phone calls are still impossible, all current s7 ROMs of s7 occur sporadically. It seems that only PE is something more stable in that subject. I will try other csc and more tests.

The ROM is good, there are no bugs, HWC is present, so why do the applications that use listview have lag?
This is something common in all AOSP roms

Hey what rom development has ended ? I cannot find any Herolte S7 in downloads at https://www.aospextended.com/devices/pie ... Nothing can beat AospEX what to do now, Pixel Experience are outdated ... Aosp based roms are so few for herolte.

AOSPEx is unofficial rom at this time and won't appear on the official site. But it's still being developed and latest links are found in the Original post.
Most aosp time are up to date, it's just some don't appear on the official site.

Is fast charging enabled with this unofficial build? I plugged it in with 50% remaining and it showed 1hr until full. Switched to RR and it went to 100% within 20mins or so. Making me believe it's a ROM issue and not the battery.

Hi, sice I have this ROM, I can charge phone to approx. 80% after that, phone says it's fully charged. When I go to TWRP phone can charge to 100% Any idea, how to fix it? Thanks

Why are you asking about LineageOS in here?? This is aospextended.
But I recommend you don't try enabling that feature as it breaks fingerprint in secured apps like paypal

->Google killed Substratum support in Pie. You can use it, however, you need to be rooted. We don't support rootless Substratum.

->No.
-What about XPOSED?
->XPOSED is still in the beta stage. We like Xposed but it messes up with the system so before giving any bug reports make sure you have Xposed uninstalled.

good, you have already tried to install this rom but when installing the gapps it only stays more than 20 min on the aex screen and from there it does not happen, try in many ways and with different gapps, if I install it without gapps it runs and opens well, the problem is when I install the gapps it does not start it just stays on that screen and nothing happens, I followed the steps to the letter, try with only wipe cache and nothing, then with fastboo -w, and nothing. could you tell me how to do the installation process well

Anyone have any experience using this ROM on the G7? Ive been using Lineage 16/17 but for various reasons want to try a different OS. I've used AOSP ext but a couple years ago. I remember it being pretty stable but just wondering if there are any other bugs or feedback to share before I flash this baby! Thanks in advance! ?

Okay so I had the same possible boot-stall like a couple of other users and decided to try the build without gapps, adding the nano a64 package at the appropriate step and wa-lah! Love, love, love AOSP. Thank you SO MUCH to the team of other nerds and even smarter nerds who put all this together for the g7. Bravo!

Settings crash after Installing "Root" from Play Store
The settings crashed dialogue disappeared in my phone rebooted. I've been got a message saying Wi-Fi watchdog had captured a book report is this a known issue of compatibility? I appreciate any_advice!Checked for any app / OS updates ; all already up to date .

Nice, fluid, fast ROM. Can be daily driver at this stage too. Forum not much active though. Hope it gets updated.
FM Radio doesn't work. Also need a proper gcam port for wide and macro.

I hope this gets officialized too

I can confirm call recording doesn't work. You get a message "call recording failed" when pressing record button. This is the same call recording error as derpfest rom has.
