It came from openmx rom, I decided to use lineage os 17.1 everything ok except for the mods that I could not use, I decided to go to lineage os 16 to enjoy the dark mode at 100% but when updating ... I stayed in bootloop it restarted, I opted for install lineage os 17 again, and ran out of baseband I have been downloaded all the variants and I can not return the baseband, any solution?

Stop flashing things and do not re-lock your bootloader for any reason, it doesn't fix anything. What was your original software channel?

ok, the only thing i remember is that it was openmx, but i already installed all the mexican roms and my baseband doesn't come back.
I have a complete backup of the system but it cannot be restored well and the moto logo does not pass, I have the following data from the recovery of the twrp.
ro.boot.bootdevice=1da4000.ufshc
ro.boot.bootloader=MBM-3.0-nash_retail-43c7c77-190920
ro.boot.veritymode=disabled

ro.twrp.boot=1
ro.twrp.version=3.3.1-0
ro.vndk.lite=true
ro.vndk.version=28

ro.allow.mock.location=1
ro.build.id=PQ2A.190405.003
ro.build.date=Sun Oct 27 15:17:42 UTC 2019
Double Post sorry.
What do you mean by all mexican roms? If openmx was your provider, then you need to flash the latest openmx firmware and you should generate your own flashall for the firmware. Flashalls aren't universal, so if you just grabbed one it could be possible that it isn't flashing everything you need. I can attach a flashall gen script if needed.

I'm an idiot who just assumed that the unlocked phone he bought new in Europe was the European version (dual-SIM) and didn't first take a backup of all the partitions before messing around with it.
I'm wondering if I got sold some other region's hardware by a shady seller. How can I tell? Do I just have to flash every firmware out there until I get it to boot, or is there another way?
Model: XT1635-02
Type: M1D64
And dual-SIM.
I unlocked the bootloader, flashed TWRP, decided that I wanted to take the OTA, reflashed recovery to stock from the latest EU package...and it would no longer boot. Flashed back to TWRP, same. Reflashed the entire firmware package following these instructions, but it still won't boot.
Thanks.
--
Update: after considerable fiddling, I reloaded TWRP and got it to install and boot the Cyanogenmod 14.1 release, meaning my device is not permanently trashed beyond repair-- it just doesn't like any of the firmwares I've tried to feed it. Obviously this is still sub-optimal since CM requires some blobs that Moto haven't yet released to support the camera etc., but it's better than nothing. My goal is still to get stock firmware back onto this phone.
Update2: buoyed by my CM14.1 success, I decided to try to apply a similar methodology to get the stock firmware running. I failed utterly. Maybe if I build a TWRP-flashable copy of the stock RETEU package I could get it to flash fully and boot, but all it does at this point is loop over the bootloader unlock warning screen and occasionally attempt to auto-erase itself in Recovery before bootlooping again.
Update3: aaaand my IMEI is "0." This seems bad.
boot to fastboot screen and take a pic of it and post it.
Zenfone 2 Deluxe Special Edition
Model: Z00A
Before I unlocked, rooted, and flashed my current version, I had Android M - I believe it was Asus firmware version: WW-4.21.40.352
Current version: Groovy Android Android N (7.1.2) - GA-N-v7.1.2-20180612-Z00A-Release.zip
Apparently that was a big mistake and I should have downgraded to Android L before flashing Groovy Android Android N because there's a known issue related to the SIMs not being detected.
I can get my LTE connection to work if I physically remove and reinsert the SIM but that's obviously annoying. And I figured out how to play with the data/SIM settings to get it to register on the data network again but it keeps reverting back to having issues with the X over the LTE symbol and having no data connection.
I just picked Groovy Android because I didn't really know where to start and I wanted Android Nougat. I really want a dark themed Android Nougat but I haven't come across any custom ROMs that have that option. Any suggestions?
For now, I need to go back to Android L so I can flash Groovy Android again without SIM issues.
I downloaded UL-Z00A-WW-2.20.40.206-user.zip from Asus's website.
Can I simply go into TWRP, go into sideload mode, and then type adb sideload UL-Z00A-WW-2.20.40.206-user.zip from my PC?
Do I need to wipe any particular partitions before or after?
EDIT:
Oh also one of the reasons I wanted to try a custom ROM is because of all the bluetooth audio issues I was having. Every single ROM I've ever had on this phone, from the one it shipped with, through several OTA and updated firmwares from Asus's website that claim to "fix bluetooth stability", I've always had this issue where the audio just randomly cuts out while connected to my Soundbot SB360 receiver (I've had other devices and phones connected to it without issue). I've seen other people complain about it on Asus's forums with no real resolution.
That does not happen on my device. It's stable except for the crashed pie
I know I need to downgrade to stock Lollipop. So the question is, can I do that from TWRP, and how do I do it?
Did you back up your system partition before flashing Groovy Android?

Yeah, but how does that help me get to Lollipop?
I was on Marshmallow prior to Groovy Android.
download asus flash tool
download raw rom
flash it on stock recovery
flash rom lolipop stock zip

Either flash the firmware directlyhttps://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/help/guide-flash-stock-rom-asus-zenfone-2-t3588276, or restore that backup, flash stock MM recovery, lock the bootloader and downgrade by installing the 2.x "update" zip from ASUS's website.

