connectivity - One (M8) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hello all , hope someone's still monitoring these threads.
i just got a brand new , sealed in the box , att unlocked gsm 4G/lte m8. i put my sim card in from my previous phone and can only get "h" (or hspa) whichever its called ; but certainly no 4G/LTE.
i tried manually putting in the att apn settings with no luck and a reboot just because. this is the 2nd phone this has happened to me with from 2 different sellers.
i could try getting a new sim card i guess. although not sure if that would help.
anyone have any idea/s as to what i might try?
any help would be appreciated. [emoji318]
update : just installed device id and it reports ; htc_europe.
so something got mixed up somewhere. to my detriment.
p.s. no pc to run get var all
EDIT nevermind. decided to send it back and get a working-how-i-want-it-phone. [emoji2]

Sorry I couldn't help you out on this one, buddy. November and December were hectic for me IRL, and I was not on XDA at all!

thanks for the reply and continual monitoring of our m8's. i hope the new year brings better times for us all.
you , Einwod , that unholy guy and many others have kept me from bricks , troubleshoots and so much more that i cant even say "thanks" enough.
sent back the m8 and went waaay old school and ordered an s4 canadian (bootloader never locked) just to keep things even more simple.:good:

Sim Card Removed - Restart/Reboot Phone

Hi there
i own a galaxy S3 TMobile version for 2 months now.
I recently update on last rom and since then i am getting the following error.
Sim card removed. Replace the sim with a valid sim and restart/reboot the phone.
I am not really sure if i wrote the message exactly as it appears but thats the meaning of it.
I have unlocked the phone to use it on Greece.
I have the same sim on it, since the beggining.
I didnt had the problem before the update. And for sure the problem poped up some days after the update.
When i see that msg the most of the times (if not always) data is enabled.
I should also say that when i see that msg the phone is just sitting untouched. Phone has never dropped or anything like that.
For sure its annoying.
When i restart phone sim is working perfectly...... ..
Has anyone heared about it? Anyone who faces the same prolem and found a solution?
I tried to google it ut i came up with no answers...
Any help is welcome.
Thank you in advance
have u tried a different SIM yet?

I had the same kind of issue on my previous phone. However, there is no data on my phone that I had to reboot my phone a few times to establish data connection. Secondly, sometime I missed called. Replacing SIM card may not help either. A few people had reported the same kind of issue on T-Mobile Support site.

I tthought I was the only one plagued by this issue..
I have this same issue. It usually happens whenever I lose network coverage......it happens repeatedly.. This issue started happening after I updated to jelly bean...ICS had no problems..
I have changed my sim 3 times, installed several touch wiz custom ROMs, changed my base bands and kernel...The issue remains prevalent after all these..
The only way I have been able to resolve this issue is by switching to an AOSP ROM like cm10 or paranoid android rom
I hope a fix for this issue is found soon cos i am tired of restarting my phone everytime i lose network coverage
I have attached a screenshot showing this
replacement sim ractified the problem

I had the same problem the other day when I was driving home from work. I think it happened when I went from 4G to 2G coverage. And also, when I'm in 2G coverage, signal fades out completely and comes back on 10 secs or so later. I went to Tmobile and replaced my sim with a new one and I had no problem of such ever since. .. at least so far so good.

Believe me I have Odin end back to stock n the issue still persists.....changing sim cards is only a temporary solution....
The problem always comes back especially if you always in an area with no network signal
Warranty exchange! Samsung should replace it. Say won't read sim card. Or tmobile

It seems that it happens when the data signal is bad.
Yesterday i had to reboot more than 3 times inside in a 4h period.
Wth........
First & foremost,
How did you "unlock" your phone? Did you mess with the NV data??
Or were you a good boy & had T-Mobile do it for you?
It sort of sounds like T-Mobile may have disabled your SIM card altogether....which may happen if you screwed around with the NV data.
If it was properly unlocked by T-Mobile you should be able to stick whatever SIM card in there now. Easy to test, go down the street to your nearest Greek mobile telecom store & ask if you can test a prepaid SIM card in your phone. Assuming the GSM networks are to some degree similar to the US T-Mobile networks, you should even be completely in good shape using local GSM service.
*IF* you get the same issues with the local SIM card....well screw it then. Go protest in the streets about the austerity measures in effect at the moment. Or just be a lazy Greek bastard & demand 14 months salary paid, require retirement at age 50 and lastly *NEVER* pay property tax on anything.

