If you could make this into a Magisk Module it would be way more accessible to people. Many rather not use Xposed. Just my opinion.

I'm not running the module, I did the command manually. I live close enough to Mexico that I sometimes get signal from their carriers and soli turned off. Ever since I ran the command I have not had any issues. If OP's mod does the same as the command then I don't doubt it works
I can confirm it works!
Thanks!!

You will find a log which contains " not load any modules" in EdXposed Manager's "Module Logs" page. Through github edxposed manager release page, the author say that 4471 should used along with customed magisk and I'm not test this version. May it will work when the author release new one.

Try to get into bootloader and flash the stock boot.img. You would lose root but the phone should be able to boot again. I had the same issue with the Edxposed module. I suggest flying the enable soli module for better results.

No I just flash the V2 beta 5 and it doesn't work also
Up?
1. Open magisk / Settings / download and install busybox
2. check for magisk Manager updates and download/install them
3. do safety-net test in magisk
4. magisk asks to install some Google stuff, ALLOW!
5. You will pass the chek
Hello guys,
I decided to make this post as I saw a lot of questions about this and as well a zip flashed to make safetynet pass on custom roms.
Well with this one, you will have play store certified as well as pass safetynet and will get no annoying message at the phone starting.
What we will do is change our fingerprint to a certified one. So here it is:
1. You need to be rooted with magisk.
2. You need to have any terminal emulator, you can download any on the play store.
3. Go to downloads on magisk and download the module: "Magiskhide props config", install and reboot.
4. After you had your device rebooted, open terminal emulator and type:
Su
Allow super user.
5. Now type:
Props
A list of options will appear. What we need from the module is choose a certified fingerprint. So we will choose option 1.
After option 1, you need to choose the option with letter "f" which is pick a certified fingerprint.
Then we will have a list of brands, we need to, of course, choose Xiaomi, option 11.
After we pick xiaomi, we need to pick our device, which is vince, XRN5/ XR5P option 16.
Then it will as us twice if we are sure, we type letter "y" twice to confirm and reboot
After rebooting you can see safetynet ctsprofile:true and play store certified.
I have tried in almost all roms around here including the miui ones and always worked flawlessly, hopefully it helps you also.
Any questions, post it here. Remember that you need to press enter after picking any choice.
Credits: @Didgeridoohan creator of the module

Nope, I have my Bluetooth controller connected with no issues whatsoever. This just makes a change in build.prop that has nothing to do with wireless radios.

Even though fingerprinting with nougat rom is ok, is there any oreo working fingerprint that passes cts?
Question: didnt nougat fingerprint interfere when flashing other general files which checks the android version before flashing?

1. There will not be until Miui 10 with 8.1 Oreo stable version is released. Then I guess module creator will update the fingerprint as it will be certified.
2. No. It does not interfere.

Well, if you remove root, module will be deactivated. So it won't work then.
This Xposed module removes the unable-to-remove popup message which says that "something wrong is in the sim tray" -
if you use a sim extender to use the device with dual sims and sdcard.
There is no need to recompile services.jar if you have xposed framework installed.
I now have 464GB storage in my device using this

hi, i think xposed framework itself needs root as it hooks into system libraries to work - but you have to read the xposed framework howto.
my apk does not need root by itself. die module is just an addon for xposed framework so you have to install that first.

Yes I think maybe root is required or module not compatible with note 8. Thanks anyway, really hope there will be a solution for unrooted firmwares.

If you upgraded to Pie you're out of luck I'm afraid. Xposed supports Nougat and Oreo (even though the oreo is more like a beta) The guy Rovo probably don't have the time to get xposed working for pie. Since there's few people with his skillset, and due to the complexity of xposed, I wouldn't be surprised if we seen the last of Xposed with oreo.
Update: Working fine now since 11. of january - i never had this popup message again and second sim is working fine

Virtual Xposed can only alter apps within it's own sandbox (virtual box). Therefore it can not reach system calls or apps outside of the sandbox, so no it won't work

5. Install and enable latest gravitybox pie beta apk
6. Reboot and try tweaks!

Hello,
there is an option in Magisk called Systemless Hosts.
Do I need to switch this on or is it enough if I have the app Adaway working?
Is it better to switch both on? Do I need Adaway or can ads also be blocked by Magisk App standalone?

I found out that you just need to install Adaway App and activate the Systemless hosts Magisk module. (both - it also answers my question this way)
