[THEME] Re-rhododendron/meizu for emui 3.0

Here is another theme for emui 3.0
features:
*transparent status bar and icons
*transparent weather widget and clock and dual clock widget
*transparent optimization widget
*music widget has avril lavinge background
*icons size of default huawei icons are smaller than usual,so you can have
better veiw in homescreen
*lockscreen will have a fixed wallpaper in magazine unlock
*contacts is from miui theme
*icon pack is from meizu theme
just unzip the file,put .... .hwt file in hwthemes folder
dont forget to restart phone,or else lockscreen will not work normally
