Is there a way to record video with telephoto camera?

I want a way to capture 1440p video with LG G4 front camera.. Maybe with a mod for the cam or something like that
Also I want to use the screen as a flash for video capturing also .. It can be like the main camera app while taking photos.. Or maybe like the SnapChat camera while capturing video with flash by the frontal camera

I get that the rear camera has OIS and the front camera does not. OK.
But there's also this setting for EIS (the electronic video stabilization that also crops out some of the FOV) - and it works great with the main rear camera.
However when using the front camera - this setting has no effect - enabled or disabled - there is no crop to the FOV (so that's the evidence of it not working at all), and unfortunately, the videos can get pretty shaky.
Why didn't google include the SOFTWARE video stabilization on the FRONT camera as well?

Why the camera zoom differs when recording videos or taking photos and more over between ftame rates (4:3,16:9,18:9)?
Anyway while recording through camera app when shooting video to flip it to the front and rear again without pausing in the XL?
Not looking to do it through Instagram or Snapchat before anyone posts that lol
