Under dialler is there a way to add a VOIP / SIP account ?

On my previous Nokia 7 Plus the option to add a SIP account is available in the dialler.
Is there a way to enable this on Redmi Note 8 Pro ?

I haven't been able to find such an option as yet. For the time being, I've been using Zoiper for my VOIP calls. I'm surprised nobody has a solution. I'll report back if I find out anything useful.

Hello everyone. I want to record my whatsApp, Viber, Imo, Messenger call. Have you any ideas or ways to fix my query?
I try by using Cube call recorder acr over my phone. But not working as worked my old cellphone Samsung Galaxy J7 pro (2017).

Odialer not showing call ui to end call or select options when calling to emergency number (112).
Tested on OnePlus 11 CPH2447 and OnePlus 9 Pro.
