Installation
1. Download the latest supported Android Q Factory Images, crDroid build and TWRP installer
( 2.) Execute ./flash-all.sh (Unix) or flash-all.bat (Windows) inside the extracted factory image archive.
3. Fastboot into TWRP recovery
4. Swipe to Factory Reset
5. Flash the latest build of crDroid
6. Flash the latest TWRP installer
7. Reboot to recovery in TWRP (this will reboot you into the other slot)
8. Flash a custom kernel (optional)
9. Reboot to system
Updates
Update to the latest factory images and repeat steps 5 - 10.

Pre-installation:

First time installation:
Download TWRPand run in terminal

fastboot boot TWRP.IMG
On your phone tap "Advanced", then "ADB Sideload"
On your computer run
Code:
adb sideload PATH/TO/CRDROID.ZIP
Repeat steps 2-3 for gapps or root
Back on the main screen click "Wipe", "Format data", Read warning then proceed to type "yes"

To the dev, I have through a roundabout way found that you are developing a Bootleggers rom for Channel. How is that going? Why not post it was well?

Installation Instructions
1. If your phone is turned on normally, turn on Advanced reboot in Developer options and select "Download" from the Restart menu. Alternatively, power it off and press the Power, Volume Down, and Home buttons simultaneously. When the blue screen appears, release all 3 buttons and press Volume Up.
2. In Odin, import the appropriate recovery.tar file for your variant with the "AP" and press the "Start" button.
3. Pull the battery as soon as your phone vibrates.
4. You can then boot directly into TWRP by pressing the Power, Volume Up, and Home buttons simultaneously. Release all three buttons as soon as you see the boot screen ("Samsung Galaxy S4").
