Try using this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pl.damianpiwowarski.navbarapps
And with it you could try coloring the navbar per every app (including the home screen) you want. Not exactly what you want, but may be this could work out for you.
There are LOTS of Themes that have Blue Navigation menus. Try a theme called "Blue Ray of Lightning" - or Alien Glow - Material Blue - "Dark Light Power" - or a theme called "Dark Neon Technology Circuit A" there are several by themer "ECHO" and more by themer "Bejing Julihal Technology"..also a theme called Space Voyager and many more. You just have to look for them.
Most of these are paid themes - but I have found a few that are free - or have been free when specials were happening. You really have to look for them - search thru themes by color - BLUE - and then just use the trial to try them Trial and Error and you will find one you like.

I have an idea for the powers to be here that make themes...
A black theme, with colored icons (like cm7 colorized), transparent apps like fb, gmail as addons. Preloaded with the nokia fontpack (i posted it a while back search down a bit its there), a variation of grays and darkness, transparent pulldown taskbar, a slighly less colorful version of symbian icons (adw has a symbian theme for its launcher).
Basically a hybrid version of an all black/gray theme with some mild colorization such as in the settings menus etc. What about when you select a menu item it flashes like a pulse real quick when selected? For those that like other fonts the theme should not have preset fonts that are not flashable (meaning if its in arial and i flash the nokia font everything should show up in the nokia font and i shouldnt see arial anywhere)
I know im asking a lot, but im thinking community wide here throwing ideas out to the geniuses here that do have the talent to make such a theme, as i am a tard when it comes to cooking this stuff up.
Not to knock the themes that are here because just because i dont like them does not mean they suck. I totally respect the theme makers for their quality of work, but to me the only one i have liked so far is the matted blues one and the cm7 colorized to a degree. I like the black ones but they are too boring and need some life in them. (Again, my opinion not knocking it) and the monotone black/single color i feel the same way as well.
Anyways, if anyone wants to add to my ideas that flow along with it nicely please feel free.

You could prob make this yourself... go to the main android theme threads and look for the ultimate online theme engine.. gives you a great amount of options.. could use to change noticiation bar on top of a theme you use an a base.. then use theme injector to change over other pngs from other themes you like..

i guess i could play huh lol. not too good at it but ill give it a shot.
Using original Holo themes was causing USB problems and FC´s. So I took Blue Infinitum theme and Holo Mega Blue and created a mix. It has some bugs but the result is good I think.
Tested: Anarkia v.0.1.7 Rom (AOKP M5)
Hex code of Mega Blue is #ff0075ff
You need to set some things manual (clock color, lockscreen text color)
Bugs: Weather icon missing in notification bar.
Some parts are "stock ics" blue (contacts)

(I´m using DPI 160 so my screens are looking weird)

i had the holo blue theme running on my i9000 it looked amazing but as you say i had problems with my sd card and also the nav bar is there permanenty so ive ended up switching back. If you had the weather working in the notification bar then id be flashing this right now but until thats fixed i'll wait but i'll definatly be keeping my eye on this because the holo blue is by far the best looking theme i've found yet.
The weather is there when you pull down the bar but the small icon is missing. Touchscreen buttons can be turned off in settings.

Here is a port of my blue theme apk. It is pretty simple but I think looks good. Try it out and let me know what can be changed or made better. This is my first attempt at a theme chooser apk so please let me know what you like and do not! As always with any theme chooser apk flash back to your original system then flash mine and do not worry about any error messages just hit apply anyway! Thank you for the theme. One thing though, imo with the main color blue that you use throughout this theme icons like the phone icon , that still uses the holo blue seems out of place. Possibility the email icon as well.
Maybe it could just be me. Does anyone agree/disagree?

cam -- just purchased your theme on Amazon and there is an issue with the navigation bar. I change my navigation bar to have menu instead of recent and menu is still white. Please let me know if you need me to send you a screen shot.

Have you tried downloading the apk listed in this OP,,, it actually has way more than the one listed on Amazon? Just download the one in the op and let it overwrite the one already installed. If it doesnt then go to data/apps and delete the camblue.NuBlue apk and then install the one in the OP and let me know,,,if that doesnt work I will send you a zip to fix it

Same issue with the one in the OP. The Menu key is still white.
Thats the "big" menu key and I am not sure that my theme covers that png,,,if you send me your systemui I will theme it for you and send it back as a flashable zip.

I appreciate the offer; however, I tend to flash roms quite often. So -- I will just use the regular keys and change one to bring up menu on a long press.

Hi, depends how to define white on black... ?
Most annoying for me is to almost get my eyes burned while reading at night. So: a light grey clock on a dark background would be best.
Actually: I'm mostly concernd about two things:
- the dark grey clock
- white-ish pin input-screen (see your screenshots)
The lock screen image I can change myself, however not the clock color. So a standard bright clock in lock screen would be great.
Same for the pin input-screen. Although I love your white-ish digit screen and red touch highlighting, my eyes get hurt during night time.
So, a night mode friendly version is highly welcome here ?

It's an app you can test your theme there checkboxes etc.
You should totally consider putting this up on the play store. It's beautiful. And I just love the keyboard skin. Amazing job mate!

Great job! Just a question: how did you theme the keyboard? Is there a tool from Sony or at least any documentation?
I have a request can u make a theme with blue accent and maybe the letters in a Lligtt white box with custom softkeys maybe it would be very appreciated the symbols in the keyboard is tory dark and 4 can barely see what in taping on thank u for a very freakin nice theme best regards

Theres no tool or any documentation sadly, I decompiled the keyboard looked at the skin_permissions.xml which is located in the res/xml folder there you can see what is allowed to theme, created a new asset and only changed the colors of the keyboard if you have apktool knowledge feel free to decompile my keyboard asset :victory:

Yeah, I decompiled it already. I see what you did there..
Hopefully it will be included in the next Theme Creator update. That orange highlight color is driving me mad.
BTW you may want to take a look at the colors when holding a key to get the accented letters or symbols. At least with international languages (mine is Italian). The highlighted character disappears, I believe you used the same color of the background.

I noticed that too I wanted to make a white version and saw that i used the same color thats the result :silly: I will fix it when im home thx for telling me :highfive:
