I don't know. But I need fingerprint and screen lock security

@ngoc37rc, simply try. FP functionality also depends on fitting firmware. If your reader is gone, no ROM helps.

I used to use miui eu version of fingerprints, everything works fine, but after uploading the rom havoc offical v3.3, it didn't work anymore, so I went back to miui. I thought it had a software conflict.

@ngoc37rc: on Bliss FP was laggy in some older builds or also in recents builds for some colors /animations, but there is a recommended layout which perfect works.

non xda rom development?

Curious if there is a dev community outside of xda for this device. I've seen some other roms like Dirty Unicorns that aren't shared here.

I can tell you that crdroid build is jacked up. It doesn't have gapps included, and vendor image doesn't match June. Weird though because I flashed gapps and the image after I noticed those issues...but problem is still there.
Running Validus now, good so far.

It's good. It isn't as feature rich as say RR, but Carbon has always been super clean and elegant looking. It's hard to explain.

Yeah I've tried carbon over the years but found it was always missing some tweaks.
There is an updated crdroid build on Android file host that the dev says should work well besides the vendor mismatch message at boot (you do need to flash rom then reboot to recovery and flash gapps before booting up). There's also a new RR build but odds are that the saturation option is still broken.

I tried that crdroid build and gapps didn't work. I flashed the correct way but they didn't "stick."
User Dirty Unicorns latest build. Saturation works.
Just an FYI. The validus build works well and has most of the features. I always used it on my shamu.

Yeah it seems like a decent build last time I tried it. Still misses a few things I like but seems easy to install and stable.

I tried a couple days ago. If there's a new build I'm not sure.
Dirty Unicorns has been the best rom I've used and I think I've tried them all in this past week. Validus is maybe second, followed by Nitrogen.

Ok cool, I haven't tried DU yet but it's usuakky pretty solid. Is it missing many features from RR etc? I've also heard that it's not as substratum friendly and requires a reboot to apply.

Oxygen OS?

Will it be possible for devs to port oxygenOS for whyred?
Im asking because I've noticed how much rom files have changed over the years and it must be much harder than before.

Do you know that a device specific ROM is more stable and have less bugs compared to GSI because it's optimized for that specific device.
Do you know that a GSI rom have xy bugs on xy devices.

Okay, time for some good news!
I've fixed kernel problems and it's passed the initial boot process of "kernel", still not able to enter the OS but i can now grab logs and it's easier to fix the issues now.
BTW, I also built a latest TWRP for this device and it worked! (USB is dead anyway)

Question I can't take photo when the phone is shaking.

For example in the car,the picture will not be taken until I hold my phone very stable, using custom ROM's camera app. What can I do to make the camera save the photo regardless of current moving state of the phone.
To simulate this ,just move your phone fast with your hand while taking photos.

Question Arrow os official

I'm running the official arrow os on the lisa..
Why is there no topic here for arrow os?
It's the best rom there is...
I've noticed this too, I think there were a couple other ROMs which simply aren't on XDA and are instead either on Telegram or in their respective official sites.
How is ArrowOS on Lisa anyways, are there any differences (both good and bad) compared to other ROMs for this phone (if you've ever tried any)?

I have tried pixel os and awakeos.
Arrow feels much more better!
It's still on Android 12 but I do not care as it is smoother then 13.
I use line recovery from awakeos.
I'd say go for it you will love it.
Google photos unlimited ?