Besides, you're in a marvelous country full of great food, drinks, parties and oh yeah nice women too. No Yiayia's tho.

Well i have unlock the phone through internet. I had no issues for the past 2 months at all and yes i am using a local sim card from the beginning. The problem came up with the last upgrade!
Besides that i have a backup of the nv data but i am pretty sure that isnt the problem.

LOL? What is that? Everyone around the world is talking about the Greek people and have no clue of what it really happens. I work 12-14 hours per day including weekends.... i pay more than 600 Euros on taxes per month and i ll never get those money back since retirement is at 70 yo!!! Most of the people are like this. Foking politicians and goverments who have been stealing money for so many years. That was the problem and not the people!
I wish i knew why you mention all these!
sim card removed
I'm having the same issue with my s3
I tried to unlock it using this method
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2014982
I'm not sure if it worked, but perhaps messing with NV data screwed something up??
I upgraded to jelly bean 4.1.1
I tried cleaning the contacts on the sim
I replaced the sim at WIND
I even tried a factory reset
Nothing worked so far.
Has anyone figured out why it's doing this? Is it hardware related? software related?

In the same boat as you...I thought i was the only one..
on wind's sgh-t999v Galaxy SIII ... unlocked it like you did, and I'm getting a no sim card, restart required error, get it about every 8 hours or so..
i ported my number over too, but it says under "my phone number" in settings.. has a completely different number than what I'm currently using.. not sure if that has any effect..
tried restoring to factory settings too.. nothing seems to work...
if anyone has any info that would be much appreciated...
From the cold boot and after the error message goes away, does your phone has data connection?
I got the same error message on my previous phone. However, it would not establish the data connection.

mine doesn't do that, I have a data connection almost instantly where I have a signal
the error goes away after a reboot, but the error stalks you, and you never know when it's going to strike..
sometimes when it's in my pocket waiting for a call, while i'm driving with a headset on, at night while i'm asleep
for me, it isn't consistent, but it eventually happens..
I intend on taking it to the repair center for wind next week once I get back home (with the family for the holidays)
I don't think this issue has anything to do with if the NV data was messed with because my husband and I have the same phone purchased the same day 6 months ago. We both get the same error message and it's does not always happen at the same time so I am not sure it has anything to do with the network either. When it happens to him, he tells me it's happening but it does not happen to me. I googled the error because it is annoying. I will guess now that this issue has to do with the Gallaxy s3 and the update to the firmware. I can't wait for a better update.

Hi again
Since I know that there are a lot of people facing the same problem I thought it would be nice to give the solution on this kind of problem.
It seems that when you update via kies (of course on stock roms) something goes wrong. Recently I install the latest rom using odin and except that I found so many new things that I couldn't see before I also had no sim problem again.
So I am pretty sure that this kind of problem appears due to the kies updates. And from what I saw there where more.
If anyone else try the same please let me us know if it worked.
Good luck to u 2.
Btw yes I had that problem when the data signal was almost 0... Maybe 0.... Only then!

First of all I want to ensure you that has nothing to do with the way I unlocked the phone.
Second nv data is untouched.
3rd the problem came on after an update.
As I said after a clear fresh install without ba kups etc, starting from 0 the phone works great again and also there are options settings etc that I couldn't see before. Crazy but real. If anyone else do the same thing and make a fresh install with the latest rom he will agree with that.
So... As you said we make good parties and have nice womens... But how you will caption those moments those special (girls) moments without a nice camera (phone) ?
Have a good day hehe.

For those on the SGH-t999v version of the phone... the reason you are getting this "no sim error" is because of the firmware update to 4.1.1. I've sent my phone in for repairs and the best answer they could give to me was that there's an issue with the current jellybean.. not sure about the SGH-t999 standard versions though...
Unfortunately, I've had to revert back to ice cream ....and guess I have to wait till Lime Pie (OS 5) comes out...
The issue is not the NV data as I have used that method to unlock my phone as well.
Thank you for your replies. I'm relieved to know that it is not the nvdata menu that caused this problem.
I sent my phone in twice now and I've recieved it back for the second time today.
The first time resulted in further Sim card error messages. I'm keeping my fingers crossed in hopes that it does not appear again.
If op would be so kind to lead me to the right direction as to how to use Odin, I'd greatly appreciate it.

