Note 9 notifications sounds over to Note 10? - Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Questions & Answers

Is there a way to bring over the built in stock notification sounds from the Note 9 over to the Note 10? There are several sounds that I've been using on the Note's for several years that have disappeared and I'm kinda bummed. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Zedge is your best bet. It will even save your favorites, so once you locate and favorite them all, it's really easy to set them the way you want. I'm still using "Pyxis" as my ringtone, which I think either came from a Nexus device or the S7 Edge. I use Mira for text tones, which came from the same phone. Gave up on Tejat for emails, since I like the Samsung Chime sound.

I'm like you, I wanted notifications sounds from my Note 9. The stock sounds on the Note 9 are located in /system/media/audio, but you need to be rooted to access it. I copied over my Note 9 sounds to my Note 10+ and put them in the Notifications folder in internal storage.

Thanks guys. I found a bunch of them on Zedge.
There are still a few more I want but I cant remember the names of them. What would be the best way to obtain a written list of the notification names from the Note 9? If I saw the names I would recognize them and be able to search in Zedge.

Galaxy S 4 System Dump

I'm not sure if this is posted yet but since I'm rocking both devices (GS3 and Note II) I thought I would share this post from the Note II forums. Maybe someone can get some of the apps to work, such as S-Translate and S-Health

Sweet can't wait to see which apps get working
What other apps are there really cept S-Voice?!
And hopefully someone can get S-Voice to work on AOSP ROMs, although I am very fine with Google Now..
I tried the S4 voice and while it was nice and a clear improvement, I noticed shortly after pushing it my system apps that my battery took a huge hit, I had to revert back to a nandroid backup, all was normal after

SNote and SPlanner on JB 4.3

Hi,
I've done a lot of searching but didn't find a concrete answer to my question.
I, like many, really like a lot of the things that Samsung did with TW. A few of the apps, as well as many features such as SmartStay. I much prefer SPlanner to the Google Calendar, for example, because the month view is actually useful and gives me data (let's me see the names of events rather than just a color indicator)
Is there any way to enjoy 4.3 and these Samsung add-ons?
not until samsung releases 4.3 for our phones..

Hello,
Do you know is it possible to port this Apk to our Note edge???
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2771720
I'm almost positive this is the same feature as Pop-up Display in the stock sms app.

Yea i mean I see users requesting this all the time on note 4 and edge.. lol and it does exactly the same thing as the stock pop up in sms, a Trans pop up that doesn't interfere with what your doing.. lol so seems like a waste of time, and maybe users aren't aware it's even their idk, just seems pointless.

I didn't even know this was a feature. And I'm one of those people who obsessively go over all settings for like an hour before using any app. How in the world did I miss this? Well, thanks

Lol i have no idea .. we had it on the note3 on tweaked rom.. ported s5 mms so i think alot of us were familiar with it. But it is sorta not a real obvious setting for whatever reason.. samsung has never been great at documentation or making things super easy or obvious so it makes sense.

Removing a word from the Samsung dictionary

I cannot remember how to do this. You used to be able to long press on a word, such as a typo, and delete it from the dictionary. But it no longer works in this fashion. Does anyone know how to do this on the 10?
I am speaking of typos such as:
You type was and it comes out wad, etc...

Im using the stock Samsung, and yes, it used to work that way. But it no longer functions in that manner. At least in my 10+ and the wife's 8.
