Screwed my G Pad V700 up. - G Pad 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Can anyone help?
I got an LG G Pad 10.1 V700 a while back that originally was a tablet for a medical office and had a customized launcher that only had kind of like a brochure system on it.
I managed to do an upgrade using LG PC Suite and got the factory system back up and running. It was running great and recently I rooted my Coolpad Catalyst and decided to do the LG pad too. I used Kingoroot.
The Cataylst rooted fine but when I did it on the LG it said it was already rooted. I figure they must have rooted it to make it function like they wanted for the medical office.
Well yesterday I put the app My Spectrum (cable company) on it to see why I was having an internet outage and it complained about the rooting but worked anyway. I remember when I was trying to root my Android head unit in the car using Magisk I found that Magisk has many ways to hide the rooting from apps that don't want to work on a rooted device. So I tried to install Magisk on the tablet and it installed it and gave a button to reboot but when I did it's now stuck on the first LG static screen and on the top left it says "Error: boot certification verify".
I tried to do a hard factory reset using the buttons and click the button yes to do it but it keeps coming back to the static screen and the error.
Does anyone know how I can fix it?

I can't even seem to get my computer to recognize it no matter what LG drivers I use nor do I seem to be able to get the tablet into "download mode" that I've read about in searching for a fix.
All I can get it to do is go into the factory reset which doesn't fix it, some CS and S/N screen, the static LG logo with the Error: boot certification verify on the top left and a non-animated charge screen.
I can't even seem to get the unit to stay off.
Have I hard bricked this damn thing? Is there no way for me to fix it?

[Q] Possible Hardbrick?

Hello, so i tried to install TWRP on my gpad, but it ended up in a bootloop.
i tried using the LG Mobile Support Tool to 100% stock.
during the install process it seems that my gpad died.
I can no longer use the gpad, i cant even access download mode im stuck at a complete black screen.
Does anyone know of any solutions, or is my best bet sending it back to LG.(Im guessing it wont be covered under warranty)
Thanks in advanced

Bricked G Pad V500; Tried Everything

Hi all,
I just bought a Nexus 9 and I am selling my G Pad to a friend. I was running the V18 build and been happy with it ever since it appeared. However, today I tried to factory reset the device and it just boot looped complaining of a secure boot error, presumably as I was rooted. I tried to restore the tablet by using the official LG tool and the "Update Recovery" method yet that fails at 4% each and every time. I then tried to do the method found here (which I remember working, but not sure how I got it to work months ago). http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2692505
I have the drivers all installed okay, the PC is finding the tablet fine, however when trying to flash the TOT file I get "Download Fail" at the same point every time with an error like "00064" every time. I think this could be due to the low batttery and I have no left it charging in download mode (if this does charge?).
I'm not sure what else I can try now, the tablet is stuck in download mode and I cannot do anything with it, any help is appreciated and I can provide info to be more clear if needed.
Thanks all,
Tom.
Hi, I've had the same problem. For me the only solution was to install Windows XP (English version) and the progress bar magically skipped 4th percent. I think it has something to do with LG TOOL not being compatible with some Windows (languages) versions. You can give it a try, please let us know if it worked.

LG G3 boot loop, any solution?

Hi all, I've had some issues with my G3 and have got to the point where I need the advice of wiser heads to try and fix the problem!
The phone seemingly died during an update a few weeks ago, but I was able to fix it using LG's tool and upgrading to Marshmallow. Then a few days ago with no warning the phone froze, and gets stuck in a bootloop at the LG screen, with the flashing LED. If I try to factory reset, I just end up with the Android Droid with a red triangle and I can't get any further. I've tried numerous guides I've found to try and reinstall the stock firmware, all without success. (I haven't tried accessing bootloader as I have download mode available). LG's own tool gets stuck at 4% when I try to recover, and I've tried the LG Flash Tool but get an error at 6% (LAF_READ_GPT_FAILED) using the 8974 dll. I've also tried the LGUP tool but that gets stuck at 6% (Error can't communicate with phone[Kilo Packet]. The phone was not rooted and is a 16GB UK version (model D855). I just seem to be going in circles now trying to find a solution, I suspect somewhere along the line I'm using the wrong combination of programs/TOT/DLL files so I could really do with someone pointing me in the right direction here!

Full unroot got me stuck

Hello, I wanted to unroot my phone from SuperSU, using the Fully unroot thingy that it has. After letting it be for awhile i realized it was just only at the bootup screen where the LG logo is and blue light was slowly blinking. Now I've tried LG flash tool to get me back to factory settings and I've tried different .kdz files, none of them seems to work. Furthest I got: I saw the firmware's name on my phone screen for a few seconds and then it dissappeared. Always LG Flash Tool fails after 9% and it says "Upgrade stopped due to an error." I have no idea what to do anymore with my phone. Any help is appreciated! Computer only recognises my phone when it's in firmware update mode.

Lg g4 h811 stuck at boot animation after root

I made an account just to ask this question because I’m honestly at a loss lol I’ve been reduced to using my girlfriends old iPhone and I miss my G4 ?
Anyways I recently had installed TWRP on my G4 along with the most recent version of Lineage OS on my phone. Not too long after that a new build came out so I updated my phone but I lost root access after that. I tried to root it again by flashing Supersu using TWRP but I guess I messed up a step along the way because afterwards my phone hasn’t been booting properly. It stays stuck at the animation screen after the LG logo appears.
I’ve tried to access recovery mode using the buttons on the phone but it doesn’t work. The only thing I can do is enter download mode but even then when I plug in my phone to my computer it doesn’t recognize my phone.
I feel like I’ve searched everywhere for answers but I’m clueless right now lol I would really appreciate any advice or help! I wanna get back to using my Android this iPhone isn’t the same ? I can provide any other information as needed.
