my phone does not turn on, only the logo of xiaomi appears
I can put in the bootloader, but when using the command it gives the error of the image.

The thing is that your device is Jasmine and not Daisy; this is a wrong forum and could be more than one action trying to solve it. I recommend that you open a thread in the right forum https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a2/help and I´ll try to help you in addition to all members that own your same device.

Make sure that you're installing a ROM that is made for you specific device. If you're using Mi A2 Lite, you must use daisy (daisy_sprout) builds.
daisy (or daisy_sprout) is the code name for Mi A2 Lite.

User did a double mistake, I don´t know why he tried to install a Jasmine rom (1st) so his device is not Mi A2 and firstly he confused for Mi A2 Lite (2nd) but his device is finally a redmi 6 Pro (Sakura). Member now opened a thread in the right place.
this was painfull to read OP, hopefully the device is alive and OK

INSTRUCTIONS
This TOOL can install lastest TWRP recovery through fastboot commands. So you can choose to rebbot in fastboot mode manually or checking "With adb reboot" before click on FLASH. When you click on flash the tool will download and flash ther recovery automatically (If the recovery has already been downlaoded it will not be downloaded again). At each startup, the tool will automatically check for updates and if there it will ask you if you want to download them or not.
HOW TO INSTALL
Download the tool;
Unzip the tool in a folder;
Click on "Setup" or "Setup.exe";
Click on "Install";
Waiting for the end of the process;
Enjoy the TOOL.
NOTE
I could not test all supported device, so if you try it please let leave a feedback.

Thanks dear. You know right now I am using RR ROM which is better than MIUI 8 v 6.6.16 why because MIUI 8 has battery drain, so try to flash the latest MIUI 8 v6.6.23, and then update us, so if they fixed the battery drain in this case I will test your tool

I had no problems.
MiTools worked perfectly.
When my cell phone arrived it was with shop rom.
I activated USB debugging on Mi6 and connected to the computer (Windows 10, x64).
But in my Redmi2, MiTools did not work. I had to use MiFlash.

This method worked for me, I have locked bootloader, tried with flashtools it was finishing in a second and showing as success but nothing was flashed, so tried this second method, I habe MIUI 9 now, many thanks XDA and @maciupeq

It didn't work for redmi note 4 SD.
I ve just managed to Unlock my bootloader officially. And l 'm wondering about which rom is better in order to flash.... Is xiaomi eu stable rom better or official global stable? The first one is based on official Chinese, I know that. But am trying to find the best for my 6/128gb

u get newer stuffs on EU rom i think since it's based on china rom.
Eu is better. You can also root without issues if you choose. It also updates more frequently. Global literally has turned into a bandwagon rom. Just read for yourself.
I know that rooting is effecting the fingerprint. Is that soor?

In the xiaomi eu description says that if you want you can flash the twrp and the root at the same time but root is lagging a bit the fingerprint scanner functionality.

Just root via Magisk. It works fine and doesn't lag or interfere with the fingerprint reader whatsoever.
Still wondering who the hell makes up this kind of nonsense .

If you see the xiaomi eu stable subject and especially the installation description you will see that when they say about twrp install they have a warning about root via magisk.

All I can tell you is that pretty much everyone in this XDA sub-forum is running this setup, and has been since pretty much device launch.
It works fine.
this is a brand new unit from Amazon with shrink wrap, came with 8.1.0 and i cannot find the option to check or to uprade to Pie 9

To me, it looks like a flashed Redmi 6 Pro / Sakura (with modified LineageOS and LOS Kernel), being sold out as a MI A2 Lite / daisy, at least that's what I've read on some forums (including on XDA) and on Reddit posts.

Well, it does have modified Lineage OS/AOSP on it and it might be a Redmi 6 Pro (or another), so that's why it doesn't have system updates. Official Mi A2 Lite shouldn't have the 'Ilama' codename on About Phone.
