Hello. Ladies and Gentelmans
You are my last resort !!!
I have a problem with Samsung SM-J610F. Yesterday my girl brought "this equipment" to me and said: "He turned off and I can't turn it on again"
I have been fighting since yesterday and until now the only reaction of the device that I was able to "get":
1. When turning on the Phone, i am press and hod POWER, Vol + and Vol- button *
* (Combinations [Power + Vol +], [Power + Vol-], [Vol- and Vol- and USB] do not bring any reaction)
2. After 10 seconds of "holding" all the buttons, the screen "flashes" once and after a while the logo starts.
3. After a moment, the logo disappears and successively the Download Mode, No Command and Recovery screens (First few lines before correct switching on) and finally I have Android with a triangle and the phone turns off.
The device has no response to both wired and wireless charging.
Odin and Smart Switch for Windows cannot detect the phone
If anyone has any ideas, I will forever be grateful.

I recently tried to install a custom ROM in my samsung j6+ but halfway through it my PC turned off.
Then the problem starts i decided to reboot my phone but it shows this error "No command" " #Reboot recovery cause is [[check_bootmode]RebootRecoveryWithKey]#
Block-based OTA
Supported API: 3
# MANUAL MODE v1.0.0#
E:Failed to mount / cache: Invalid argument
The error message keeps appearing for just a fraction of a second then disappear and appear again
I tried to go to recovery mode but no luck i cant get to it

Hello,
I have a problem with my phone : Samsung J6+ (SM-J610FN/DS)
I have crached a flashing Rom with Odin and I'm sure it is because of that my phone can't start by pressing the power button.
Now my phone has the message : An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the emergency recovery function in the smart switch PC software ...
The thing is that it is rebooting and looping without end every 2 seconds on that green screen with that message ...
Only thing I can do is, with the USB cable connected, when the green screen is up, I can push VOL down + VOL up and I can go in download mode.... Then I can push on VOL up but right after the phone reboot in loop again and again ...
Another thing is that without USB cable connected I can't start the phone.
What can I do ?
First thing, I can't start my phone if it's not connected with the USB cable.
Second thing, when I connect my phone with the USB cable, it starts automaticaly even if I didn't push the power button and it's looping and blinking and rebooting endlessly.
Also the phone don't seems to know how charging himself when USB cable connected.
Is it a Bricked samsung phone ?
If it is, how unbrick it ?
Bro, its just discharged when you flashed it
Help Please

Have you got the issue fixed on you phone?
Since you can reach download mode - why not doing a clean flash with the correct firmware?
Hey there, Recently i tried to root my Samsung J6+ using magisk and TWRP recovery but it failed, when i open up the phone it just tells me that i can’t use samsung pass because my phone has been rooted but when i check using root checker there was no root, i tried flashing a new software for my phone but when i was flashing using odin my phone turned off and kept rebooting on a green screen that tells me “An error occured while installing software update”
so now my phone doesn’t turn on but when i plug it into my laptop or charger it just keeps restarting on that screen
when i try to go to download mode without pressing continue it just stays but when i press continue it keeps restarting again and again, Hopefully someone could help me fix it, Thanks.
Hello
I unlocked the bootloader with this tut, then I want to install TWRP with this tut, but after the start of Odin I get an fail.
On the screen stand "An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software".
The Smart Switch PC Software only gives me the notice that it cannot connect to the device.
Holding different buttons and plug the USB in, change nothing.
I don't get to the download service.
Throw it away? Send it to Samsung? What can I do?
Thanks

Let the battery drain completely. Then after the battery died plug it into a computer and press the buttom combinations for download mode for long consistently until it gets into download mode.
Then reflash stock rom at www.samfw.com
The back is open, so I unplugged the battery.
Then I plug it in and the same message appers. If i press first Volume down + pixby + power and then I plug it in, the message is the same. If i hold it, the device reboots and the message came again.
