No, i can't try because in recovery linked in OP it didn't appear pin input so the directories are encrypted and i can't install nothing!
After coming back to twrp "classic" i have the message "could not mount /data and unable to find crypt footing"

I'll try it! But can i ask if i have to install something with twrp multirom linked by you if there is a way to have access to sd cards contents? I try to re-add and remove pin in settings>security but, opposite of "classic" twrp it didn't appear the pin digit message necessary to read phone contents

Vanilla microG doesnt support location provider and nanodroid just fails to boot both on beta and stable builds. Otherwise it works flawless, specially for the first weekly build. Keep up the good work

but location works despite that right

Location works instantly, the main problem is that other apps can't see microg services installed, so they complain about it (maps) or don't work at all(strava).

- Go in TWRP and flash OB22 Firmware/Vendor

Just me, or the recents is a bit broken? The recents panel sometimes doesn't show any recent apps until after a restart. Attached a log in case it helps.

First time installing crDroid to your device, or coming from another ROM?:

For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.

Many thanks to mg712702 for putting this together - looks great!
A few notes:
-I was upgrading from Lineage OS and I needed to not just wipe /data but do a reformat to get it to boot - I was getting "please enter your android password" prompts on boot even after flashing. TWRP may seem to fail with the message "couldn't mount /data" but try rebooting and it may just have worked enough to boot.
-I originally flashed ROM + gapps and the camera worked fine. Without gapps the camera crashes. (as pointed out above)
- I tried to install Magisk - TWRP rebooted suddenly halfway through the install and now the ROM hangs on boot. Guess I am going to have to reflash.

Stable Pie Rom
Everything is working on my Z00T!
-Camera works on stock ay first boot but there are time that it crashes but reboot it fix it
-Video Recording also works even on pixelmaster
-Smooth af
-Customization all working
My only struggle with this is with magisk sometimes it disappears after boot.
Overall great rom!
I Can't test the battery life because my battery is ****! ?

I've tried dirty flashing over a few ROMs like Bootleggers, AEX Oreo, crDroid Oreo & LOS 16. Most times it works at first boot, sometimes they wouldn't work at all. Or it may even not work at first boot but after restarting it might... or after a couple of reboots. But generally in my experience if it manages to work on first boot (or first 2-3 rather), if I restart again the camera will not work anymore. Tried the LOS 16 method of clearing cache and all but to no avail. It's pretty unstable I would say (the camera I mean).

I had the same problem but I found I could install 17.3 and then I did a direct install of 18 from the manager. You might try this. Great ROM by the way. Thanks to the developer for keeping the ZOOT alive and up to date.

nobody faced camera crash bug
and for google cant sign in just clear data then you are ready to go

Great ROM! I installed it without problems and everything worked great, except for the sensor and SELinux described in the first post. However, I fell back to crDroid due to a lot of lag in running. Nevertheless, big applause for the creator!

I tried to install this rom and now I am stuck at the animated logo at the beginning. This is the first time I am flashing this rom. The bootloader was unlocked (the lock sign was unlocked). I installed the latest TWRP. I rebooted into TWRP just fine. I wiped cache, dalvik, system, vendor etc. as described in the OP. Then I installed the rom. There was no error message. All completed fine. Then I rebooted. TWRP warned me that there is no OS. I thought this is just a warning because the system was wiped. I rebooted. Now the phone is stuck at the animated E logo. Animation keeps looping but nothing happens. I waited for at least 15 minutes.
Any ideas how I can fix this?

Ok I tried to check the system partition within TWRP and it looks like nothing is written there. It is empty. So it looks like TWRP is writing the ROM but actually it fails to do so ( I think).
How is this possible?

I have the same issue. Already using orangefox recovery myself.

I actually solved this by formating the data partition, losing everything and saving the phone. Wiping it was not enough. Probably some selinux issue.

i have deleted bootanimtion.zip file and it still stuck at boot animation...
upd: solved, my internal memory was encrypted

switched to this rom after ArrowOS 12.1 (whis is a great rom too).
good experiance so far (3 days) the only issues i witnessed are:
- can't set up notification lights blink lenght and speed, it either doesnt blink or just is on without blinking, like during charge.
- sometimes status bar and expanded QS duplicate battery, date and signal, but it's not critical.
Network settings section crashed a couple of times, but still work overall.
Also do not forget to switch of VoLTE, cause daisy doesn't support it, and you will not receive any calls.
This rom has very good tweaks, you can change number of coloumns in QS, which is best for me.
And if you like new features in A13, this rom is a very good choice, also updates via OTA.
3 days in normal run as a daily driver. hope that helps

Some apps crash on startup, like tiktok.
A similar situation on firmware from other maintainers, based on android 13. I do not advise you to switch to android 13 yet.

did you follow the installation guide?
maybe that could be the reason:
Delete bootanimation.zip along the path /system/product/media/bootanimation.zip
If this is not done, the ROM will not start. You need to mount the system

Yes, i tried this also for few times... and successfully wasted my 3 hours.. now shifted to Syberia 6.2

I confirm that deleting the bootanimation.zip file does not fix the bootlooping of the OTA update 2023-01-14
