[Tips&Tricks] Redmi Note 8 Pro Bricking Problem. - Redmi Note 8 Pro Questions & Answers

My Redmi Note 8 Pro Is Unbricked And I Want To Know Some Tips To Secure My Device From Further Bricking,
I Want To Root My Device But Scared About The Results, If Again My Device Will Get Bricked Then....
So Guys Please Suggest Me The Way By Which I Disable This Bricking Issue,
Is There Any Method To Disable Bricking Problem,
Like If I Disable The Anti-Rollback Safeguard Then Will The Bricking Issue Get Solved Permanently?
Please Help Guys.

No, this is why there's no development here. Simply because it's so easy to brick. Even there are cases that did nothing since new and brick via OTA update.
So if you are scared, do NOT install TWRP, do NOT update firmware. Keep as it is and use for 2 years, lol.

Note 2 root info

Hello everyone, I bought a note II lte, I would like to know if making the root of the device, you lose the warranty?
it can be restore?
If I've got root permission i can't receive more official updates (ota)?
there is a chance to brick device performing root?
(there is a way to just root without recovery or anything? without change nothing on the phone but just root permission?)
I read Exynos abuse, those who have had esprienza could let me know if it is safe?
I'm paying dearly and in installments, so I want to risk as little as possible
Thanks in advice

[Q] Note 3 neo, N750 - Rooting process

Hello
Specifically, I would like to know if someone has N750 device and successfully rooted his device! The reason I'm doing this thread is because when I had 4.3 android versions, I tried that CF auto root via Odin program and it bricked my phone. Fortunately, I was able to get my original firmware again from a specific site for samsung devices. [Egypt version, because obviously, I live in Egypt]. Now, My device has been updated to 4.4.2 and I have currently the kitkat version without any problems BUT, I want to root my phone in order to use Xpose Framework;
I want the best advice to follow for my device because I do not have the heart to take another chance since I'm not a professional programmer nor a professional developer to deal with such bricks. It was a lucky chance when I had my OS back, but I do not know what would happen in the future.
I tested many one click root softwares on PC and most of them either stuck or tell me 'successfully' without any **** in my phone. Just rebooting like an idiot and nothing happened.
Sorry for my annoying thread. It's my first post here and I hope you guys understand my English well since it's not my Native Language. Apologize another time.
Peace, Ahmed.

If you flash cf auto root for 4.4.2 base on 4.3, your device is bricked. If you make rooted. Find compatible os and model cf auto root files.

Need Help w/ AT&T LG G Pad 8.0 V495 Bootloop

I rooted my AT&T LG G Pad 8.0 V495 right as it came in. I used Kingroot to root it and I didn't like the Kingroot manager so I switched the root access over to SuperSU and after rebooting I ended up stuck at the AT&T loading screen. I was now stuck in a boot loop and found no way out of it since I didn't have a custom recovery. I appreciate all the help that's given to me. P.S. I am fairly new to this so please mind me asking questions about something your statement has explained so I may get a better understanding of it.

Your best bet might be LG warranty service.
If you were on Lollipop before your tablet bricked, I have a thread in the General section where 1-2 people with a bricked V495 were able to flash the UK495 KDZ and everything worked except for mobile data.
But another user found that when he tried that after having bricked on the Marshmallow ROM, the display was messed up and wasn't usable.
I don't have the V495, I was just trying to help because there's been lots of people who did the same thing as you did.
So no matter whether you were on Lollipop or Marshmallow, I'm not responsible if flashing the UK495 KDZ doesn't unbrick it satisfactorily or bricks it worse. If the information helps, please thank the users I mention in my thread who did the actual work and were kind enough to report their results.
FYI, on any device its a crapshoot of you'll be successful switching from Kingroot to SuperSU. Kingroot changes often, works in a suspicious manner, and is very invasive putting stuff in the system partition that's not necessary for root.
On any device, one person can have success and the next person with the same device and setup might not.
Other Options?

Thanks for the info., however I would like to use the LG warranty service as a last resort. I looked online for any stock firmware(KDZ/TOT) I could flash but I ended finding nothing. I assumed that I couldn't find anything because AT&T doesn't release their firmware or it's just difficult to get a hold of. I would just want to know if there was any other options I could take before contacting LG or any KDZ/TOT files anybody has for my device they could share with me on this thread. Thanks for any help and info.
For the future
I guess once I get my device back up and running i'll just use Kingroot as a temp root since everytime I restart my device it removes the root. I'll just flash SuperSU next time and not attempt to switch root users to increase my chances of a soft brick.

How to root Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro(indian) running MIUI 9.6.4.0 Global Stable?

Hi, I want to root my device which is currently on MIUI 9.6.4.0 Global stable. I have already applied for unlocking the bootloader and is currently waiting on the 360 hours mark to be over(I would appreciate if there is any method to bypass this 360 hours mark). But having said that, I have been reading forums and watching youtube for the best and safest method to root the device after ulocking the bootloader. However, I have found out couple of things which I wasn't aware of. Such as anti rollback protection and stuff. I just want to know the safest way to root my device with the necessary files that are required to do it. If anybody shows me the way, I'll be very thankful. I'm just afraid of bricking the device. Thanks in advance.

no way to bypass time for unlocking bootloader. Majority of articles on google that say it can be done are outdated.
I have been given the following link specially if you are on ARB 4
https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-5-pro/how-to/index-everything-anti-roll-t3816219
since you need to use a dummy image before flashing twrp.
For root, you will need magisk to be flashed.
Thats as much as I understand so far. 2 more days and i can unlock my bootloader

Safe Root RN8P Android 10/MIUI 12?

Tried to install TWRP in order to root phone, following instructions I found online. Ended up in bootloop then tried flashing ROM using Fastboot and hard bricked the phone. Paid someone with authorized Mi account to unbrick, but they wouldn't root the phone for me.
My phone is now Android 10/MIUI 12 Indonesia ROM (supports call recording), and I still want to root it.
I have read on this forum that RN8P with Android 10 cannot be safely rooted, but that thread was from Feb 2020, so I'm wondering if anything has changed since then.
I have found this tutorial that claims to be 100% safe for rooting this phone with Android 10/MIUI 12. Can anyone comment on how safe it is?
Thanks.
