Does The Streaming Media support H.264 codec ??

I used many different roms from all the rom cooker , my mobile network Austria three use RTSP protocol to Stream the TV Stations with Mpeg4 H.264 Video codec and AAC audio codec on 200 Kb bit-rate .
When i start the television service it d connect and i have sound but only black screen, the weird thing the player recognize the wright codecs when i push properties but it is not showing any picture .
Please help me to solve this problem as the player do start to play and recognize the Video codec so it should be easy o change the codec with the right one .

Try TCMP player.

But, you may need to install the codec separately i think.

Hi, the link is nice, but i don't know an app which can play H.264 AVC AND rtsp-protocol streaming!
Nero Mobile is shown to support H.264 and streaming, but i don't know if rtsp, maybe only http- or mms-streaming like TCPMP or Coreplayer.
TCPMP and NERO don't support the RTSP streaming but both can play the videos with H.264 and AAC codecs which are the most modern and advanced codecs for best quality and compression .
any other solutions to repair or replace the codec on Streaming media program

Note 4 native video codec support for VP9 (webM) & h.265 (HEVC)?

Having a hard time finding this information on the web... Does the note 4 (I have Verizon retail) support VP9 and H.265 natively for video play back (decoding)? Don't really care about encoding but interested in play back capability for either of them.
Thanks!
Regarding VP9
Note 4 running KitKat+ *can* playback VP9 video files. However, it does not have hardware accelerated support for VP9 playback.

Unable to play 4K Videos on my Mobile!!!!

LG G4
Tried playing 4K video on my G4 and it could not handle it... only sound kept coming... *.mkv format is what I tried.
INstalled MX Player with Customer DTS codec support.. tried all..nothing helped!!!!
Please provide some help and I downloaded videos from Youtube 4K Resolution ones...
So it sounds like you downloaded a video but you don't have the codecs.
Is this happening with all videos?
I would imagine that you are able to play them just fine on youtube?
I hate to break it to you, but you won't get quicker/better responses based on how much larger you make your text.
Yes 4k does not play and but 2k(1440p) plays fine in ma youtube... But once downloaded cannot play 1440p videos using any player.. tested mx, dice, bs and stock player too
I have found the issue in playing the 4k and 2K videos I downloaded from Youtube.
I downloaded MKV format which was the culprit... 2k and 4k mp4 formats work fine... mkv works only till 1080p.. may be a codec for mkv should be released for ARM V8

I tried 4K video on VLC with enabled Full HW acceleration and without single lag
test video here: http://demo-uhd3d.com/fiche.php?cat=uhd&id=149'
every video with 60+MB/s bandwith (ofc depends on storage speed, on my Samsung 32GB EVO+ even 70MB/s plays without problems) is laggy 10 bit HEVC is not playing H264 works without problems
YT 4K videos works also on VLC...
same problem
Only 4k video with h264 of codec
Maybe it's too late to reply but the fact that LG G4 only supports 4K video in h264 (mp4) format. You should convert the video with your PC (i recommends Handbrake) select 2160p profile and do some edits or you can convert with any software. Make sure the files converted to mp4. The only one reason if you downloaded a 4k youtube video and it can't directly played on G4 is just because youtube codec for 4k isn't h264 as like 1080p or lower but webm.

Does Mi Max 3 support HEVC 10-bit?

Does it play HEVC 10-bit videos on HW+ mode in MX Player? Does it play smoothly?
Test it here: http://jell.yfish.us/media/jellyfish-60-mbps-hd-hevc-10bit.mkv

I don't get it. Why my 3 years old Sony Xperia 1 can support it but new phone like P6P?
Sony Xperia 1 supports HEVC 10bit HDR since its supported by Snapdragon 855 SOC

Fyi the pixel 6 pro plays h265/hevc 10bit/10bit HDR just fine with hardware decoding.
It's h264 10bit which is the issue file type which doesn't play in photos or Mxplayer without software, dunno why you had an issue. We even went and tested multiple files.
H264 10bit is the issue file type which tbf is very niche now and still kinda weird it doesn't work

Mod Edit: Links removed.
This two are sample of X265.10bit.HDR10Plus HEVC and they don't hardware decoding on Mx player. Could you please test it and tell me the result, I don’t know if I setup anything wrong.
edit:I just update my google photo it work now on photos , but still can't hardware decoding on Mx player.

The World In HDR UHD 4K Demo | 4K Media
The World in HDR in 4K (HDR10). Video Info: Resolution : 3840 x 2160 File size : 308 MB Duration : 00:02:35 Format : MKV Codec : HEVC Overall bit rate : 16.7 Mb/s Bit depth : 10 bits Frame rate : 60 fps
4kmedia.org
This does hw+ decoding which is hw on mxplayers own framework.
I tried arcane above and hw decoding (not hw+) was support just fine

Thanks, My current first choice is mxplay, followed by VCL. If neither of these two can be decoded by hardware, will find sources in other formats.
