Works just fine on the P2XL. Been on it over a day now, no problems that I've noticed since then :good:

The modules I use are working fine, and they've all been updated by their specific developers. However, YMMV depending on what modules you have questions about :good:

I don't really understand what's happening on my end then, I have the latest Canary Magisk version and I'm hiding Google Pay and Google Play Services, but I still get a message about the phone being rooted.
Problem here is that if I hide Google Pay in Magisk 19.0 it doesn't work- sticks at the Google logo. If I don't hide it, it doesn't work because of root/unlocked bootloader, so I'm a bit stuck in the middle.
Tried on rooted stock- same problem. Tried with elementalx kernel- just the same. Any ideas (pixel 2 btw)?

I feel your pain and that's exactly why i went straight back to pure stock at least until magisk is fully functional again WITHOUT any hiccups.

Google Pay never stopped working for me. It worked fine on version 18 and works fine on version 19. I'm running stock March security patch with Kirisakura kernel.

Wow , That is strange. I can't get it working for the life of me. Have been the other magisk thread extensively. Was hoping 19.0 would have fixed my issues but it didn't

I've looked at the threads also. I'm not sure why it stopped working for some people and not for others. I was one of the lucky ones I guess. Have you tried clearing the data for Google pay and Google play services? Some people have said that fixed it for them with version 19.

This is the fix
Magisk stable build, all latest official builds of everything else, nothing special. and Magisk hide on google play store, google play services and google pay then - Renaming com.google.android.gms to com.google.android.gms.bak (found in Data/Data) in root browser and then rebooting is the answer .

Hello Guys!
I found a debloat list a couple of days ago in the A50 threads and did it on my A70 via cmd. It was about how to disable and not delete those apps.
Yesterday I enabled back everything based on that list but the default Message (SMS/MMS) and Calendar app still not available. I tried to install both of them from Sammobile APKs but the installation aborted every single time.
Do You have any idea how can I get back this two app?
Maybe try to ask maker of that guide on A50 forum ( was that fablebreton) or do factory reset ( backup before apps and data) .

Hi,
Did someone figured a way to get HDR on Netflix with a rooted S20 ?
It used to work on my S10 with magisk, but no HDR on my S20 (Error 5.7)
Works with HDR desactivated though (Magisk module).

HDR works 100% on my rooted S10
Stock ROM ? If not, ask your ROM maker how he did this.

Question... how do you know HDR is working? [emoji848][emoji848]

According to live chat there are limitations on UHD
One of which Mobile Devices Will not play UHD only HDR
This isn't pointed out in plain sight and is misleading customers who think they are getting UHD when they are not.
I have a mipad with chinal rom.
Netflix worked well, but after I flash pad to global rom, Netflix not work anymore, they said not suit with pad.
Anyone have the same problem and know how to fix it?

Or magisk patch
Add Riru, MagiskHide Props config module,safetynet-fix from Magisk app.
Download and install manual APK will be fix

This comment fixed it for me:
Unable to install Netflix after rooting
So, I managed to root this beauty 1+9 Pro relatively easily. I got Magisk installed, and hid all the Apps that needed hiding. Even Google Pay works. But I can't for my sanity figure out why Netflix or Android OS 11 is refusing to let me install...
forum.xda-developers.com
Use Magisk hide and delete the Play Store App data.

Thank you so much! I've been trying for weeks! After MIUI update I couldn't use the Netflix app anymore, but now I can! I'm happy!
I installed the color os 12, there are nuances, but I liked this shell. I have a problem, I can not start Google Pay. The bootloader is unlocked and I don't want to block it. Dancing with certification didn't help me. Are there any options to resolve this issue? Or is it easier to use a bank card and not think about it))))

If using magisk 23 you need to hide gpay and all Google apps gms etc. If using alpha and zygisk use denylist and select these. I would also use kdragons last safety net patch. Worked for me anyway
Agreed on everything @toolhas4degrees said except I didn't need kdrag0ns patch.

It's mainly for platstore certification. You can also certify platstore by using magisk module props and using a verified fp

Same here and I'm not using the patch or MagiskHide Props config. Just MagiskHide (not Zygisk).
Thnx All
