Install instructions:
1. Wipe system, data, cache and dalvik
2. Mount system and vendor than flash the Rom
3. Boot system (maybe bootloops once)
4. Complete setup
5. Reboot to recovery and mount system and vendor
6. Flash OOS_dipper-reboot-fix (wipes your internal storage when you aren't logged in your Google account)
Workarounds:
Bluetooth fix:
To get Bluetooth on, you have sometimes to tap on Bluetooth, lock your display and unlock it after some seconds. If it's still doesn't go on you have to repeat this some times.
Or you use the Terminal to activate Bluetooth
Face unlock fix:
Flash Face unlock patch from here, go to settings/security/smart lock and choose Face unlock
Recommendations:
•Oxy-ify magisk module for some missing OOS Apps
•Aether for substratum to tweak the quick settings
•Recommended GCam
What´s working:
Almost everything
Bugs:
•Double tap to wake doesn´t work
•Turn Bluetooth on can be a little bit tricky but it works
•Vibration works for notifications, etc. but not for haptic
feedback
•Fingerprint unlock only works with activated display
•IR camera
•Maybe more

Thanks it worked! I was using 9.4.25 firmware because i was getting isssues with 9.4.26 firmware on other roms.

Another question, Can we flash hydrogen os sgsi with this way?or its only for oxygen

Yeah! That would be nice

before flashing the OOS_dipper-patches.zip, system can boot successfully, but after I flash this zip file, the system reboot infinitely:crying: .and the nfc and face unlocking don't work

I hope next update will fix BT, and NFC, really like this OOS for dipper thanks.
not expected to fix 100% the bugs but actually I can use this for daily drivers.

Is front camera in manual mode working?

Sorry for the noob question, but in TWRP, to mount system and vendor, what storage do I select ? And do I keep the preselected cache, data, firmware and SD card to mount too ?

Internal, and yes.

Instaled and working perfect. Only two things could improve, take pictures with the fingerprint sensor and add the qrcode reader.
The application icon could also be the same as the original.

EIS in video working??

If i am on front camera and try to acess manual mode, the camera switch to back camera and it does not show the button to go back to front camera. Front camera in manual mod is disabled?

All is working fine so far, thank you Dev!
Some troubleshoot that might help:
1. Mount System and vendor before flashing camera zip (mount > enable system, vendor)
2. After successfully boot up, grant all permission of the miui camera.
3. Have fun.

Scorpion has January patch. Evo is on December

How can I install Magisk? Or does the ROM already have root?
In Recovery I get an error message (signature) when I try to install Magisk.

1. Go to TWRP and backup boot partition ONLY
2. Using file explorer find folder of the back that you've just created (/TWRP/BACKUPS/...)
3. Copy boot.emmc.win to other location and change its name to boot.img
4. Install Magisk Manager app and open it
5. Choose install Magisk, then choose select and patch a file. Select boot.img file
6. Reboot to TWRP, choose install, choose install image, find file created by Magisk and flash it as boot partition

Flashing as we speak, if it works ill edit
EDIT: ROM works, is fluent as stock oos. Just beaware of the chinese bloatware
SECOND EDIT: Morelocales doesn't seem to work with this, atleast not without root :C Gonna have to stick with english
THIRD EDIT: It does work just have to disable permission monitoring under dev options

Link include MSM, just use it in top. Frimware works fine, and include more languages.

works great and if you need play store just go to apkmirror.com and download the play store package, install, login to google and download the apps you need

ColorOS beta work okay for me.
The UI look different but has very similar options (as expected).
Sadly can not find boot.img to patch with Magisk since this is not a OTA update.

I am sure someone will be able to extract the boot img via adb etc. I will try and look at it later this week

looks pretty much the same to be honest, the room has some more customization features, but that is about it

How can i open volte and how can i do root in this rom ?

Question Upgrading from V13.0.9.0.SKWEUXM to V14.0.3.0.TKWMIXM

Hi all,
I'm considering upgrading my device's original ROM (V13.0.9.0.SKWEUXM) to the latest ROM (V14.0.3.0.TKWMIXM). I have already unlocked the bootloader on my device. Can anyone tell me what my options are for installing this new ROM? Additionally, is it safe to perform this upgrade procedure?

You must first use Mi Flash to upgrade from EEA to Global using a Fastboot rom.
V13.0.7.0.SKWMIXM.(TGZ).
Then check if the updater offers you the V14.0.3.0.TKWMIXM (Beta Stable) or download it and try to install it with the updater (3 points at the top right).

it worked perfectly right after flashing to the latest version, V13.0.7.0.SKWMIXM.(TGZ), I went to check and there was the automatic update for miui 14.

Just like unlocking the bootloader, using Miflash erases your data and formatting the data remains mandatory for a version change.
