So I moved onto the Atrix and have a brand new Tilt 2 that I pretty much want to sell and seeing as AT&T is selling this phone for damn near $600 what would be a good price to get a fast sale for this?

Check eBay, you will see you can buy brand new "AT&T Tilt 2 New" in the box for $249 - $349, so you'll never sell a used one for $350. You may see some used ones on there as well to get an idea of price for a used one...
My Tilt 2 is brand new I got it from insurance before I upgraded to the Atrix, but $300 to $350 seems to be the norm

I would advice you to go no higher than $200. Even if it is new from insurance, they generally send out refurbished devices for warranty replacements now. AT&T and Sprint are the only US carriers still offering the device brand new. It is an old device now. Also, it's generally nice to offer the devices at a lower price on XDA in order to contribute a bit to the community. Offering it to chefs for a low rate is also another good idea. Some chefs don't cook for certain devices anymore as they don't have the device anymore for whatever reason. These are all of my suggestions.

Galaxy Nexus locked?

many are selling their Galaxy Nexus saying waiting for lock code to unlock etc.. and others are saying its sim-free and unlocked
so who to believe? is it locked for those to took it on contract (o2 , orange , others) or its unlocked just tied up with the contract and can sell it easily to make quick cash?
thanks
Well Im in the UK and got the phone from Phones4u - tied to an Orange tarriff..... but I now have my T-Mobile SIM in it as ive got 6 weeks left before I can actually move my number to Orange.
Works fine
Some are locked. Some aren't.
It seems all O2 phones are locked. Some Three phones but not all of them and that the new contract phones4u are unlocked.
Either way I unlocked my O2 phone for £7 using eBay and it only took a few hours to get the code so it isn't tricky to unlock which is great for those in the US wanting to buy a phone as it would surely be cheaper to buy a locked phone and pay $15 on eBay for an unlock code.
So if have some friends in the UK who can get it for free due an upgrade or using the plan for their own i can make them happy paying them £400 cash per device and they use the service anyway and benefit some cash?
So who wanna be my friend for few devices?
wow no one? hehe i thought i'll be getting tons of PMs regarding the topic
seems i have no option but getting it over ebay overpriced :/

Probably because they wouldn't profit from it at all. If they buy them on contract they still end up paying at least the full price of the phone but as part of an increased monthly cost. When you then offer them £400 they probably end up about £100 out of pocket. Hardly a great deal for them.

Bestbuy Warranty

When U purchased my moto 360 I bought the two year warranty for it. Recently its been randomly turning off and the device gets extreme hot. Seeing as how the original is no longer being sold by bestbuy if I took it to be exchanged how would that work?
I'm not sure what category that would fall under on here [http://www.geeksquad.com/protection-plans/geek-squad-protection], but if you bring it into your local store, they will be able to get the process started. You can also call them at 1800 Geeksquad (1-800-433-5778) and they will be able to fully answer that for you. More than likely, they will be able to replace it with a working refurbished one.
Wish I'd seen this earlier, but this was exactly my situation. Essentially what they did was allow me use the amount I spent on the original Moto 360 (minus the warranty) towards the new Moto 360. I did have to buy a new 2 year warranty, which is more expensive, because the watch is more expensive. I paid around $130 total, and took advantage of a $50 gift card offer they were running at the time.

Bootlooping H815 European - Next phone?

Bought a second had H815 w/ country code CZ & already unlocked bootloader about 3 months ago off an ebay seller. Have really fallen in love with the phone but it started the bootlooping last week. With the disappearance of any real subsidies, I like to stay MVNO (Cricket) & mid price-point on my phones after several years of premium pricing w/ Apple / AT&T.
Post-bootlooping I initially bought a hot air station & was gonna try the repair but decided against and selling for parts / repair instead. I've been reviewing phone options and just like when I opted for the G4 initially, it still appears there's no competitor overall (for the money) given requirements of awesome camera and removable SD.
In seeking the best shot at carrying me for a couple of years, my question is, if I'm moving forward with another G4, should I opt for another euro H815 from Handtec or find a late serial AT&T. I'm holding out for G5 release to see what that does to AT&T G4 prices which right now are at $462 with the H815 at Handtec around $400+ whatever shipping.. I'd like to see $300 at AT&T but then again Handtec option has 2 year warranty. With the Handtec option, is one pretty well assured of getting a very late serial (and, btw, what ARE the latest batch numbers).
Thoughts? I _REALLY_ love this phone and there doesn't seem to be another great option. Or maybe G5 but unknown performer..
Has anyone USED the EU warranty through Handtec ? Will unlocking the bootloader void it if dealing with Handtec? Flashing is less and less important to me these days..
Thanks!

Buyers beware! Used phones being sold as 'new' on ebay

So Im on my second 'new' HTC 10 from ebay. First one was simply an open box to unlock listing. Not bad since it only takes like 5 min at most to unlock a phone. Nope phone came with nicks and scratches on the casing and screen. Didnt want to deal with it so I sent it back. Ordered another one 'brand new sealed in box'. Wrong again. Another shoddy box with chinese knock off accesories but atleast the phone was mint. After having problems connecting to LTE i decided to do a imei/serial number check to see if I probably recieved some weird non us compatible phone. Low and behold phone is a japan version with HTC warranty repairs for water damage. So now to return this one.
So if youre in a market for a new phone, ask for the imei before shipping and run it thru a HTC warranty checker such as imei.info
Either way if it comes in non HTC packaging, eg texured stickers on the box as opposed to the pressed textures of an oem htc box, chinese accesories like chargers with the writing all crooked and a generic sim removal tool instead of the tiny and square htc tool USE PRECATION. Sellers ive delt with so far are AMPM and x-channel on ebay.
Again BEWARE of used phones being passed as new.
Also does anyone have any links to brand new phones? They are non existent in the US and Amazon had them listed a couple months ago
https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B01G1NHAYI/ref=dp_olp_all_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=all
There are a couple New listings there on Amazon still.
Both for Grey and Silver.
Is the 10 even made anymore? Why would you buy an old phone new?
Also, where is your negative feedback on these sellers, especially the one that barely has any feedback?
Yes, always IMEI search; the phone can be blacklisted becasuse someone didn't pay their bill/fulfill their contract. I provide that information when I sell my phones on Craigslist.
this is common sense

The HTC 10 isn't made any longer. But there could be leftover inventory not yet sold. Overall it's a very good phone and could be had for a lot less than a U11. The only trouble is, the HTC 10 is a crap-shoot on reliability. There have been enough reports of this battery issue where the phone suddenly shuts off when the battery level is somewhere down below half, and then gets caught a rebooting loop. If the phone is fully charged, you won't run into this issue. So, it's easy for a used/refurbished HTC 10 to be sold without the problem revealed upfront. Either a seller would confirm the issue doesn't exist, or you get it with a warranty. HTC has not formally acknowledged the issue. And apparently there's no way to know if your phone is a time bomb waiting to suffer the same fate.
Amazon is turning into eBay now. There are tons of counterfit goods being sold on Amazon. With a recent ruling, they can NOT be held responsible for these items, even if they fulfill shipping them from their warehouses. I just got a suspected used phone that was listed as NEW on Amazon, and it was even PRIME! Very sad that you can no longer trust Amazon for a hassle-free, no b.s. shopping.
