Has anyone got the android Q splash screen ( One UI 2.0) that they can share (the one with the green android on) or tell me exactly how I can find it?

Check in the folder where you download the rom, there is bootloader files that have the new splash.
I found a combined splash screen/press power to continue screen zip on a german note10+ telegram group. It is the old splash screen though, but it adds the 'press power to continue' to the bottom, instead of a seperate screen.

Got to the bootloader files and noticed that its full of lz4 files. Do we just need to remove the .lz4 from the file name?

You had to extract the up_param.bin using 7zip i just found out :good:.

These are the stock HTC One boot animations with black background. Full res, no resizing, and close to original file size. I made these for my T-Mobile One, so the files are named for TMo version.
Download the zips and move them to /system/customize/resources
change permissions to rw-r--r--
You may need to change the file name depending on which version One you have.
T-Mobile: TMOUS_bootanimation.zip & TMOUS_downanimation.zip
International: hTC_bootup_one.zip & hTC_downanimation.zip
For T-Mobile you have to have system write protection disabled, not sure about other carriers.

Thanks a lot. A lot of it looks better than the original white color.
remove initial splash screen?
Hi I just installed this boot animation and it looks great, but when I first boot up there's always that original white HTC logo screen and it really ruins the black theme for me... Just wondering if that can be changed to black as well or removed? Thanks

You need to be s-off as that is the firmware splash file that you will need to flash.

Try this dark View attachment bootsplash-m8_4_M7.zip from this thread. Flash it in recovery.
It worked fine for me. (M7 Int'l, 4.x. & 5.x. & 6.x. firmware, both boot splash and boot animation are dark)
Inspired by the sexy new GE bootsplash, I've made this HTC One branded version.
Simply flash via recovery as per normal.
Tested and works on ARHD, other ROMs may need to rename the bootanimation.zip to suit.
I also have an ARHD branded version here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=43007646&postcount=29487

Check /system/customize/resource and see what the animation filenames are. The zip flashes bootanimation.zip, but not all roms use that filename. It's really better to extract the animation file and move it over manually, and set permissions. That way you can make sure the filenames are correct and backup your stock animation.
had to rename to hTC_bootup.one.zip on TRICKDROID

I wasn't sure how to extract and move it manually, so I checked that folder and found the files named htc_bootup_one.zip and htc_downanimation.zip. So I replaced both of them with the bootanimation.zip file. The bootup works perfectly, but the bootdown for some reason is at the very top of the screen instead of in the middle. Is there any way to fix this?
tnks that looks beatiful , but how is the quality in 5" 1080P
Revamped boot animation
Love the GE boot animation, but it was too short for my stock AT&T rom; i got the 'Android is starting' screen. So I did a quick touch up from the original animation the OP posted. Colors will loop around correctly. And a bonus for AT&T users, the startup music matches up nicely.
Depending on the ROM, you'll have to rename the zip to the correct name the ROM uses for boot animation.

There are many ways to do so though the easiest one is by using Motorola bootlogomaker.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/themes-apps/app-motorola-boot-logo-maker-source-t2848667
You just have select a pic of ur choice with a solid background colour.
The tool will create logo.bin or the flashable zip according to ur need.
Hope it helps.☺
Press the thanks button plz.?
the 2nd one with the new google logo is in wrong size and placement on the screen, i assume you took it from a post of mine so here it is in both bmp and jpg to do it again..

Does anyone have a logo.img file to get rid of the bootloader unlocked warning on boot? On a Moto G Fast.
You can get it from your backup if you made one.
Well I didn't unfortunately.

You have to make a custom logo in order to change that. Basically, open the stock logo.bin with this utility. Extract the blue Motorola logo, then replace the boot yellow, orange, and red, (if present) with the stock image. Also replace the "unlocked logo". Package it up and flash it. I'd do it but I don't have a PC right now.

I tried flashing the modified logo.bin with your instructions and it just replaced the warning to one with more text. I found that modifying it in any way would generate this type of warning. It seems Motorola has implemented this in recent firmware from looking around.

Try poking around inside the stock logo and see if you can find that exact same image or text in there somewhere. I'll try to do some digging on this.

The idea of the logo is to recreate something like lock screen' s messege, which means the logo of the organization or security update's "owners"
