I want backup some of my apps with titaniumbackup, but they don't work on 1.72. Only titanum was full backuped my apps (with dalvik cache and system setings).
So I'am intresting is there any option to full backup apps with root acces from windows command-promt or android app that don't need root acces?
I have a new G3 and I have to make a complete backup and restore it to my old g3 for my ex so her texts and photos ect stay intact. Is there a way to completely copy the Rom and all the data and flash it to another G3? This is very important. Thank you all for your time and support!

Non Root Method
-Use LG Backup to backup user apps + text messages
-Copy DCIM folder from sdcard to new phone
Root Method:
I would suggest rooting your phone
Using Titanium Backup Pro to backup system apps + user apps + app data
Titanium Backup also allows the backup of call logs and text messages
Root other phone
Restore using Titanium Backup
Download and Normal Flash (using LG Flash Tool 2014) corresponding KDZ to remove root
Hello, I have CWM for long time but that's second time when I used it to restore my stock firmware with apps from a backup made before changing a ROM.
I was using Cyanogenmod 12.1 and before it I did backup of my stock firmware by CWM.
The problem is, when I did restore from a backup, It restored system well, but ... not exactly data.
System booted well, but I don't see any of my apps. Hovewer, when I check in App Manager, I see many apps that i HAD installed but they are shown as 0,00 B weight and have "android" icon.
Memory of my phone is filled as same as when I did backup but apps don't show.
How should I use restore from backup to restore entire system well?
Go to recovery and wipe data, cache and dalvik. Then use advance restore option to restore data and cache.
Now data should work but I recommend using folder mount or sd fix to modify the sdcard restrictions on stock kitkat.
I have installed Nougat and done lots of customizations. I just learned that in order to root and disable forced encryption I have to wipe user data. Is there any workaround? I don't want to lose my data.
Removing encrypting and rooting are two different, independent things. You may decide to root only. Then wipe is not necessary.
(Do a backup in any case)
My experience with encryption is not that bad. I have an encrypted RETUS variant that's stuck in MM with a November security patch. I flashed xperience nougat ROM along with magisk (which comes with root) and everytime I reboot or boot into TWRP I have to put in my password to decrypt my data partition.
The only workaround to backing up and removing encryption that I know of is to make a backup with titanium, this is almost as good as a TWRP backup of data given you know what you're doing. After the backup, you can copy the titanium folder onto your PC before you wipe and then copy it back in to restore the backup.
Hi!, i need to rollback from android 11 to 10. I know i'm gonna lose all my data due to this proccess.
Whats the best way to recover all my apps (ALL, not part of them as automatic backup restores not everything) and of course applications data (settings). I'm not rooted
