The watch still vibrates, although I have set muted i groups in whatsapp. It is quite annoying when you have hundreds of messages every day. It cancels all notifications, if I disable notification in watch or in application for whatsapp and I don't want this behavior.
It is any way to differentiate notifications for normal messages and muted groups? or another external application who does that?

Just getting my new 10 going and I cannot seem to turn off my email notification ring tone. In sound and notification, I have it set to silent. In the email app itself, I have it silent but I am still getting a chime when emails are delivered. Any thoughts? I am using blackberry hub for email if that helps.
To add to this, the Hub app has a clear setting for notification sound and I have it set to silent. but for some god awful reason I am getting chimes for emails.
I'm having the same issue but with all notifications not just email and I'm using all stock apps

I have a problem with my brand new OP3. The notification ringtone is set to medium and works for text messages. However, notifications on Line and Facebook are always extremely loud. If I turn down the volume to a reasonable level I can't even hear phone calls or text messages. Is there a fix for this?
Hi, could anyone that uses pushbullet check if they are getting the incoming call notification on their pc? I tried enabling notifications for all apps in the pushbullet settings, tried turning off skip silent notifications and even tried reinstalling the app.
All other notifications are working for sms, whatsapp, etc. But incoming calls aren't.
Also on a side note, even teslaunread doesn't show a notification bubble on the phone app for missed calls whereas it works on the messages app and whatsapp.
Same issue for me with pushbullet. It works with incoming sms or whatsapp, but not with incoming call.

Same problem here on Oneplus 5t. have tried disabling silent notification on the mobile app and also enabled end-to-end encryption. No luck. All other notifications come through except incoming calls and missed calls
Try disabling the battery optimization in system settings for the apps you are having notification issues with. That always fixed the problem for me.
On my Pixel when I placed phone face down, calls and messages, unless marked favorites, would not ring through. Samsung seems to block ALL calls, ALARMS?, but not messages??? Real annoying in a meeting, now have to place phone on do not disturb. Anyone know an app or fix to choose what notifications are controlled?
