New update from GW2 arrived. After updating watch my galaxy wearable doesnt show my watch face. I just keep seeing blue circle, like refresh or smth.

It would be great to change CSC for the R825F , I've got the german watch and I would like to change CSC.
I thought It would be as easy as it was with the Galaxy Watch / Active 1 , but the process seems to be more complex, involving combination file and stock firmware... So, we have stock firmware, Is there any way to get the combination file?
Any help appreciated!

We need combination firmware to change region of active 2 no?. I have active 2 lte with version: R825FXXU1ASI7 / SM-R825FSKADBT and i cant use samsung pay and eSim. Any help please??

I used the first OXA link to update my watch. Everything went well but now I am on Sweden CSC. I am in Australia and can anyone upload Australian update or combination file?

Have you changed the csc yet? I have R825F german too, and i need to change csc because it doesnt work the eSim and samsung pay. Im from spain

Sorry, I gave up! I returned the german R825F to Amazon and bought the spanish one.

By any chnace can you upload any firmware with CSC INU inside??

Impossible to update my Watch Active

Hello. I had an OXE CSC on my SM-R500 (Tizen 4.0.0.7) and I wanted to get a XEF CSC. I flashed the watch with R500XXU1BSB7 with Tizen 4.0.0.3. But, I can't install the update (R500XXU1DSL1) with the in-app plugin. When the update is downloaded and transferred on the watch, I start the installation. But, few seconds later (close to 96%), the installation progress jumps to 100%, the watch reboots and I have an error message who tells me the watch can't be update and asks me to go in a Samsung Customer Service.
Who can help me please ?

This looks to me as no valid CSC...
OXE I saw only as Region Code...
In case of SM-R500 this is wrong... we have only OXA Region with all CSC / Sales Codes inside...
So IMHO something is not 100 % correct...
IMHO check your priorites...
All I know about Samsung Pay is...
Nobody can be 100 % sure... because few Cards not accepted... Region blocked etc... blabla...

After done the firmware downgrade, I activated the Samsung Pay (but isn't works), and i'm impossible to do firmware upgrade via app.

I have 4.0.4 R810XXU1CSE1. My Watch was bought in USA, so when I came back to Brazil the Samsung Pay not worked.
So I done the downgrade to activate Pay and worked. But, now i'm not able to add card and to do uograde too. LOL =/ . I didn't use the DSL1 because isn't possible to chagem CSC in 4.0.7.
What do you recommend?

What ever you used,, will not changed by Firmware Update...
If you not change every 5 Minutes CSC...
IMHO you can flash DSL1...
And if you have no problems with R810XXU1CSE1... you can still use CSE1...
Depend on your flavor... on your needs...
Maybe try DSL1 with Samsung Pay... maybe more luck as Samsung Pay newer Version...
NO Garantie...
S Pay is Security crap and secured by Samsung by some funny and """mystique""" Voodoomagic and seems not all Cards supported.. real or virtual Cards
IMHO 1 Security Wall is Phone... Country Check...

I recently bought a Galaxy actice 2 LTE version in the US but currently using it in southamerica. I am not connected to any mobile network in my country, just using it as if it was a BT version.
Will I get firmware updates at all?

It was never 100 % clear to me... if they force you to use Activation process of eSIM to get update...
At the moment you have the "second" latest Firmware.
So if you have no problems... then maybe no need to hunt the ATH1 "Patch"...

Yeah, no problems. I was reading the posts about enabling ECG feature and all of them mention that Tizen version 4.0.0.8 is needed. So I was afraid I would never get updates hence not being able to use ECG.

I don't know because for my model SM-R835F not yet fw with Tizen 5.5, I'm on the 4.0.0.7. BP works well, ECG not (loop).

Lol my first thread i posted it to discuss if there are any workarround to get ECG and bp .. but now i got the new update on 29th Sept with fall detection and Vo2 max .. ans just asked if i need to wait a new update or there is something i miss it ..

As per my understanding, I have to follow these steps:
1. Flash combinational firmware
2. Change CSC using SDB commands
3. Flash stock firmware
4. Install samsung pay
5. Repeat steps 1-3 to change CSC back to the original so that i retain mobile connectivity
@galaxys I have the same watch model but with Tizen 5.5. Would the same old firmware work with my watch also?

Thanks for your early reply otherwise i was thinking of giving it a try.
BTW i found that dialing *#272*IMEI# also change the CSC but did not try because people here are going for flashing firmware due to some reason only. Do you know why shouldn't it work on galaxy watch?

It may be a Samsung thing for not working, but haven't played with changing CSC...

@galaxys @adfree I could not find Tizen 5.5.0.1 firmware for SM-R805F anywhere on the internet. It was released on 15th march 2021.
Is it not available yet? I am waiting for it...
