you can´t find anything because there are no custom ROMs for the Galaxy A3 2017.
But if you just want to deactivate some of those useless samsung apps use the Package Disabler Pro app. This app can deactivate all system apps and doesnt need root.

As far as I know, there isn't a miui port on a5 and we cant get android 10. Maybe if the other ASeries gets it then some dev will work on it.

Sorry to say... As there seems to be no official oneUI firmware from Samsung, it is very unlikely to get it for this device.
Maybe you can find a theme of Samsung experience which looks like oneUI.
