Hi, I'm having problems after flashing preloader. The problem is a lag with fingerprint to unlock. Anyone get that issue? is there a solution?

I have been experiencing a very specific problem after upgrading to marshmallow.
Sometimes when I want to hang up the phone it gets stuck at call ended. When this happens I can't make another phone call and data is not working either.
I tried force stopping the phone app but that doesn't seem to help so I have to reboot to end it.
Has any one else experienced anything like this?
I have the same problem after update at 20c! Before 20c i not have this problem

I have the same problem with the 20D europe end 20G from turkey.
i have the same problem (no end call, no second sim signal, no ring on both sims) after update to to 20d and found out that if i disable android encryption works perfect.
if enable it again same problem.
if disable it perfect again.
hope to be fixed in an update.

Same problem. After downgrade to LP, everything is ok. Some people write that 20e is ok. But EUR version is 20d only. I don't want root. I have H818p.

No you need correct firmware kdz a LGUP software. Nothing hard to work.

Try uninstalling some apps
I have had the same issue in the past and I think it could have been whatsap or viber causing some bugs, try uninstall them. Cheers?

This isn't app problem. I don't have any of these app. Downgrade to LP is only solution of this problem or update to newest firmware. Iam back on LP and problems are gone.

Had the same problem, are you by any chance running 2.18.401.8 Firmware? Wiping Cache/Dalvik a few times solved the problem for a few hours, but afterwards the same problem again.
What in the end helped was upgrade to 2.18.401.10 Firmware - since upgrade NO issues at all anymore

That's what I meant, M9e - Codename HIMAR with an R at the end. If so and you are running 2.18.401.8 Firmware: Upgrade to 2.18.401.10 via OTA or flash signed firmware.zip --> Works like a charm then
Hi, for a while now I have been having issues with my Sony Xperia M5 (since I upgraded to Marshmallow) where my phone will reboot every 1-2 days. Now it's becoming extremely annoying. Firstly, has only else had this issue? If so, how'd you fix it? Secondly, if this continues and I cannot fix it I am thinking of installing a stable custom ROM instead as Sony support are **** and won't seem to help me.
you could try downgrading to lollipop. mine used to get really hot then would freeze then restart, then I downgraded and not a problem.

I tried to downgrade but my device get hard bricked, I think sony M5 can not be downgraded and If can you share the procedure.

I just said I downgraded mine. You probably bricked yours when Androxyde forgot to update the fsc script, but it is exactly the same as before

Plug it into flashtool select downloaded firmware and click yes for fsc

Did you by any chance downgrade your modem in the process? This usually leaves you without IMEI/baseband untill it's upgraded again.

Hi all,
I was trying to downgrade android 11 to android 10 due to battery drain issue. However, I got this “Fail (auth)” message on Odin while flashing. After doing some googling, I believe this is due to a different bootloader version.
I’m struggling to find a solution, any suggestions? Or is it due to a different problem? Thanks.
Just stop... your battery issues won’t be solved by downgrading. Try ignoring the issue and obsess about something else.