I was reading over this guide yesterday and I'm going to try METHOD 2 using the Asus Flash Tool to flash WW_ZE551ML_2.20.40.206_20170627.raw which is the latest version of Lollipop.
Hi all,
I am at a loss. I seem to have the only version of this phone in the world.I have a Moto G6 Play purchased in Australia. Under About Phone, it shows:
Model
moto g6 play (XT1922-1)
Software channel
retapac
Android version
8.0.0
Baseband version
M8937_26.30.05 7SR
JETER_ROAPDSDS_CUST
Kernel version
3.18.71-perf-g575351b
[email protected] #1
Thu Jan 10 12.07.33 CST 2019
Build number
OPPS27.91-177-2
I cannot for the life of me find stock firmware for it, and and unsure of how to go about resetting everything. I did manage to root it, using TWRP and sideload, didn't go through the process of making TWRP stick, but it's no problem to get it on when needed. I have unlocked the bootloader. The update to Oreo will not take, and I want to be able to, if I desire, to use a different rom. However, I'd like to update it though to Oreo.
I've scoured the internet, and less than a handful of matches for the model come up, but none in relation to safely doing anything with it.
Does anyone here know where the stock firmware lives? Or how I can manually update the firmware?
Cheers for any help!!!!

Thank you NinjaKira. Appreciate that.
Sooo many traps for people like me who only do this once every few years when they get a new phone.
I can confirm that aljeter RETAIL firmware can be used if bricked or boot-looped on updated PIE 9.0 XT1922-1 phones.
I have been unsuccessful in installing any GSI on the my Australian G6 Play.
NinjaKira Guide.
Step 4 - Could not backup. Probably me.
...and
Step 8 - Supplied TWRP 32GB would not let me factory reset, delete or format any phone partitions.
If anyone can get XT1922-1 working with GSI let me know.

i dont think this will work i think i have tried this exact one with no avail
As long as you didn't flash pie and lose your baseband that way, you can fix it.
If you're on stock just go to recovery and do a factory reset from there, it should bring your baseband back. However, if you've flashed a modem from a firmware not intended for your phone, then you need to reflash the correct firmware then recovery, factory reset. If you flashed pie not intended for your phone, you might be out of luck depending on what variant you have.

Stick to one thread or create your own, posting the same problem in 20 different threads won't help you in any way.
i just ran the MSM to get back to factory OOS11 so i can flash a custom rom, i am wanting to update to most current OOS11 but unsure how to do it, if i run the OTA update offered on my phone will that update me to OOS12 or the latest version of OOS11? the update i see it offering is 11.C.48 makes me believe its OOS11 but just wanted to verify
right now im on 11.2.2.2, just tried to boot the latest OOS11 through fastboot but it kept me on the same version for some reason

You should check the file size, usually a 4GB update indicates it's OOS12, if it's less than 1GB it's likely OOS11.

It may also depend on which country's version you are looking at. I am from India and running the Indian version OOS 11.2.10.10LE15DA. Later versions have C in the middle and as far as I know, what I have is the last version of A11 on OOS. Anything with a C whether 46, 47 or 48 is A12. This is my understanding but I may be wrong.
As I don't want the issues associated with A12 OOS, I continue to stay on A11. If you don't have issues, remain on the current version whether 11 or 12.

im trying to flash the CRdroid rom and am having a few issues
#1 i have no cell service for some reason, also
#2 theres no hardly any apps at all to include a playstore lol (i suspect this is the case because i didnt install Gapps)
#3 when i do sideload Gapps i get an issue CRdroid home constantly forceclosing itself so i cant use anything on the screen and it just flashes but i can still pull down the notification bar and access the settings and everything but when i try to fix this by just wiping and re flashing it i get an error that the device is locked (which it shouldnt be but theres also no developer settings for me to check nor OEM when i try to search the settings with the search bar) so i have to run the MSM and restart the process
so maybe im doing something wrong let me list my steps and make sure i got everything correct
#1 i flash the MSM it puts me on 11.2.2.2
#2 i sign in, enable OEM and adb
#3 i reboot to fastboot and flash twrp
#4 once in twrp i install the 11.2.10.10 zip via this file to both slots (i manually just swap within twrp) https://android.googleapis.com/packages/ota-api/package/a074a7205a681509f1b84d6a2e0f75ddc2c6ab9b.zip but i get a lot of errors about not being able to save to system ext and others but it says successful not sure if it makes a difference
#5 reboot into the system and verify it updated to 10.10
#6 boot into fastboot and fastboot flash the CRdoid recovery image to both A and B slots that i got from here https://sourceforge.net/projects/crdroid/files/lemonadep/8.x/recovery/boot-23.06.2022.img/download
#7 once thats complete i boot into recovery mode (the crdroid one that was just flashed) and i factory reset and then go to apply an update and i sideload the CRdroid zip that i got from here(https://sourceforge.net/projects/cr...oid-12.1-20220623-lemonadep-v8.6.zip/download)
#8 reboot into recovery again once its complete and sideload the Gapps from the first post
and i havent done this yet but then i would flash the magisk boot img that i got from here https://sourceforge.net/projects/cr.../recovery/magisk-boot-23.06.2022.img/download
