Whatsapp problem? Audio from wrong speaker - LG G7 ThinQ Questions & Answers

Hello, I have this strange problem: after EVERY SINGLE whatsapp audio call I find that every sound of the smartphone goes out from the earpiece and not the loudspeaker!
I missed some calls and at least one wake up because the alarm wasn't audible and this a trouble for me!
Actually the only solution I found is to reboot the phone but is very inconvenient.
I found a little bit of informations around xda and internet but nothing that seems to work.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall whatsapp and factory reset the phone but with no luck.
I have an LM-g710EM with original v10u-222-01 locked and no modifications.
Maybe someone has advices?
Thank you!

Sound Problems

I've had a O2 XDA Orbit for about 3 months now without any problems, but it seems to devloped a strange fautl today.
This morning (around 7am) the alarm went off as usual, but come about 10 when I tried to make a phone call the call was placed but I could not hear the other person (and she could not hear me). I checked out the phone and noticed that both volume sliders where set to off, changing them and I still could not get any sound out of the device.
In Settings Sounds & Notifications when I press the play button theres no sound, and trying the built in sound/video/midi results in no sound.
Oddly when someone calls, I changed the ring tone to an mp3 wich will play, but again I cant hear the caller, or they hear me.
I've done a soft reboot, with no help, before I tired a hard reset I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas?
I'm having exactly the same problem. If anyone has any advice regarding this I'd be greatly apperciated!

Video Recording and MSN Sound Clip Sound Volume

First everybody complained that the voice clip from the MSN was way too low. Even in the highest volume they couldn't understand me, everybody told me, and I was almost screaming.
Now I noticed that the video recording has the same problem: The volume is just too low.
Well, It was not like that a weeks ago and the voice notes seems OK, as I checked. I belive that it could be a software issue, after I installed an app, I guess.
Looked for and changed some "audiogain" registry entries but I fail.
So... help!
People, I flashed with the new ROM (the HTC_WWE_1.33.422.1_4.1.13.51_03.07.90_Ship.exe one) and the issue persists.
The ROM was clean and the problem described in the 1st post continued. So, I did a hard reset after that and nothing.
I don't think it is a hardware problem, 'cause people can hear me just fine during a call.
I'd like to ask for a solution again.

I cannot turn off speaker

Hi everyone. I have a problem with my Artemis. When i was trying msn on my mobile, i recorded and send an conversation on one of my msn-contacts. After this i played the recording on msn to hear what i send him. Everything worked ok. I closed msn, and tried to make a call. But all the conversation was like if i had the speaker on (but i had it off). I tried to activate it, and after this to deactivate it, but the problem was still the same.since then every time i use the device as a phone to make or receive a call the problem is the same, i hear the sounds like in speaker-on mode.
I tried Hard Reset and Soft Reset, i even tried to change ROM on my device but the problem still is the same.
Can somebody help me please? I bought the device 2 weeks ago

In Ear Speaker

Hi guys, I did a search in this Arc forum for In ear Speaker problems and couldn't find anything, so I chose to start a new thread. Just know I DID try to find info for this phone but I only found a few other threads about different phones.
My in-ear speaker does not work in calls. It is extremely quiet, as if the volume is turned all the way down. Thing is, I try turning up the in-call volume during a call and it does nothing. But the weird thing is, I went into the service menu to test the hardware (using the *#*#7378423#*#* trick) and tested the in-ear speaker and it works fine! Loud and clear! But then immediately following that I'll try a call and still will hear practically nothing. Putting the call on speakerphone allows me to hear the other party, as well as putting in a headset, so I am stumped. Tried pulling the battery and have rebooted the phone many times and the problem is still persisting.
AND, on top of ALL of that, the damn thing was working just fine the other day. I switched to this phone last week and have been making calls successfully being able to hear the other party just fine. But suddenly today it's deciding to not work in a call. This is really weird.
Has anyone else had this problem? What else can I try to fix it? Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
EDIT: Blah a hard reset fixed it. Feel free to delete this post mods!

Help! Can't listen my phone calls

Hello!
I have this weird issue when I try to answer/make a phone call where I can only listen to them through the loudspeaker... The oled earpiece seems to not work, I'm kind of thinking that this may be a software issue as I've tried listening WhatsApp audios through the "earpiece" and they sound fine... Apparently the phone calls are the only problem...
I did a factory reset, and it worked for the first phone call and then it stopped giving me any sound
Any idea how can I fix this?
Thank you in advance
In the phone app, go to call settings then additional settings, then turn off hearing aid compatibility. This fixed the issue for my friends LG G8. When I enabled it, the issue returned.
