I heard the built in video editor was great, and I just want to piece together a couple files. However when I go **** l press the edit button and it takes me to the editor they're aren't any options to do anything. I can only move forward and backwards on the video itself. Anyone know what's going on here? I can edit any picture or video EXCEPT the ones I actually want to work on.
Try starting with the gallery app and browse to the album / folder that has your clips. You should have an icon at the top to create movie. Tap that, then select clips to get started.

hi there
i have a lot of small media clips and most of them start with black screen so when i open gallery I see all the clips as black thumbs so i dont know which one to choose !!
is there a way to solve that or i'll have to live with this stupid gallery !!!???
You say small media clips that start with a blank screen, as in a video? If so, why not just open the video player app? It shows the name of each file and a thumbnail (though that will still be black)
I cant view videos transferred from PC in Mobo Player. There is videos folder in Mobo but cant see video in it. It shows in stock gallery and from there can b played with moboplayer. But how to view and play from moboplayer.
Hi techpal
In moboplayer, you have to first go into settings and add which folders you want to add. Its the folder looking icon on the left bottom once you hit the settings key. Everytime you add videos later on you will need to refresh it by clicking settings button and then the round arrow key (refresh) to refresh it to see all the new videos you have added
I posted a screen shot.
1. Points to where you click to add the folders of where you have videos located
2. Click this refresh button when you add new videos and want Mobo to see those videos (just like how your phone does a media scan for Gallery)
I really like the stock gallery app, although I used QuickPic on my Evo3D... However no matter if I'm at the Album page, or in an album, when I scroll through the various albums/folders it will snap to the top. Doesn't seem to be an option that I can turn off.
I can record an example if need be.
I'm on LJC (Reading up on going to MA7)
I remember reading something about gallery update with MA7... is this what it fixes?
so i have a question, and this may be an ignorant one... apologies...
so the stock music player for Note 4/3/S4/S5 (basically the same as far as im concerned)...
there is an option under the menu button to add tracks to the "now playing" list. every time i go through and add songs to the list it never plays that song(s) next. It's like it just ignores that i added songs to the now playing list.
just a little background here...
so i start up the music player and go through the "tracks" and select one to start playing. (also i keep the player on shuffle), while listening to the track i hit the menu button and select "add to now playing", it takes me to the "tracks" screen where i select 1 or more tracks and hit "done".
So now i am thinking that after it finishes the current song that it should kick over to one of the ones i just added to the list, right? WRONG... it just shuffles to something else in the "tracks" list, the "tracks" list being the 1 big list of all the tracks on the phone.
am i doing something wrong? or is this meant to be used another way or what?
any answer is appreciated.

First make sure you have all of your music correctly organized in a neat folder structure in "Music" folder on your internal or external sdcard. What you do is go inside your "Music" folder and create folders for each and every artist. Inside each artists' folder you want to have a separate folder for each individual album. Name the album folder correctly. Inside each album you will have all the mp3's along with the album art which needs to be named "AlbumArt.jpg" (or other compatible method). Even if you have random tracks and not the entire album, you still need to use the folder structure so that the music player can do the task you want. This should do the trick. songs in a specific album folder will be able to shuffle and your track list should play the songs you put in the now playing list. This is my only suggestion for your problem. Give it a try if you haven't done this already.
I appreciate your help, but f**k that lol. That would take forever. I will just keep ignoring that feature. Haha.
But thank you for the reply, I appreciate it
When working with mp3's the folder structure is crucial for media devices to be able to sort and display tracks correctly. Organization is key here. When making an mp3 cd or DVD, the same thing applies. You have to do this or fumbling to fing a specific song or album is gonna take a long time fumbling through one giant pile of mp3's in one single directory. I like things simple and organized and thats how mp3's need to be done. You might want to get on board with the program or youll always be fighting the system lol.
To make a long story short I'm coming from a Galaxy note 9. I've been a fan of the camera quality on their phones for many years. I'd like to know if there is anybody that has a XML file to load on the gcam settings to have a picture quality both when I take the photo and when I review the photo that will be similar if not super close to the Samsung camera picture qualities?
lol
Next, launch Google Camera, double tap anywhere on the dark area around the capture button. It will then prompt you to Choose config, scroll the list if you have saved a number of xml files, or else just tap on the one listed and tap Restore to invoke the settings. GCam will then restart itself.
