Hi there, I have bad OCD lol and on all phones have found ways to remove the battery percentage, but the mate 20x is different, bootloader locked, and can't find a non root way of doing it, I don't mind the stock battery icon, but hate the percentage next to it... I'm on evr-L29 and 9.0.0
I don't remember not having that option to hide Battery Percentage. Although I have AL00 but it shouldn't be different. Go to Setting - Battery Percentage.

Does anyone know why the battery meter on gingerbread roms like cm7 doesnt actually reflect the battery percentage? A notch might be missing and my batt is at like 60%, if i flash a new battery pack will this be fixed?
the stock battery display icon only has 5-6 graphic changes from full to empty, it wont reflect a true accurate reading as the battery drains but it will show you a rough picture of remaining power, if you flash a battery pack that has 20-100 images then you will get a more accurate representation. i'm not familiar with any for GB roms but you can try to find one
Most Gingerbread Battery Icon packs have on average 100 . This is not listing the "Dead" battery icons and so forth or animation of the battery charging. From what little bit of theming I have played in most Gingerbread battery Icons drop every 10% for what remaining battery life you have . Meaning 100-90% will show the same graphic till it falls into the next range . Compared to stock its alot more acurate and kinda gives a not in your face slap of a sudden drop like the stock battery icon does . With Roms and Kernels being developed as well as other little things added to these packages the Evo is becoming more battery efficent then it was when it was first released . I currently have a modified Gingerbread notification bar installed on Myn's RLS5 and it shows battery life quite well . Another thing to bare in mind is the Icon itself is only a certain size . Thus showing actual 1% drops graphically would be a bit difficult so why I think most set it up for 10% drops much like the stock battery (uptime , awake time) screen shows in 10% steps .

Hello!
It's easy to check what causes to drain your battery. Just use Battery status and level and we can see it. However I want to know what the phone signal variable means. As example at night I've got a long green part even I don't use my phone. Does It mean I've got a bad reception and that's a reason for battery drain or is there something else? And is there a solution to 'fix' this?
Will my battery indicator on the screen never go past 60%?
Or will my status bar say my battery is "100%" even though it's only at 60% capacitance?
Or like, which firmware #s are the nerfed ones?

Hello
I have the following problem: i changed my original battery with an extended one (7000mah) and my LG reads the battery juice right until 5%. After that it just fluctuate between 4 amd 6 percent but I can use the battery like for another day. I assume it reads the original size of the battery (3000mah) and no matter how big is my actual one it just stops reading at 5%, where the original battery should probably die. I have tried to reset the battery stats with root apps but no gave any acceptable result. Is there a way to make my phone correctly read the bigger battery mah, hence the correct percentage?
Thanks to anybody who can help me with this problem.
My phone is an LG G4 (h815) with H-Rom Nougat on top of it.
Anyone have a (relatively) long battery stat that they can share about AOD batt usage? Wondering with the new SD chip how well it's working with AOD battery usage. If I remember, on my Note 10+ it was kind of enough to make me wanna turn it off in order to save more batt life.
Thanks!
So after a few days of using AOD, I noticed in the batt stats I can't see AOD's power usage like I used to be able to see on previous Sammy phones. Unless I haven't found the settings? I can't find it.
