Awesome thank you. I am planning on ordering the phone soon, like today. Currently have the Mi Max 3. There is a private development channel for that with a couple devs and some testers. A bunch of us have discussed moving to the 9s or up coming 9 Pro.

Awesome work
First of all I want to say that this rom is freakin smooth which is amazing considering this is the first custom rom (that I'm aware of) for our device, seriously good work.
That being said I have run across two minor annoyances:
1) Device appears to not be certified in Google Play (pretty common for custom roms and not a big deal for me because I don't use google pay or anything)
2) Touching (not pressing) the fingerprint scanner/button seems to trigger the first thing that it finds on the screen, like it'll randomly open apps or add a space on a text field. I can't seem to find an option to turn that off.
This rom is daily driver material for sure.

This is due to fp layout on device tree it was on my old phone as well, this easily fixable will do it soon, the Google play store issue is because of Google and it's security patches nothing we can do about that XD

Bluetooth audio not working for me, it pairs but still plays through speaker. Everything else seems to work great!
Edit: actually it doesn't play media through jack either, but call audio works.

About Project:
Citrus-CAF, unlike the name suggests, was initially based off CyanogenMod, in the early days of Marshmallow, we even had another name at that point. Later, taking into consideration feedbacks of the very first slew of testers and carefully studying the needs and demands of our users, we rebased the project to Code Aurora Sources, more commonly known as CAF. Time went by and Nougat released, and we decided that it was time, Citrus-CAF had to see the daylight. We rebased everything to the brank spanking Nougat released. Later we realized the true potential of CAF tags, how each of them altered the device performance on different SOCs. After a lot of thinking, we decided to keep different sources for difference SOCs in our git and hours of debugging later, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 was the first device to get a taste of our Tangy Nougat. In the beginning, it was just two people behind , but in time, a lot of people joined us, as each giving their own contibutions.
Citrus-CAF was built to create an amazing combination of customization, performance and most of the demanded features by our users, whereas we've Cardinal, to deliver minimal customizations, but the greatest stability!

no music player i have found
The battery light always stays green when charging
(it should have been red while charging and green when fully charged ; that gives an idea if the phone is charging or is charged )
Launcher3 and pixel launcher r same .. in looks
having 2 same launchers is wierd (i have uninstalled the pixel launcher )

1.) What to do if My Phone got bootloop or not booting ??
You have changed vendor, or modified vendor(not stock), OpenKirin vendor will never ever work,, so get Pure stock vendor of your device... it will work for sure... if still not, change you data filesystem...
2.) What to do if my SIMs are not working ??
Go to Extras, disable dual sim, reboot phone,, now read carefully,,
1. Install hex editor app from playstore
2. Make sure you have file explorer with root privileges
3. Open hex editor and find modem,id file on this location root/sys/firmware/devicetree/base/hisi,modem_id and open it.
4. Write down all numbers in first row
5. Then go to root/system/vendor and find phone.prop and open it with text editor.
6. Find your modem id by using search and type 0x3xxxxxx where X is your number from hex reader
7. Then make it look like this:

even signal shown a bit low but network works... and camera is of omni rom, camera2 i guess...

After dirty installion, fingerprint does not work since sensor touch is useless.
After clean installion, fingerprint setting disappeared.
Tried clean installion again but this time it's same as dirty installion.

can you expect future regular updates or is the ROM just a flash in the pan like the ports of Resurrection Remix, crDroid etc.?

My Sensor is death since the middle of the 14.1 ROMs to current 16
think it is a general problem, all ROMs come in principle from the same source code
With a very old 14.1 Backup it is working
had such a problem with another device, there was switched to another sensor during the production. Old ones continued to work, new ones needed to be adapted. It also took forever until one was believed and one really got to the bottom of the error. Maybe there was also a hardware change here and one continues to work only with the old source code.

Battery performance was good...but the camera app was missing, fingerprint was missing...the botton leds are not lighting up...i felt the performance was good...smooth ui and animations.
There was no update option within the settings.
Will there be any future regular updates for this rom?pls give a reply..many developers are droping there updates after releasing some updates for nubia z17 mini.
Hoping for future updates.

Fingerprint now working fine...thank you for the update.
Navigation buttons lights was working first..now it's not.
Volte not working.
Double tap screen off not working.
Hoping to work around these too...waiting for the updates...
All other seem to be working good now..will post if I found out any new bugs

Gpay is now fixed thanks to @Inkypen and he will be working on everything else too , soon we will have a EVERYTHING working lol, will make a new build later, to see if he fixes anything else first

5G actually might be working, i just cannot test it , hence the options on the first post, someone who lives in a 5g area , please test lol, after a few tests I can confirm it does NOT work

Hello, the firmware works fine, there are no interface lags, but I ran into a problem. On any firmware based on Android10, YouTube, the camera and any application in which the video is played terribly lags. Is there anyone who has faced the same problems?

This bug will be resolved soon thanks to @Inkypen , it's an issue with the display hal, once fixed will post as I too am eager to get those things working

I'm having android auto issues with this rom. It worked at first but now crashes every time. No idea why. Other than that and the known camera issues, this rom is superb and definitely my favourite I have tried

Ahh, I will look into that issue since it's a minor, thanks for notifying me, turns out it's a bug within the rom and that wireless android auto is fine , however wired is completely broken, I don't know if that's your issue tho, works fine for me on wireless

I have tried uninstalling everything. Unpairing etc. If you could tell me how to send a log I could try to that but I have no idea. It did work so don't know if it's just become incompatible with an app update of some sort

If you have root access try a thing called matlog on magisk and just do what you usually would have done with the app so it records the crash, or you can try on pc .\adb logcat > "name of log".txt

Ok, I tried that, but the phone crashed when it connected so I couldn't save a log? I was unable to take a screeenshot also as the screen was frozen. Had to hold power to restart

Yeah sorry about that, it's a bug , but don't worry the next update will be a big one I don't see the point of making a new build with little bugs fixed, waiting for enough and especially that one the next kernel version will also be 4.14.175 'which is now failing to boot due to Xiaomi not releasing kernel sources
