[Q]full screen mode?

Hi everyone,
i search for that on the forum but i didn't find or maybe i didn't understand (sorry i'm french)
Is there any rom or mod that allows old games to run in full screen?
I bought some games when i had galaxy s2 ( like let's golf 2 and sims3 and some other gameloft games i had with my xperia play)
When i launch them on the nexus, i get a little image on the corner of the screen.
Is it possible to have them on the entire screen?
I hope you'll understand my "english"

Go to settings > developer options and see if "force GPU Rendering" is ticked. If so, untick it. It can cause older apps to run in a smaller size. If this doesn't help, then it may just be due to the screen on the nexus.

Most of the custom roms have the option the enable and disable the soft keys. If you don't use or want to run a custom rom try this.

[Q] Restricted User setting

Just got a Tab Pro 12.2, was wondering if any of the currently available ROMs include the "Restricted User" option in the User settings. I know CM11 includes this, but so far as I can tell it isn't available for the T900 yet. From reading the forums, I'm thinking the most stable ROMs are GigaWatts or ProPlus, but they both appear to be modified stock so I'm guessing they have the same settings options.
Did I miss something? Suggestions?

Um, never mind. Out of the box, it only allowed adding a User. After an OTA update from Samsung, "Restricted Profile" now shows up as an option.

Is this for me

Im the current owner of a s6 and iphone 6. The iphone is my main phone, i use the s6 as a tablet at home only (no data on it so only wifi).
I like to multitask. My typical day would be switching between apps (messenger, youtube, browser, es file explorer, email, and notepad)
Problem is i can only have to working windows open at once and switching appa activates the S6 ram mangement bug (closes background apps)
I know the note 12 can do 4 windows, but id like to stick to a mangeable size like a Tab S 8.4 or smaller
Can the tab s do 4 windows at once? Or am i stuck having to get a note 12?

It looks like it can do two open at once, but multiple windows in the background open, one of the multi-windows videos mentions an hack to have more than 2 windows open at once, but since i dont use multi-windows i dont know if this is what you want.

There is a hack available to enable 4 way multiwindows on the tab s.
Also many of the custom roms already have it enabled.

Not sure but could probably be ported seeing as the tab s hack was ported from the tab pro.

Question Themes App missing

Hey! curious if I am not the only one w/ this issue, or better yet what to do to fix this. Just bought this Tablet recently and I cannot find the Themes App, I tried installing it and it was successful but the app is no where to be found. If you navigate to Settings|Apps|Manage Apps you can find it installed. Has anyone encountered this issue?

No themes engine in this rom, this version of Miui its a little bit different, it's the first one optimized for tablet's

I can install and set themes (mtz format) using quickshortcutmaker and MIUI theme editor but resets to default after an hour or so

There is no official support of themes by xiaomi on any model of mi pad starting from 2014 the first mi pad to 2022 mi pad 5
So, no luck on that one

Question Memory problem after MIUI 13 update

Hello fellas
After updating to MIUI 13 i have an irritating problem with Chrome browser. Tabs are refresing every time i go to another page.
eg i have a forum open on a tab and a discussion takes place there, when i get back after looking something else then the page refreshes and i lose all answers and discussion progress. I have to scroll down again, find my post and answer to my friends. Thats very annoying.
This problem wasn't there on MIUI 12, tried fresh install, tried without second space...nothing. Currently i have 80% ram usage with all apps closed. I also have a Redmi note 9 Pro 64gb which is older model (came on MIUI 11) running MIUI 12 and there is no problem. It's themed, i have more apps installed, i open 5 tabs on Chrome and it's rock solid, no tab refreshing and bs.