[FIXED] No GSM? I thought I unlocked it!

Hey everybody, I´ve been having more problems than anticipated with my Dinc2. Basically what happened was this:
I had a phone that I bought new, unlocked, and used on the GSM network this past summer while abroad. (Verizon). However, I had dropped it to the point where the audio jack ceased to work and thus had to take it back in November for a replacement under the Best Buy warranty.
Now, in November I jailbroke the phone again, and I still have the code that I used to do it. Or at least I think I did it successfully, because I never checked with a real SIM card. After (possibly) getting rid of the SIM lock, I rooted, got S-off and flashed the radio following the instructions here, which had been working great for the past few months in the US (CDMA). Now I´m running MIUI on Android 2.3.5 and the baseband version is 20.27W.30.0811U_1.09.01.0622 and a kernel of 2.6.35.14.
Now I´m abroad again, working in Spain for the next several months. My first issue occured when I arrived and tried to use an SD card. Guess what! It would appear there´s a sim card lock. It doesn´t recognize sim cards when they are inserted, nor does the unlock code I got back in November unlock the phone.
It gets better.
The phone doesn´t show an IMEI number, nor is there an IMEI number on the sticker on the back of the phone-just a Serial Number and an MEID. Also, since it was a replacement phone under warranty it was probably a refurb, and I don´t have any other packaging on which the IMEI could appear. As a result I have no friggin´ clue how to get the lock off and allow me to use the 3g network as before.
Should I try flashing the stock rom and radio, or just the stock RUU, and see if I can get the unlock code to work?
Or is it hopeless and in that case should I give up and buy a ****ty candy bar phone?
Thanks in advance!

I had a similar scenario while I went to NZ. I thought I unlocked my phone prior to leaving, but didn't. I called verizon tech support and got a new code, plugged into the settings and then I was able to insert the prepaid SIM I bought. Here is the non 1-800 number for you to call (I had to get my brother-in-law to call them and get a non 1800 number because it is not listed on their website): 1-908-559-4899.
Try that and hopefully they can get you a new code to use. Good luck.

I just talked to Tech support today and got an unlock code... it´s not working however. I´ve put in a card, and it doesn´t show up. When I go to the SIM Lock under Options>Security, it says the code I enter is incorrect. Also, the phone shows no signal. Could it be that I just flashed a bad radio that supported CDMA and not GSM? Or is it something with MIUI? I was pretty certain that both the radio and the ROM were fine for GSM networks...

I got that to work. Thank you! I later installed CM7 to try it out and surprisingly enough that didn´t work.
AOKP did for me-although they are both confirmed to be working with GSM? Anyway, I realized I never flashed gapps with the AOKP, so I tried to flash with the latest version (no coffee, late night) and ended up tweaking the install. Anyway, I re-flashed and I have to say that this setup (AOKP with Nova) is the slickest setup I´ve ever used! It´s been an intense couple days flashing ROM´s, reading about all the stuff that kept popping up, but then end result is so worth it!
Anyway, I´m off to go caress my telephone...oh yes.

Unlocked GSM Galaxy Nexus - No signal al all

Hello,
A bit about my Nexus: Bought it online, it's the Domoco version, unlocked, rooted and been using just fine with many custom ROMs.
So yesterday morning, I was talking on the phone with a friend without any problem. After hanging up for a few hours, when I was about to call someone else, I realized my phone didn't have any signal at all. And it has been like that until now, about 48 hours.
It happened so suddenly without any warning. The phone has never been dropped and everything else working just fine.
So here's what I have tried:
- Restart the phone (multiple times)
- Batter pull (multiple times)
- Factory reset the phone (multiple times)
- Wipe cache and dalvik cache in CWM (multiple times)
- Downloaded SetCPU and set the minimum to 700Mhz (instead of 350Mhz)
- Reflash the ROM and tried with other Custom ROMs (I tried Xenon, Xylon, PA, and Carbon ROMs)
- Reflash the Radio and tried with other Radios too (I tried UILH1, XXLH1, SC04DOMLE3 and some others ...)
- I also went to Tmobile and request a new sim card - same problem.
- I borrowed a sim card from another Tmobile customer to try it on my phone - no signal - but the sim card works just fine on his phone.
I ran out of thing to try and I dont understand what happened ... anyone has an idea or something else for me to try ?
Anyone experience this before ?
Welcome too my hell. I have a playstore one now but my first Gnex was an international one and it has this same issue. Its a PCB problem a warranty would fix. I'm near Chicago and a few people have told me there is an electrical engineer downtown that fixes stuff like this. I don't have a price but I think something like this is your only option. Mine sadly is still a battery charger:thumbdown:

