so I was planning to upgrade to the new android 10 plus custom rom from pixelexperience.org i installed it and my phone stuck in a bootloop i thought it was because of the custom boot animation I had and I was ready to lose all the data and formatted the data and installed it again but it still gets stuck in the boot logo screen

So I rooted by phone and tried to install a new ROM, now the phone wont boot, It gets to the flash animation S logo and just keeps doing that, any solutions?
What ROM did you try to flash?
I rooted my Galaxy s4 as soon as I got it and after flashing a few roms i started getting issues getting them to boot up now im basically stuck on twrp because no rom will boot up, they flash perfectly but once the phone reboots i get stuck on the Black and white Samsung Galaxy S4 logo and wont boot past that. I am currently stuck on twrp recovery since nothing wants to boot up not even my backups. Any help?

If you still have a rom installed and it will not fully boot up normally
then simply go into cwm or twrp recovery and do a "factory reset",
after that it should boot normally without any further booting issues.
Since this will be the first normal boot, be sure to give it 3-4 minutes.
Have patience.
Good luck!
Here is the issue.
I am successfully rooted and have been for a while. For some reason today I try to boot into recovery, then Samsung logo appears, then cwm logo appears, and then it's a gray screen with a little green android and it loads about a quarter of the way and then reboots the system. Right now i'm running the latest Samsung boot loader and I have tried to fix this by re-installing CWM and Installing also TWRP I can't get either to fully load up.
Is it bricked?

Not sure what the issue was. Maybe the latest verisons didnt agree with my gear. I fixed the issue by downloading the windows cyanogen mod installer and was able to restore the system to cyanogenmod 4.4.2
Just got my Swift running and decided to get a new update: 12.1-YOG4PAS33J Incremental.
But if the phone reboots, it gets stuck at boot. It doesn't even get to the cyanogen boot animation logo.
I should mention that i bought that phone from a vendor who thought it was locked ( i guess the former owner encrypted it) so i got into fastboot and erased user data.
I still can't get into recovery mode because it stuck at boot.
Currently at 12.1-YOG4PAS1T1
Solved by a bootloader fix which i got here: http://community.cyngn.com/t/fix-possible-ota-issues-for-wileyfox-swift/661/29
