Cm 13 and cm 14 does not recognize chip in xperia m dual

Hi how are you! I am new here but I have a lot of knowledge about Android customizations and ROMs, I am having a problem that I installed CM 13 on the dual Xperia M and did not want to recognize the chip, I installed CM 13 again to see if I solve it Did not work, I decided to install it CM 14 via OTA and also did not work the chip, which is my only problem With CM 13 and CM 14 other functions of ROM customizations are working perfectly, the only thing I can do to fix ?

Do you mean sim card? There are patch for dual sim in both CM13 and CM14, have you flash that patch?
Sent from my Sony C2005 using XDA Labs
Hey welcome. It looks like you didn't flash the Dual Sim patch from PecanCM
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=65104843&postcount=49
You can download the Patch from the link above
The instructions are as followed:
1. Get TWRP recovery
2. Wipe cache/data from recovery
3. Flash CM 13 or 14.1
4. flash gapps
5. Flash the Dual Sim patch
6. Reboot
Enjoy
It seems like the patch persists even after updating Cyanogenmod to another nightly
If you can't view the link I could upload the patch.zip.

LG G3 D855 custom Rom??

Is anybody still using a LG G3?
I love mine, I rooted it recently and install Lineage 15(android 8.0)
I keep getting the Magisk safetynet fail.
Should I flash a different Rom?
Is there a better Rom?
Or can anybody help me with the safety net?
Thanks
Maybe try flashing latest version of magisk if you already hadn't?
I had resurrection remix for a day or two which is pretty similar ROM but I forgot if I had any problems with safetynet.
I have Magisk 16.0 installed and it says it is upto date.
Someone told me, it should be 16.1.
Mgisk 16 is the latest version as of today.
The only thing I can tell you is to download a bunch of top roms and try each one...
I'm using fulmics, which is based on stock rom and is outdated af, but SafetyNet is passing.
I just want to have everything run as its supposed to and be able to delete blot wear etc.
The stock Rom was OK, but I thought I'd give a custom Rom a go and see what it's all about.
The safetynet is the main problem I've found so far.
If you want a debloated stock based MM ROM, I recommend CleanROM, works great - fast, debloated, choice of kernel and which apps to install or not and more in aroma installer. Magisk is included.
About safetynet: as others have recommended, use magisk 16. Works with every ROM I tried, Fromm MM to O.
I'm on Lineage 15.1 now, with CleanROM as secondary via multirom (for the stock camera, but safetynet won't work on secondary). But the other Oreo ROMs work nicely, too.

[UNITY] LiveDisplay Fix [9+]

HUGE thanks to @giri45 for actually providing the fix!
What's this?
A Unity installer ensures that you can use this module with any kind of root solution (as long as it supports init.d)! If you have Magisk, flash the module through the Magisk Manager, but if you don't have Magisk, just flash the module through TWRP. When you want to uninstall the module, flash it again in Magisk Manager or TWRP.
As for the module itself, it provides a fix for LiveDisplay/Night Light on the Moto G5/G5S for anyone running an AOSP-based ROM running Android 9 or higher.
Do NOT attempt to install this on other devices, or ROMs based on Android <9! Device and Android version checks have been applied to make sure this module will not install on incompatible devices. This module assumes that you are using the latest stock Oreo firmware (including bootloader, GPT and etc.)! Do not report issues if you are not on the latest firmware.
Tested ROMs:
Pixel Experience 9.0 - fixed in latest build
Downloads:
Download in Magisk Repo.
Flash via Magisk Manager or TWRP. Make sure you have a root solution which supports init.d!
There are problems with flashing in TWRP. I recommend everyone to flash with Magisk Manager instead.

Huh, it's actually the same module. Can you attach a screenshot of your About Phone page? You downloaded from the Magisk Manager right?

Yeah, I downloaded it from the Magisk Manager. Since I am on Pie the "About Phone" Page displays info I don't want to share/have to edit. What do you need exactly? The model XT1676 is correct. Hardwareversion is p5.
I added a screenshot of the Android/ROM version.
No need this anymore, i already fixed this on device tree
This module is no longer needed as the fix has been Incorporated into the device vendor, but I will keep it in the repo.

Xposed on Nexus 5 and LineageOS 15?

So i recently re-installed Lineage OS on my old nexus 5 and i was wondering, how can i install Xposed on to it, with framework and app and all that? With the search results online i am not getting really far, i don't quite know what version to install , how to do it etc....
Note: i need Xposed specifically to install multiple custom watchfaces on a huawei watch GT2.
I tried installing a version, but it just reseted my phone, and when i check the Rooted sate of the phone i get "not rooted" or something like that.
I installed LineageOS via TWRP on the phone.
Can you guys help me out here? i did not root or install custom FW on a phone in a loong time and i am out of the loop of recent hacks and stuff.
Thanks in advance

Main point for xposed: what Android version? For xposed I recommend nougat. LinageOS 14.1 is still getting security patches.

I don't know much about tabs but I was facing the same issue when I was flashing some files on my android device. I had to change the file system of my device by booting into recovery mode, I changed my file system to exFAT and then installed the custom ROM again ( not sure if it was necessary to reinstall ), then I installed magisk and everything worked fine for me, not sure if this will help you resolve your problem but you can try.
Just take a backup, just to be on the safer side.

In that case I would start with clean flashing. And always use latest magisk. In case you need safetynet - canary version only works at the moment.
Installation method is now download apk from github, rename to zip, flash with twrp.
