How can i install theme store in Realme x2 global variant?

I recently updated to MIUI 9.5.14 (OREO) on my Redmi Note 5 Pro (Indian Variant).I installed a theme using the MI Theme Editor. But now I can't apply themes from outside the theme store. Also I installed some fonts using micustomfont installer and they worked fine. But every time I reboot the device it reverts to the default theme and default font.
Is there any theme that is fully compatible with the latest miui 10 global version?

Is it possible to get the chinese theme store instead of the indian one without rooting? As i can't unlock my bootloader before i wait 20 more days.
