Anyone using a Google Pixel 3a XL with Samsung watch? - Samsung Galaxy Watch

Is anyone using a Pixel 3aXL with any Samsung watch? Or thinking about it? I just got one. Great phucking phone!
Galaxy Wearable is listed in the playstore as incompatible. I had to side load it. But now it can't get anymore updates.
I guess it is still compatible with the regular Pixel 3XL.

How about other PIxel phones.
Is the Galaxy Wearable still listed as compatible in the play store?
.

Well, us Pixel 3aXL users can install and update Galaxy Wearable from Apotide. MF Samsheet!! Neil Anblomi (get it?)
https://samsung-gear.en.aptoide.com/
Still crashes after reboot and won't connect. You won't see the app is not responding message unless you turn on ANR (apps not responding) button I think. I have that turned on. When it says wait or close, your have to select close. Then you can open Galaxy Wearable and connect easily.
I am quite sure that this is the problem reported in Q. They can't connect and can't see the app not responding message I think.
You may see future posts by others with this issue. :cyclops: I fixt tit

Can't Setting up due to "Couldn't connect to internet" while the Wi-Fi is connected

Can't Setting up due to "Couldn't connect to internet" while the Wi-Fi is connected
hello everyone:
im a pixel xl user from China. Since google pixel phones are not offically for sales in China. and i got my pixel xl from the second market, so i don't know if the ex-owner purchased it from google store or carrier. At the beginning my pixel xl worked well with oreo 8.0. then last week i enrolled my Pixel XL in Android 8.1 beta program, but i found some apps not work anymore under the 8.1 beta, so i unenroll the beta program . and then i got a google OTA update of oreo 8.0. however after that , i can't finish the setup process due to "Couldn't connect to internet" while the wi-fi is connected sucessfully(see the attached pics). and i also tried to use the cellular network, it doesn't work either.
i also think maybe due to google services are blocked in China, that's why i can't finish the setting up.
and i tried to connect the hotspot of another cellphone which is connected VPN. but i get the same problem. meanwhile i can't unlock it with adb "oem unlocked is not allowed".
i have no other any idea how to do.
Can anyone please help me how to do ?
thanks a lot.

I have the same problem on my Pixel 1.
This happens with any camera; it depends on the refresh rate of the screen and camera. You could try changing your locale to the US or UK, depending on what you're on now. This usually changes the refresh rate of the camera.
Yeah, there are multiple threads at the Google Pixel forums about this. But don't waste your time going through them. They basically just say all phones have this, it's all in your head, reboot the phone, run it is safe mode. clear camera cache, blah, blah. Since nothing has been done about it since the phone came out, t is probably hardware and not software. I compared my Pixel 2XL to a Note 4 and Nexus 5X, and the pixel has the worst banding.
Here's a typical thread, though not the most annoying. In many, the shills will claim it is the same as all phones have, and repeat that over and over.

Yes, also got it, but as you said no AOD
To add some another watch faces
wipe health data and huawei mobile services then
change your location to UK using any VPN app like tunnelBear
Didn't the watch get an AOD option with 1.0.8.34 update?

Click to collapse
try that way but sorry did not work any other ways ?
My one is sitting on 1.0.8.60 for some time now. no AOD. If I remember correctly, I didn't get any 1.0.8.34 firmware at all, it jumped over the AOD version 1.0.8.34 from an earlier one. WTH huawei is doing here? I am waiting for this AOD for ages

ASUS ZENWATCH NOT WORKING ON LATEST ANDROID WEAR

Hello i always had the ASUS zen watch but i haven't been using it for a year or two in this pandemic. When i turned it on its so slow that i cannot operate. touch delays are very long. so somehow i hard reset it and connected to my wear os app (updated) and now i am getting "google play store stopped working message" and "android wear is not working do you want to force close it" also "Process System isnt responding" message. i successfully connected few times. even got notifications but after sometime i get the message again and the watch becomes extremely slow
Things i did--
1. Went to recovery and factory reset after clearing cache
2. Uninstalled wear OS and installed again.
3. Cleared Google play Services data and cache and tried again.
Seems like nothing is working. can anyone please help me to solve this.
I really love this watch and wouldn't want to throw it away.

MRX-AL09 Can't update to HarmonyOS 2.0

I have 11.0.0.227(C432E3R1P6) version on my Matepad Pro 10.8. I switched region to China in device settings, in My Huawei app and in App Gallery. Updater didn't find any update. I've even done factory reset and it didn't help.
Maybe there is an option to manually download and install HarmonyOS?
Same problem here, been looking for a few days on if it is possible to update to harmnoyos or not. Starting to point towards no.
Guys @mimss , I don't know how long this solution will last. Today I wanted to test an app which enables to use the tablet as a monitor or drawing pad. When I connected to my tablet to windows PC(with included USB cable) the HiSuite opened and required me to update it. I updated it to 11.0.0.650_OVE. After connecting the Hisuite with the tablet, I clicked on update, It showed me a new available update HarmonyOS2, so I hit download. now it is downloading and installing (Not done yet). A week ago I changed the My Huawei region to Vietnam also the App Gallery. so you should do it to. I also have the MRX-AL09.
