Ever since I updated to 10.3.1.0 pie update, I am unable to use my wifi. Even after 10.3.2.0 update by miui problem is not solved. I have to limit my internet usage because of it. I already wrote many time to miui developer about it but still they are not listening. On their forum I found that some rn5 pro users are facing similar issues. Can anyone find a solution for this problem? When I heir wifi button it turns off automatically in 10 seconds. Please help me if you can.
Try a factory reset, mostly solve all kind of problems.

Yes, I succeeded to root my Vigor. I'm trying to remember which tutorial I used... I had to try many things, and I also had to reinstall the phone a few times before success.
If I remember correctly, this is what I followed : http://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/help/method-to-root-lg-g4s-model-h735-lg-g4-t3248030
I received an error "SW Rev Check Failed Fused 2 Binary 1" when following the root steps for the Verizon Note 7. Does anyone have any suggestions for correcting? I have attempted to flash the stock Verizon ROM via Odin, however I receive the same error.
Flash again the firmware but without the BL(bootloader). Make sure to flash the same firmware version like previous one before root. Or go to Note7Aliance website. They have a lot of stuf there.

Thanks. I tried that but didn't take. I happened across another thread, trying now. Fingers crossed, hard to replace these things now.
You can only flash the same firmware as before. You can't downgrade. Your error message means you try to downgrade. It's impossible to downgrade!

Petersoris, I was able to fix it thanks to Benyou54's advice. I was using what I think is the original software version before, but I was able to find the 9/21/17 update online, version N930VVRS2APHE. It can be found here: http://downloadmirror.co/Umw/VZW-N930VVRS2APHE-20160921072852.zip.
This is the last update before the 60% battery limitation. If you have the limitation you may need to find a newer version.

I can't install new fonts after Oreo update and even fonts installed/working on Nougat stopped working. Always says that the font one is not compatible.
Anybody knows why and how to fix it?

Bumping this thread, as I've just run in to the same problem.
I have a font (Bauhaus) installed on my Galaxy S8+ running Oreo, but I've just bought a Note 8, and while it's running the same version of Android, it won't let me install the font (I get the same error as the OP).
Looking around the web, it seems to be a common issue, as Samsung continue to reduce what we can do with our own phones.
Anybody know of a (non root) solution?
This is a very stranger thing... It happened with the A5 but didn't happen with my S8.
I updated from nougat to Oreo after received it and could install fonts with no problem.
It must be a random issue..
In time, I couldn't solve until I sell the A5..

Update- 1
28-6-19, 08:17 PM:- Finally I am able to fix my Mate 20 X. May be I find the solution and the cause of this problem but not sure.
1.
After updating Emui 9.1 and debloat my Mate 20 X with this post "https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-20-x/development/debloat-huawei-mate-20x-one-click-1-1-t3883921" when debloated my device, may be a file disabled which is necessary for emui 9.1. After a factory reset maybe the problem fixed.
or
2. I reinstalled the emui 9.1 on my device again by eRecovery and then fixed the problem.
Any of these fix my Mate 20 X. Thanks
Update- 2
29-6-19, 01:13 PM: I was wrong. Upper two steps did not fix my problem. Yesterday night again restart happened when watching movies. So today I downgrade to Emui 9.0 with HiSuite desktop app (in windows OS)
I am just reporting here: https://consumer.huawei.com/en/contact-us/
Update- 3
After downgrading to Emui 9.0 mate 20 x, Today I am staring to update Emui 9.1 again, If find any luck!
Update- 4
01-07-2019: You don't have to downgrade by only FunkyHuawei. You an always easily downgrade 9.1 to 9.0 by HiSuite application which is free on windows. Whenever you open HiSuite application on windows there is an option to downgrade to 9.0 under update section.
Update- 5
11-7-2019:- Today an update popup I don't know what kind of update it is because in the Emui version there is no change but came a update and unfortunately I can not read the update text I just press the install button and install the update I think some kind of "Patch" word written there in update popup.
So waiting and observing what is that update actually
Update- 6
20-7-19: After a lot of experiment my mate 20 x now crash free. So what I have tried?
I downgraded Emui 9.1 to 9.0 then update again more than 4 times but crash issue not solved.
I tried possibly every single steps, but crash issue did not solved. download the update over the wifi, then downgrade and again update over the mobile network then downgrade and then update again by eRecovery but all the steps were just waste of time crash issue was not solved. Then I downgrade again and then do factory reset, clear cache memory then update again. Most probably 4 to 5 times I downgrade and update again my Mate 20 X to solve the crash issue but the crash issue didn’t solve at all randomly happened crash issues 5 to 10 times a day. Then I was totally frustrated and decided not to try to fix the issue, I was only waiting som day huawei will fixed the crash issue by any update or patch.
But day before yesterday I was totally disturbed by the crash issue and finally decided I will downgrade again and I will not update my Mate 20 X again before Android Q stable come for device. And after downgrade I have a though that to try the 9.1 update last with HiSuite pc apps then I tried to update Emui 9.1 again with HiSuite PC application and after update came a 11mb patch update I do all the update and fortunately after Emui 9.1 updated via Windows PC HiSuite app my mate 20 x get rid of the crash issue. Now no crash issue in my Mate 20 X.
Update- 7
22-7-19: I was totally wrong. After 5 days running without crash my Mate 20 X crashing again from last night. After 10-30 minutes it is crashing even I don't use the phone then also it is crashing randomly after certain period. So from today morning I have to downgrade again from 9.1 to 9.0.
I am having the same issue. After the screen comes back on it says your device was restarted enter the passcode to unlock
That's it exact the same problem here, what should we do now?

You guys can roll back to 9.0 through HiSuite. That's what I just did.
I am on the official MIUI Global 10.3.1 Pie ROM and everything works fine except the internet. It will be working fine then bam, no internet on both wifi and SIM. The only option is to reboot the phone and internet is restored immediately on both wifi and SIM. Sometimes this happens while using the internet but sometimes it also happens if I leave the phone for too long. It's very frustrating. Fyi, I am using Blokada but disabling the VPN doesn't make any difference. Is there any solution to this? Thanks.
Have you tried a factory reset? Often it solves problems...

No, I haven't yet tried a factory reset as I want to use it as a last resort. I'll wait for some alternatives for a while before I try that.
I understand it's boring, but sometimes it's the only way to get reliable results.
