ago, good price (I think) 1100,- with shipping.
Device is like new, also the screen, so it's possible to find a good one.
Only ask them for pictures of the display, I contacted a lot of them and some of them send me good pictures where the screen was really bad but the listed it as "Like new". So be aware of that.
