Are there any plans for bringing pixel experience plus edition rom based on android 10 for one plus 3/3T?

I'm really tempted to buy the 5t since returning my pixel 2 xl due to screen issues. Coming from a Nexus 6, I really enjoy the availability of some of the most current Android versions through community built ROMs even when the version of Android was never made available for the phone (i.e. Oreo 8.1 on Nexus 6). Can some of the long time One Plus users comment on the availability of the newest Android versions for One Plus phones even if it requires installing community built ROMs? How soon after the release of the Android version do you generally see ROMs based on those versions available for One Plus phones?

Check Ground Zero ROMs, I'm running Validus based on Oreo 8.0 on my OP5 and it's really awesome with pure Android feeling. I read @martinusbe the head Dev will be getting the OP5T.

The community support is great. There are Oreo builds for even OnePlus One (Released in 2014).

I'm thinking about upgrading to a Redmi 5; the smaller variant with a 5.7" display and Snapdragon 450 SoC.
The problem?
While The Redmi 5 Plus (Snapdragon 625) has a TON of ROMs and GSIs; not to mention the recent Pixel GSI based on latest Android Pie which got me drooling; and other guides and how to do's; The Redmi 5 'Vanilla' doesn't have all that support.
For the past few days; I'm trying to locate a Treble Enabled AOSP ROM; preferably running Android Pie but each and every query take me to Redmi Note 5, Redmi 5 Plus or Redmi 5 Pro's article. Have yet to see one for the smaller sibling...
That's just unacceptable! I think Redmi 5 Vanilla is a better phone for daily usage thanks to its smaller dimensions, right?
Now; I've no choice but to buy the bigger variant.
"unacceptable"
Well the Plus variant sold more units, therefore more people are interested in ROMs for it, more chances for devs for the device. Just because you like it more doesn't mean it's better, as for the size, as you can see, people tend to like bigger phones nowadays.
Moreover, the price difference between the two doesn't give the Redmi 5 a chance against the Plus variant, at least in my region.
I got android 10 pixel experience on Redmi 3s prime. But why there is no support of official pixel experience android 10 rom to Redmi 7 ?
Our maintainers working hard
Hi everyone.
I wanted to know if anyone had successfully installed pixel experience 10 on the mi max 3 ?
If this is not the case, will the developers want to release the rom that has already been released on the pocophone f1.
@Skyllery
Many Oneplus phones below the latest 9 series have their material you theme ROMS of Android 12. I am shocked to see there isnt any for the awesome OP 9 Pro. If I am mistaken, pls direct me to the correct ROM.
What do you even mean by "Stable Android 12 theme rom". We have a good bunch of roms available already. There's DerpFest, Xtended and Evolution X which I maintain.
All have exact and better implementation of Material You when compared to a Pixel.