I know it sounds stupid, but have you tried toggling airplane mode? I run into the occasional loss of signal when im at work [fair to weak signal in the big metal box], and a reboot is the only thing that fixes it for me. Mines a play store model.

Ah yes, I actually did try that too but forgot to mention. I tried toggle airplane mode on and off, also the 2G only mode on and off. But it didn't help with anything.
Thanks for the suggestion.

So I guess I have to look for an electrician then, cause I have this phone just a little bit over a year so warranty is a no go for me.
Thanks for the idea.
PS: anyone else has more option for me ? I just wondered if I have bricked my phone ... cause I flashed lots of diff. ROMs to try out but never gotten a bricked phone before, could this be a bricked phone ?
Bricked refers to a phone that does what a brick does: nothing. It doesn't boot, it does not light or attempt to boot, it does nothing. This is a signal issue..I have no prior experience with docomo, but this thread came up on search: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574018, maybe it'd be helpful. Have you converted it to yakju or takju and tried a google factory image?
And this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1554150. If it is a circuit board, it kinda looks like s.o.l., and im sad to say that to you.
I wanted to let you know that I experienced the same issue. I bought the unlocked Docomo Galaxy Nexus, and had it working fine on T-Mobile for half a year, and then suddenly had no signal on Tuesday. Nothing I did - factory reset, battery in and out, sim card in and out - could fix it. Have you tried using different sim cards in your phone to see what works and what doesn't?
I figured out that my phone will accept AT&T, and actually does connect to T-Mobile while roaming (I used an international sim card). But, my phone will say "Cannot find mobile network" when any T-Mobile sim card is inserted.

I also have the same problem with the docomo phone. ATT Sim card works. Tried other's T-mobile sim cards and it doesn't work. I wonder if somehow the IMEI has been blocked by T-mobile.

I know others who bought their GNEX through the Play Store and those work just fine with T-mobile. I tried their sim cards in my phone and it doesn't work. I don't think T-mobile is intentionally blocking the docomo phones, because I'm getting T-mobile through roaming, when I use an international sim. My guess is they're doing something to the cell network that just somehow leaves our configuration out. Hopefully it's temporary, but who knows.
Worse case, I'll just purchase a Nexus 4, because I love 4G data for just $30/month with T-mobile. Anyone else got suggestions?

The reason, according to him, is that Tmobile usually sweep the network to clean up all "un-supported" devices, so my device is apparently one of them and therefore got blocked about 2 days ago.
So he said for this, he needs to escalate it to business support and they surely can unblock it for me, but I have to wait until Monday since they don't work on weekend. But well, that's surely a good news. phewwwwwwwwwwwwww !!!
So to all of you guys who are in the same situation, make sure you call Tmobile first before flashing crazy like I did LOL.
Thanks for all the help.
I'd love to know if you are able to get this unblocked and working as I have the same problem as of Tuesday. I was traveling and went into a TMO store, and they told me it was NOT IMEI blocked. In fact they looked at the IMEI and read the page and said 'it was not eligible for blocking'.
I called TMO to see if my phone is IMEI blocked, and through three levels of support the universal answer was no. I'm now fully confused because if it's a hardware issue, why did several people all have the same problem all on Tuesday. For those others who are having issues, can you see the TMO network but not connect to it? That's what I have, I can see TMO and AT&T but haven't been able to connect to either one since Tuesday.

