I have my x2 (eu) for about a month now and to this date i didn't received any update, just the A.15 when i turn the phone on for the first time. I also check everytime if a new update is avaible on settings. I know the updates are all avaible on the realme site but i prefere if i receive the update "naturally" . Has anyone have a solution to this problem or facing the same issue?
I have the same problem, don`t know why. I have to download the update on the official realme eu site. My phone is realme x2 eu

You must wait until the company pushes the update in you particular region... I was also eagerly waiting for an update, but it came first in China..then after 2-3days.. they pushed it in India too..
well you can use a vpn if you are sure the update have been released. you can use pandavpn and better check this post( ColorOS 6.1 RMX1991_11_A.14 update by royayon01)

Been waiting for update to Android 7.0 since the news been spread on XperiaBlog and XDA, but still no official release for 1299-6237 (HK Version). Hence, a question arise: Are there additional certifications that apply to HK ROM version that it takes so long for an update, or is there is another reason for it? Also, any idea when to expect the update then? Thanks for help in advance!

you can take the Indonesia or India version... since HK , the last update was .305 / oct2016 ... i am not sure why the stopped pushing for HK
Thanks for reply! I know I can manually flash it, but to be honest, with device like this I cannot be bothered (and frankly not many people do, as pretty much no development going on). I am more reliant on OTA or Companion updates as I do not want to lose my data. Hence it owuld be nice to know if someone would have an explanation for such nonsence really.
I was in the same boat as you. I bought my Z5p dual off of Amazon and received an HK version. I've been waiting for a Nougat update and could wait no longer. I updated using the russian update file and can confim that everything works and no bugs to report. Also no data was lost and my phone language remained in English post update. Should you change your mind...
But to contribute to your question, according to the Experia blog there appears to be a relatively big update coming in April to fix a couple of the Nougat issues with sound some users were reporting. That could be why they halted rollouts again.

Not sure what's going on but I'm not getting any updates whatsoever. I tried checking manually but to no avail. I also tried downloading the Huawei HiSuite App, there are software updates under my model number but it's saying it's not approved. WTH's going on? Does anyone have info on this?

Its random it seems. I just got it yesterday. Someone else on this forum said they got it last week but their wife didnt get it until this week even though they bought their phones at the same time and live in the same location. So there is no pattern it seems when it comes to the rollout.

I did a little research and B101 builds are not getting anything at all. Our security patch is still Oct 2017. And other builds, though not getting updates at the same time, still managed to get something. I don't wanna root and go to that route but after Q1 and still no updates, I'll probably do it.
B102 same situation.. I think moderators should get all this topics in the same.. because they are everywhere in the forum
I have L24 US version of Honor 7X. It was stuck at firmware B101. Always said "No update". Customer support could not help. I had a ATT Mexico SIM in it. As soon as I changed the SIM to T-Mobile US, it found updates B130 and B140. So update depends on SIM.
I also bought another Honor 7X that had already B130 and put in Movistar Mexico SIM and it found right away update B140. So it may be that only B101 needs a US Sim to update.
I hope this helps other people who are still stuck at original firmware B101.

I updated to BND-L21xxxxB102XXX
but no updates after that...
in hisuite & firmware finder both app, there are updates for the device but it says not authorized for installation.

I have the same problem. My Phonemodel is BND-21. Also on the back. I bought my device from Amazon.de. The huawei- support says, that the phone is from Spain. I'm in Austria. Next week I will talk to the support again and ask why I don't get updates.
If I have some time I'll make a factory reset and check for updates.

I'm now seeing a fullOTA update thru firmware finder for Orea and it's approved for installation, however, it's saying download fail to me.

im from Germany and buy me a new XA1 Plus from Sony.
I setup all things to do on a new phone also check up for updates too.
But the OS says: No Updates there.
Version now is: Android 7
Build: 48.0.A.1.131
Did somebody know whats the Problem there? Could i do something to solve this Problem? Android 8 is one of the reasons to buy this Phone.

I downloaded the xperifirm tool to check the firmware versions of this Modell and regions.
The Central European model seems to be the only one that has not received updates for months.

the repair function of the Sony companion software gives me the same old firmware. I gave it up that ever an updated firmware for the XA1 plus Central Europe 1 comes. I sent the phone back and bought an XA2. This is a bit more handy, but otherwise has the better hardware and a current firmware.
To all of you that have same device as me could update it now (via update center), just want to share, not that much of improvement but i dunno, only update it yesterday.

I'm in Indonesia, week after that exact date of update i got update notifications again, but i skip it cause there is no wifi, now when i check the update it shows im on the latest software version (which is first version of 9). maybe some problem from their end. but now im on Android 9. (sorry for late reply)

The only problem is that I can't enter the system update section, no matter how many methods. I click on it, nothing happens. I tried to use the activity luncher program for manual update, but when I search, it does not find the system update and it is only factory test, and when I click on the update zip, nothing happens. No matter how much I researched, no one explained about this problem. I am really going crazy. I would really appreciate it if you could help me
