I'm currently using MIUI rom based on CM9 beta 3 and trying to play GTAIII, game plays with 0 lag,but after a while (aprox. 3-5 min) my phone got freeze and does not even close gta so i am forced to re-boot my phone. Does anyone got smilar problems, or someone with an answer would be much better Edit: I have found out that i'm out of ram every time, so could you guys offer me a solution or an app or even a script that works with MIUI ?Thanks for reading anyway.

I have the same problem.
hello guys, im new to this group. please do correct me if im wrong somewhere
now about the issue, i've been using my zenfone 2 2gb variant for like a year. i've played alot of high end games like nova 3, implosion, gta sa etc and they run without any lag (frame skips happen, but doesn't count). but lately, when i started to play modern combat 5 online, it started to lag a lot. at first it runs smooth like butter, then it will start to lag. no heating issue, 400mb ram unused, yet it lags with fps around 15-20. i'd appreciate if someone would solve my problem. please don't say internet is the problem coz, i have fine net connection.
Try rebooting your phone. If the problem still happens, factory reset your phone. Why? Because it's Android . And you'd better upgrade to lastest 6.0 firmware. Performance improved alot . 53k Antutu for me (only 47k on 5.0)
Hai everyone. I have recently bought huawei mediapad m2. It is second hand btw. I was noticing that when the tablet runs google maps application, the app will sometimes lag, or flickering or stuttering. Not only that application. Vain glory and injustice also will result in the same proble (stuttering, lag, or flickering) when running. I really need your help. I think it is a software problem, then i try to flash B207 firmware (mine was B203). However it is in vain. Is there anyone can solve that problem? really appreciate your help
Hi,
I've been here for a while now but this is my first post ever.
I'm having a really weird issue: when i first bought the phone, it works flawlessly and there was nothing to complain about. However after updated to Android 8, the phone's performance drops noticeably. Applications like Facebook or Instagram always freeze after a few minutes surfing (the lag will last for a few seconds and come back to normal, and after a while it's lag again).
Even in a low-end game like The Walking Dead Season 1, sometimes the FPS drops dramatically. Never happened in Android 7 before.
I tried reset the phone, clear cache and data and stuff like that but it just doesn't work.
Switching to Lineage OS is a good option, the performance there is really fast. But the gamepad and the camera don't work stably to i switched back.
Can someone help me?
The phone is not rooted or anything like that btw.
Thanks.
Perfectly fine here, try factory-resetting your smartphone.
No problem here.
Try full format your phone using recovery.
I'm starting to see big issues with response lag (especially when typing). Anyone have a solution for this issue? I have Oreo factory on my Z2.
Thanks,
smithmal
Hi all!
After OneUI 2.1 update, I get graphical lags. Not very frequently but regularly (~ 5 to 10 times a day maybe). In games, apps or system doesn't matter. It hangs a moment, then its fine. Its kind of a smooth lag somehow, don't know how to describe. As if the system is fine and fast, just the graphics hang a fraction of a second. Anyone else with this issue? I read something about graphics driver updated in last version, is it true? Could these be the issue? But then I would't be alone I assume.
I want to avoid factory reset if possible. Thanks for your thoughts and stay healthy!
What power mode are you using?

Hmmm does it do it in high performance and what games or apps are you trying to run

I was playing Empires and Puzzles mostly. But also happened in system settings during scrolling. Somehow, since I did a second wipe of cache partition yesterday it seems fixed. Hopefully.
Clear cache partition?
Yes did that. First time didnt help but second time seems to work so far.

Model: G973F
I did have the same issue after the update but my phone had completely settled now and back to normal. Verizon 10+ flashed with u1 firmware
i see a lag on fingerprint animation only
And I thought I was the only 1...
N975f flash thru Odin one UI 2.1 yesterday...noticed animations not that smooth...kinda lagging and fp animation slow too...wipe cache many times Liao...continue observing see how
I have the same problem with exynos in France since 2.1
Even after factory reset
The animation of opening applications to change and sometimes it crashes. It's less smooth.
Fingerprint animation is the only thing bothering me, seems choppy or just low fps in general

It came with an update, let's hope it goes away via update as well. At least I wait until next patch before resetting my phone.