I'll call up T-Mobile tomorrow and ask if they IMEI blocked my device. I had them reset my signal and give me a new SIM card, but didn't realize it could have been IMEI blocked. I'll give them a call on Monday and let you know what the result is. Maybe it won't be too late to cancel my order on that Nexus 4...
I'm quite confused. I've been told last Thursday in a TMO store and with tech support that I didn't have an IMEI block, and the same with three reps tonight. I know the Sim Card is good, and so I'm being told its a hardware issue. However, several of the same phones had the same issue on the same day, so I can't buy it's a hardware issue. Has anyone with this issue flashed a new or different radio into the phone, either before or after the service loss? I have not, running it as it came out of the box.
I just got off the phone with T-Mobile Support, and they told me the device is not blocked. The reason is that T-Mobile cannot block or unblock devices that are not registered to T-Mobile. So I'm back to square one on this.
chowabbajack - When did you first have a problem, last Tuesday? Did you prior to that do any flashing or radio changes to the phone?
We're in the same spot....

I did not do any kind of flashing or radio changes prior to Tuesday, when I lost signal.

That makes me think its something to do with the radio software, because I am the same the problem overall doesn't seem as large as the number of phones I perceive were bought on the Docomo deal.
Ive been using the docomo version of the nexus as well on tmobile for almost a year and it was since last tuesday when it no longer recieved any singal. with some digging around and too many phone calls, I found that the imei number on the phone is not the same as the one under the battery. i have the generic 004999010640000 imei right now and it not sure how i got it. as i bought it unlocked.
what i have tried:
reboot, battery plug, reinsert sim, factory reset, root and flash, got a new sim card, relocked, unlocked
sim card works on other phones.
also i have called tmobile and samsung endlessly and this is what i got:
tmobile cannot unblock the imei since it is not from them.
samsung is redirecting me to their japan branch.
docomo i cannot reach.
my phone before last tuesday:
unrooted stock 4.2.1
been testing different things to see if there is any way to restore the imei
also using root explorer, i cannot find my efs folder....
I've got the same problem since last Tuesday with my GNex and T-Mobile.
Mine is not from docomo though, but the French phone provider SFR, unlocked through FDocomo apk.
Rooted phone, running 4.2.1., no changes whatsoever in the past month and it worked fine until Tuesday, so I don't think I'm responsible for having no signal.
Honestly, I am relieved to see we are quite a few to have this problem, and also very pissed at T-Mobile for causing all this. What should be the next step then? Is there any chances they fix the issue quickly? If not, I might just go to the competition. I've tried AT&T sim cards and they work fine.

I have the exact same generic IMEI number as you, which does not match the number under the battery. I'm not liking the news that you did flash and still no go. I'm a novice at this stuff so please keep us posted.

HELP ME!: SIM card don't accepted by phone

Hi guys,
I really hope that one of you can help me with my problem!
Last summer a guy abroad rooted my Galaxy S3 (Tmobile) so I could use my phone abroad.
Unfortunately I didn't know that cause my knowledge about devices isn't that good.
I think that he changed my IMEI number because I have a problem with my simcard which isn't accepted by my phone.
Two days ago my phone started to do weird things like starting it self and locking it self.
So yesterday night I decided to unroot my phone, I thougt this could be a reason of it.
I unrooted it by a video at youtube and it worked. Only like I have said my sim card dont work.
The only number I can call is the emergency number and I don't think that will help --'
Please help me, I am really desperate L((
(my english isn't so good, so I hoop that I am clear enough)

Check your IMEI number. If it is all zeros and it is one of the US variants, PM me and let me know. Otherwise, try Odin flashing the stock firmware to see if that helps.

[Q] Help with unlock

To state clearly at first. The new phone in question was not rooted when I purchased it, but I did root it. So the phone is rooted but not unlocked. I thought I should also add that I'm in Atlantic Canada.
As usual, I always seem to have an issue that I look and can never seem to find the answer. This leaves me asking a question that I'm hoping there isn't already an answer to because I know people hate that.
So here goes. I have 2 SGH-989D phones. One I got new 18 months to 24 months ago with my re-negotiated Telus contract. I got the second one "barely used" a couple of months ago and I'm pretty sure it was a Bell pay as you go phone as this is what the person told me. He said all of the phones they get are always Bell. He would have no reason to not be truthful especially since I had a Telus and he knew I would need to unlock it I purchased it because my existing phone was acting up and also the screen was pretty severely cracked.
What I found odd is that when I put the Telus SIM card in the phone, I didn't get any message that the phone was locked. I was immediately able to dial a number and the call went through. I could also send and receive txt's. The phone also says Telus at the bottom of the screen. What is problematic however is that 4g won't work. When go into the new phone under network mode info this appears "GSM/WCDMA(Auto Mode)" But when I look at my original phones network mode I get "GSM/HSPA(Auto Mode)" So, I'm thinking this is probably quite obviously the reason that 4g isn't working and I have no data available unless I connect to wifi. This won't do.
So, where do I go from here? I'm thinking i need to unlock the phone in order to do something about this probably? Or is there something else I can do to pick up the HSPA instead of WCDMA? I'm so irritated by this. It feels like it should be a simple fix since both of these phones are SGH-989d's but maybe it's not. Lastly, and I don't think this makes much of a difference. My old phone is 4.0.3 version and my newer one is 4.1.2.
Thanks and I'm hoping someone knows what or if I can do anything or if I should just give up. I really hate giving up so I'm hoping it's not the latter of the two options.
Moved to Q and A, and, please do not bump within the same 24 hour period.

