Hey.
Have you tried what you suggest on Redmi Note 8 pro?
You talk about testpoint flash via miflash. How to get to testpoint mode on RN8p?
Doesn't SP flash tool give an error while trying to flash?
if you want to make that make a tutorial with proof and screenshots...
Unfortunately it doesn't work to hard bricked devices! Only if there is a solution with patched rom that can bypass authorization.
The only solution till now is to find an authorized account and to flash it.

Why would I download "all official firmware" from a website called "Boycracked.com" when real official fastboot roms are openly available on the manufacturers website and has no download caps nor is it full of advertising. FYI I'm sure you know that your site blocks people who have ad blocking on.
This whole post smells fishy like it's just for site promotion and revenue generation.
I read in some forum that mi flash tool supports only devices with Snapdragon chipset, however I was able to successfully downgrade(11.0.4 to 11.0.3) my rn8pro using the same tool... Please clarify
For Official Rom : https://xiaomifirmware.com/roms/miui-roms-redmi-note-8-pro-begonia/
V12.0.2.0.QGGINXM where can i found fastboot img for this version the website doesn't have this one

Hi, I'd like to buy from aliexpress the Mi max 3 Phone but I've read about problem related to global fake rom.
First Question: if I will buy the phone with original china rom it will be easier to flash Xiaomi Eu rom?
Second question: The seller told me that hw will send the phone with the original Global rom. Does this indicate that bootloader is unlocked in the right way or it will be the pssibility ho have unlocke bootloader hacked and global original version?
Thank you in advance for your answer, I'm pretty newby.

From what I see it is easier to switch from the global version. The phone has 99% unlocked bootloader, so you do not have to wait for it to unlock. Uploading software from global to china and from china to eu is basically just as complicated as uploading eu to china.
the bootlader is probably unlocked using the program. Either way, users write that everything works correctly. You can block it if necessary and then unlock it yourself using the official method from xiaomi. You just have to wait a lot of hours for premission to unlock.
Thank you.
I have read that before flashing to global China I have to wipe all partitions but someone reported brick.
Any link to a detailed procedure?
Thank you in advance

1. Log into MiAccount, enable all USB options in Developer Options.
2. Install ADB drivers and Xiaomi Mi flash
3. Download China Dev 8.8.9 Fastboot rom and extract tgz and then tar file.
4. Flash Fastboot Rom with option Clean all and wait to boot. Do not disconnect cable before seeing Android and the three dots. After boot log in to MiAccount and enable all USB options.
5. Download TWRP, rename to recovery.img and put inside ADB drivers folder
6. Boot phone to fastboot mode ( Vol - and power button) and connect to PC.
7. Go inside ADB folder , shift and right mouse click - Open command prompt here and execute commands: fastboot devices ( to check if device connected), then fastboot format userdata, then fastboot flash recovery recovery.img and then fastboot boot recovery recovery.img
8. Phone will boot into TWRP, from there find options Change file system and change from ext4 to f2fs and press Reboot Recovery. The phone will again reboot to TWRP, then Mount and mount all available options and then press wipe, advanced wipe and check data, cache, dalvic, internal storage ( Do NOT check system) and wipe.
9. Your PC will recognize the phone and transfer xiaomi.eu rom 8.8.9 to internal storage and then go to install and install xiaomi.eu rom from TWRP.
10. Wipe cache/dalvic and wait to boot and that's it.
Hi! I am the owner of a Xiaomi Mi Max 3.
I tried to update it to a stable official ROM using Miflash, instead of checking the box flash_all I marked flash and lock. I blocked the bootloader.
The phone does not start, it only goes into the recovery mode and a message appears in red at the end of the recovery menu "this miui version can not be installed on this device"
(This version of MIUI can not be installed on this device)
I can not change the ROM using Miflash.
Can somebody help me?
Thanks greetings.

Hello
Yes there are other programs you can try and use: QUALCOMM / QFIL
I had a similar problem with a Lenovo Tab4 8 Plus (8704x) device and this QFIL program and the right ROM files solved the problem for me on that Lenovo tablet when it was hard bricked i.e only went into fastboot or recovery mode.
You need to find all the right version flashing files for your device before commencing, i.e you cannot downgrade a MIUI rom it has to be the same as what was / is on your device or an upgraded version. Unless your bootloader is unlocked :good:
https://en.miui.com/thread-432217-1-1.html
https://androidmtk.com/download-qualcomm-flash-image-loader-qfil
Also maybe you can try adb fastboot program if QFIL doesnt work
https://forum.xda-developers.com/poco-f1/how-to/tool-xiaomi-adb-fastboot-tools-t3887359
One last thing I remember is make sure your Xiaomi device is recognised by the computer in all modes if possible; fastboot, recovery for the ADB drivers or QFIL drivers to work properly. A pop up ballon bottom right PC screen will show if drivers are recognised and ready.
All the best with it

Hi, I'm Argentine and I don't know much about English so I'm going to use the google translator and it may not be understood very well.
I'm having a problem, I have my RN5 Pro (whyred) in bootloop, I can flash any frimware from MiFlash / QFIL (fastboot or test point) but it's still the same. I tried to flash a custom rom with all the recovery (all the versions of the TWRP, Orange Fox, RedWolf, PBRP) but it gives me error 7 (I saw tutorials on youtube, it is not useful to edit the update file).
Among many programs I used I found the "Xiaomi ADB / Fasboot tools 6.2.5". When I enter Fastboot mode, I get "Bootloader: unlocked" in the device information, but when I enter ADB mode it says "Bootloader: locked".
What I wanted to know is if it is possible that for this reason I cannot install a rom from recovery, because it recognizes me as "locked".
Permition to post.tnx
