i installed many rom of F M FY on my s l k variant phones with no base band imei any one have solution?

I am from New Delhi, India and I bought a used unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note ( SHV-E160L , U+LTE ) in Seoul ,Korea.
The seller assured that the phone is unlocked....
My 3G enabled Indian SIM card works fine here in Korea on International roaming but was advised by a friend that this model will not work in India.
Can anyone please advise whether this model would work on GSM networks in India ?
In case it does not work can some Custom ROM be downloaded to make it work for Indian Service Providers ?? I am a novice in terms of flashing the ROMS and Kernel versions etc. thus worried ....
Any help/suggestions in the above regard would be sincerely appreciated.... Awaiting your suggestions !!

Did you receive any updates for your query ? Were you able to use U+ LTE version of Korean Note (E160L) on Indian GSM Network?
I'd be happy if there is any other Happy User of E160L on Indian GSM networks Please let me know, as my friend too is planning to buy one.

Yes!! SHV-E160L on stock binary worked perfectly fine on Indian 3G/2G GSM network (Airtel Karnataka).
Baseband Version: E160L.FH02.1442.LT

I'm looking for root his device but the omly one sistem that i have find is unlockroot but for my device is not avaliable a version so dnon't work.

i have S4 mini duos baseband version I9192DDU1BML1 (ins) indian and its latest android version is 4.2.2.
similarly
another s4 mini duos whos baseband version is I9192DDUCNH1 (ins) indian and its latest version is 4.4.2.
and another indian varient firmware for this model whose baseband version is different from above two and different android version.
so my question is can i flash with other baseband version firmware of indian varient which has android version 4.4.2
