I am trying to list the steps. I may have missed some, so wait for others to reply also.
Installing Chinese ZUI 3.5.xx and then OTA to latest build (for getting latest baseband)
https://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-zuk-z2/how-to/rom-zui-3-5-243st-z2-plus-z2-t3745636
Unlocking bootloader plus installing TWRP:- https://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-zuk-z2/how-to/z2-z2-plus-bootloader-unlock-twrp-t3615283
Treble ROM vs Non Treble ROM process (depending on ROM type you need to format your phone and TWRP selection)
https://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-zuk-z2/how-to/z2plus-treble-roms-flashing-reverting-t3778287
Pixel is a full treble ROM with latest release!!
Last, the easiest part, downloading the PE ROM flashing/installing via TWRP

Somehow i managed to flash jaguar rom, will soon flash pixel exp after update
I have bought a brand new Redmi Note 5 PRO and I'm asking if is worth to install a Custom ROM (RR) because the stock rom uses much amount of RAM, and doesn't have 4K camera ( I will flash a custom camera after RR).
If is worth, the steps are :
1. UnlockBootloader
2. Flash TWRP
3. Flash Kernel
4. Flash ROM
5. Flash GAPPS
Or are needed additional steps?
Thank you.

It is worth it if you like the features that the rom offers.
Also first you flash the rom and then optionally flash a kernel.
Hello guys,
I have just bought a Redmi Note 5 with MIUI 9.5.13.0(OEIMIFA). I would like to flash a custom rom over it. Is there a good tutorial to unlocking bootloader, flashing TWRP and then, a custom rom?
Also, is it advisable to upgrade to MIUI 10 before flashing a custom rom?
Thanks a lot in advance
no need to update to miui10 for unlocking and flashing any custom rom

if you want to install lineageOS then don't use formatDATA option in TWRP
please read it carefully, if you have any doubt then ask for help in desired custom rom threads
Hi, I bought this phone today from Aliexpress and I asked the seller to ship it with the official stock ROM, which I think it's chinese. I was reading the threads and in the thread with the stock ROM it seems that it works only for the indian version.
Now, if I get this phone with the original stock ROM there will be a way to "extract" the chinese stock ROM that can be flashed? E.g., I install a custom ROM and want to go back to the official ROM, as of today I cant to that, but if I extract or backup the stock ROM?
Also the stock ROM which languages has?
You can get the stock Chinese rom from Realme website, just click the yellow button below the model realme X:
h t t p s : //w ww.real me. com//supp ort/software- update
(remove all spaces in the link)
It has 19 languages.

The realme website offers an ozip rom, which I understand can be installed with the stock recovery method according to the guide. The problem is that if I flash a custom ROM I'll need to install TWRP, so how can I use that ozip to go back to stock? If there's a way to get the stock recovery then no problems.
I read that I can extract the stock recovery from the stock rom zip, there should be a ozip2zip converter, does it work for the Realme X?
You can flash ozip firmware by TWRP as it is stated in the TWRP thread just go to that thread and read it well, however I didn't try it! I prefer to keep everything stock.

There are threads here with custom recoveries for Lisa - please take a look and find/read.
Hint, SHRP or Fox - but they work fine with A11 (MIUI 12.5)
There is no custom recovery that works properly with A11 (hence with MIUI 13 as on your screenshot).
This is generally a known situation - you can go to TWRP.me and find what they say about support for A12 (all other custom recoveries take essentials from TWRP and mainly repack to different UI, add some UI features and so)
To unbrick, flash the stock recovery (hopefully, you will not need to use MiFlash to flash the whole stock firmware)
Generally be careful, do not install custom recovery, ROM, etc for Renoir to Lisa. Phones are 'similar' but they have different chipsets
