Has someone already tried to replace the miui dialer app with the android "pixel" or "one" dialer app?

Recently installed ADW launcher to replace launcher pro and im pretty happy with it with one exception. I can't seem to get the Dialer onto my home screen. I've looked in the app drawer, i have tried searching through shortcut, custom shortcut and widgets and also launcher actions.
Anyone have a solution. The closest thing I can find is direct call and direct message.
So you can't find your dialer in the application list which is strange btw? What if you install touchpal dialer for instance? Its free from the market and happens to be my default one....

I have been using CM 7 for a while now, but, one thing I miss the most from a Sense based Rom is the Smart dialer. I have tried Dialer One, It is Ok but it is quite as good as the stock sense dialer. Does anyone have a suggestion for a replacement Dialer?
is this even possible? i can install stock lollipop messaging app and would like to do the same with the dialer. i prefer the lollipop dialer.
Dont think this is possible. It is part of the UX UI from LG. The Stock dialer is part of the Stock UI from 5.1
It's been ported for the HTC M9, and it's in the works for the S6. I'm sure someone can port it over for the G4.
Updated to the 7.1.1 beta today. Are the round icons only appear on Pixel phones. Every article I've read said that was a feature in the beta. I am completely stock and my Icons aren't round. Am I missing something? Love the new camera update and the app shortcuts.
It's pixel launcher's privilege.. I think I saw an apk at Apkmirror yesterday about icons and pixel launcher too.
These should do the job.
I installed latest Pixel launcher apk and latest round icons app
So far the only round icon with white background I'm seeing is the calendar.
Now, regarding pixel launcher...I don't know how to make the swipe option work.
