How can I change My Hp 6515 IMEI number

cause of un registered imei I cant use my mobile phone in Turkey, please help me if an one knows anything about it

Please read the rule of the forum . Changing the IMEI of your phone is illegal and requesting a tool to remove IMEI in this forum will get you in a world of trouble. Hopeful, you won't get bash as much as many other who's asked the same question.

Flash The stock file from development section and youll get back your baseband back !

my bs3 fixed. my bs3 also bootloop and no imei, baseband unknown. no need qcn. just a simple tricks and flashing
