You are screwed then. I dont think we have a flashable BL to recover from hard brick like that. How did you get there? It is possible you just triggered the qualcomm DL flash mode and hard reset will let it boot normally. If the bootloader is truly corrupted there is nothing you can do.

Hard reset by pull battery and put it back in. I do not have the bootloader flash file to unbrick from qualcomm DL mode, no one does for this model.

I've tried that you suggest, tp still remains. I now need to try to install flash file via QPST tool. Thank you so much for your help.

Hello. I have the same problem as you have. Now trying to understand the QPSTtool program settings. Nowhere can I find the files for the firmware. I have only stock RUU-rom. Amigo, please, if you have these files, please share) and also what and in what order to do. A brief description, if you can. The third day did not depart from the PC and can not solve this problem. Thank you!!

Have you tried method 2 of the unbrick guide? If not this looks very much like an hardware defect. I would contact Oneplus.

Not Sure if it'll help you but I'd reckon you to try the official unbrick tool by OnePlus- https://www.androidsage.com/2017/07/31/how-to-unbrick-your-oneplus-5-with-official-unbrick-tool/

That is for OP5, not OP3.
Is there any way to enter EDL mode without open the back case of the phone? I'm asking this, because I do not want to open the back case.
I read somewhere in internet, someone says;
"If you make phone ARB4, and then try to install ARB3 rom to that device, it will be bricked and will be opening in EDL mode".
Is this right? And is it a secure/reliable way?
Otherwise do you know any other metod?
@buyukbalkan did you solve it?

If you were not on full stock rom without root, or anything custom, and you turned off OEM unlocking and USB debugging, then locked the bootloader, you are basically hosed my friend
Look at this point it just needs to be said... PEOPLE STOP RE-LOCKING THE DARN BOOTLOADER!!
PERIOD!!
There are literally a half dozen posts this week with probably bricked phones and a good amount of them are this same root cause.

Your preaching to the choir ol friend! While I agree with you 100%, some things are best learned the hard, and expensive way! I've done it twice myself.
The carpenters rule should apply to these phones as well...."measure twice, cut once" :good:
I remember and I'm sure that i left USB debugging enabled, and the bootloader locked, so is there any hope ?

My friend.....you could give me or anybody else 10 thousand bucks, and it's still not going to solve your problem I'm sorry to say. You should have unrooted the phone first, then fastbooted the factory image, or do a factory reset, and made sure that OEM unlocking & USB debugging were left on until you were done locking the bootloader. Sorry man, but there's not much you can do without at least a stock recovery, so....accept the loss, learn from your mistake, and move on. Many of us here, including myself, have been there as well. What you choose to learn from it is up to you

No problem my friend. As they say "s#*t happens"
And your quote isn't from Tupac, it's from the philosopher Frederick Nietzsche in 1888. :laugh:

If Fastboot works, this means your phone is not bricked.
Just make sure your bootloader isn't relocked.
Then flash stock rom 12.5.1 using MiFlash, better than CMD command. You get to see errors in Miflash.
If it fails, then change USB port in your PC. ( USB ports on the back are recommended)
Good luck.

I don't really know the exact fix for that.
Try using a newer/different version of MiFlash

Dude we don't speak German you would have to use Google translate to tell us what it says in English. What did you do to your Poco f3 that bricked it? Do you have an unlocked bootloader? Because it looks to me like 20 threads a day are created for this phone by people who aren't actually into development but just want help, which is fine but it's not what xda is for.

I haven't tried it dude. And I wouldn't. That could actually brick the phone. Older peograms may not agree with our A/B POCOF3 partitions.

never use clean all and lock option to avoid brick