The phone is unlocked or you wouldn't of been able to make calls etc with your sim.
My guess as to the problem is that your Bell phone is not a SGH-T989D, it's actually a SGH-i757M or GT-I9100M, they are called Samsung Galaxy S2's but there are a few models of the S2 out there. To verify your model either go to Settings > About phone and check Model number, or pull battery and look under it for the model number. To my knowledge, Bell has never sold the SGH-T989D model of the S2.

Thanks for your reply Almite. Unfortunately the phone is the SGH-T989D.. I know it's a weird problem I've got here.
I used to play around with satellites back in the day. One of the things we used to do with the boxes was to jtag the box, erase the memory from the primary chip and then flash it with a different STB's info. This would enable us to do some wonderful things.
Rooting and then unlocking seems like a similar process however I just don't want to flash the phone with something that is going to brick it. I guess I'm going to need to do something. This phone is no good to me this way. If I brick it, I brick it. What I would like from someone in the community would be to direct me to the easiest process to flash my phone with a telus ROM.
I have read A LOT and there are many opinions out there, but I'm thinking that there is probably a consensus on what is the best and easiest way.
Update
I have successfully installed Jedi Mind Trick using TWRP as it appeared to be the best stable one out there. Used Darksides superwipe and then installed JMT. Still have issue of GSM/HSPA on original phone vs GSM/WCMDA on the phone that now has JMT installed on. I must say, I'm pretty impressed with how easily it installed and the ROM itself however sadly it did not help my conundrum.
I'm thinking that there is probably a developer here up for a challenge that could probably assist me with my problem. I really would like to be able to pick up 4g on this phone, or It's pretty much useless to me. What I need to figure out is how I can change this phone to recognize the HSPA network instead of the WCMDA network as GSM does not appear to be relative to data. Not with Telus anyway it would seem.
Maybe this isn't even possible because it's hard coded into the phone or something. Anyone have any ideas?
Last update unless anyone has any ideas

Spent almost an hour on phone with Telus tech support. he explained that WCMDA should work fine as that and HSPA are essentially the same thing. Went through several settings changes and edits with him. In the end, he was stumped. The changes we made should have worked but did not. Therefore I supposed I have no choice but to give up. Guess I'll give the phone to my daughter as i don't want her to go online without wifi anyway.
Same issue
My wife recently cracked the screen on her Rugby Pro so I picked up a slightly used Koodo T989D and plugged in the SIM card. I had the same thing happen. Phone booted, made calls, all seemed well. The next day she realized she had no data connection. I rooted the phone, flashed Telus radio, tried different ROMs, even purchased the unlock code for it hoping for a fix. I can't seem to find anything that will allow this phone data connection of any type other than Wi-Fi. I would really appreciate any ideas or information that anyone has on this topic as I'm running out of ideas and buying another replacement isn't an option.

So I hunted and finally answered this question we both had. Go to Settings:Wireless and Networks:Mobile Networks:Access Point Names.
Since my phone was a Koodo phone it lists Koodo SP. Click the menu button then New APN. Name it whatever you want. I called it Telus. APN is sp.telus.com. Scroll down to MMSC and type http: // aliasredirect. net/proxy/mmsc (without the spaces. They won't let me post a 'link'). Under MMSC proxy type 74.49.0.18. MMS port is 80. MCC is 302. MNC is 220. APN type should be Internet + mms. Click the menu button and save. Click the circle behind your newly created APN and wait. In under 30 seconds I had 4G connection.
Hope this helps you.
