Bugs/shortcommings:- If you using two SIM cards and choose some SIM card for default voice call then after ~3-5 minutes after each reboot choosed default SIM card for voice calls changed to "always ask"

-Stock Snapdragon Camera app can't write photo on SD card. Use Internal memory. But Asus Camera can save to SD Card.
-ROM and kernel support fast charging but not showing charging speed because ZenUI use another method detection speed a place of time remainig!

-For unknown reasons, if you apply third-party dark colored wallpapers on your desktop, then the volume panel becomes grey with dark buttons. The solution, if you want to use your dark wallpaper with dark system theme and have a volume panel of full dark color - create your own theme by including your picture in the composition. This is done from the "Themes" application - the "Me" tab -My creations-paint roller-create a theme and then install it from the same "My creations" menu. Composition light system theme+dark third-party dark wallpapers have not this bug already
How to install:How to install:
1. Possible dirty install over my previous builds but I disclaimer
2. No need to flash any firmware because ROM installer is all inclusive
3. Need unlocked bootloader and TWRP 3.2.3.0 or newer
4. Download ROM and put to phone
5. If you using another ROM(not BORETS ZenUI56) then you should Twrp and make wipe>advanced wipe>data. IMPORTANT: if you used f2fs for data and/or cache in previous ROM then please format them in ext4 back because I'm not add this placebo in my ROM and in the kernel
6. Install ROM zip
7. Wipe dalvik-cache
8. Turn on phone and wait 5-10 minutes

ROM is multilanguage but some of my added settings in Russian,English and Ukrainian language only. Charging speed equal stock, I'm not like corrupt battery faster by adding 3A I still can not understand WHY NEED ULTRA SPEED CHARGING for device with FIVE THOUSANDS miliampere battery???

Don't need ULTRA HIGH Speed charging. Now using this ROM.
Dev, you really did a nice job. I liked this. Stable and smooth for me. Not faced any major bug.

I Uninstalled pixelmaster camera. Using other stock camera with Google camera. If you need details in you pic nothing is better than GCAM

boot.img already patched with lastest stable 19.3 magisk. after boot to the ROM you can click on Magisk manager icon then confirm downloading Magisk manager, install it, open it and you will see that device rooted

Aah downloading now with slow connection hope u update and move to better file hosting.
ROM review:
Pros:
1. Calls, sms, wifi, data everything is working smooth
2. Sound quality is great
3. ZenUi feels good
4. Both cameras are working as expected and pictures clicked were good
5. Magisk works so you can use hide feature for banking apps to work.
6. You have choice to control the battery mode
7. Adaptive brightness works flawless
8. Very less/no bugs
Cons/Bugs:
1. Not able to hide magisk manager with different package
2. Not able to open developer settings
If we see the bugs they are nothing compared to the AWESOME rom. It needs to be a bit smooth but with an update or more it will be more good than what Asus offers.
Good work @BORETS24 this is an daily driver rom.

For calibration miui compass: I read many guides ..... works well for me my method I use for some time, with all my devices with Miui rom:
position the device horizontally in the hand, the head of Z1C must be oriented toward the magnetic north (approximately)
away from magnetic sources (also PC)
Shake the phone for some time, by moving towards the north. (easier to do than to explain) - the device must always be in the horizontal position
or:
Turn on itself by 3 to 5 times, the device, in the hand (always in horizontal position)
I attach screenshots comparison with Xperia J My MIUI rom 4.12.5 - and successful calibration (sorry for fingerprints on the screen -)

Why strange? Its so simple question! Hope you understand diferencie between miui ports based on Cyanogenmod and miui ports based on stockrom? Its a big diferencie, you must know that! For example - stock rom based ports have all features from stockrom, but Cyanogenmod ports have nothing from stock rom, only Cyanogenmod features! My question was so simple: did our rom have micode patch over Cyanogenmod rom or our rom have micode patch over stockrom?

Exactly. I know the difference between Cyanogenmod and Stock rom. But certainly not your level of expertise, because if I'm not mistaken, when you already you produced from your kitchen rom - for MITAC A701 WM6.5 - I knew only turn on that phone.
But I learned to use kitcken wm6.5 I found a hobby that I'm in love.
I understand now! I have look into build.prop that you posted few posts back and it looks like build.prop from stock rom, so probably our MIUI is probably based on stock rom! Stock based roms is always better than CM so don't gave up since your rom is diferent than miui which you mentioned in first post (this)!

but always Miui changes DIMENSIONS character!
In fact, entering the menu: small miui / standard miui / Miui Medium / Large Miui.
For some time I use Miui (5) rom. And now using Miui6 find that everything is different (the font function is always the same) and I try to learn it ....

Yes thats possible. You have to choose one of the miui theme witch support it. Apply one of these and you will be able to activate the music app control via double tap on the middle of the lockscreen.

Yeah I read that earlier in a thread. Tried it with v6 Extended theme... I get the control buttons on the lockscreen but they don't work for Spotify
Not a huge problem since I mostly control everything with my Bluetooth headphones directly but still a major feature missing.
Plus the media controls in the notification quick settings only work with the music app from MIUI.
Maybe there will be a mod some time where you can change these things

IF not, please read the 6.0 procedure to flash this ROM. (JUST Re-Partitioning & Changing file-system)
If you come from nAOSP 6.0 b12, you can simply flash the ROM as usual (a clean flash is preferable if you migrate from 6.0)
Thermanager
By default if the device is too hot it will reduce the screen brightness and CPU clock.
When the device will be cool enough it will restore brightness and CPU clock but at 1.5Ghz only.
If you want to force thermanager to restore the clock to a specific value defined by an external overclocking tool,
you can edit /system/etc/thermanager.xml.

Themes are supported with Substratum only (OMS).
This is not a CM Theme Engine and so you can just use Substratum OMS themes.

It should be b12 for ACRO S. B13 was final for XS. My bad!

Thanks, it works stable. Little issue in night mode menu. After switch it didn't revert back, or while reverting into day mode it missing. You have to press 3,4 times in order to switch back into daymode.

you need to wipe data. If you have any important things just back it up. You could use titanium backup for your apps+data backup.
I've done a quick test of 7.0b06 with full wipe but without gapps. The rom seems to work extremely well. A few minor niggles, but all major functions worked:
Works:
- SMS, and I didn't have to configure the SMS central like in 6.0.
- mobile data after configuring apn.
- fm radio mostly
- Bluetooth audio
- camera and video camera
- Wi-Fi hot-spot
- micro sdcard
- usb mtp
Minor problems:
- Wi-Fi cannot connect as client when I use my other phone as hot-spot. Stops at obtaining IP address. Same in 6.0.
- fm radio kills Bluetooth audio until reboot.
- after closing fm radio app, I have to start it twice before it works again.
- no OTG (but neither has 6.0)
- the icon to disable Jack detection doesn't work (but Jack detection itself works fine)
- message: mtp has stopped when opening download file manager - or is that intentional?
If you're going to investigate any of the above, I'll try to provide logs or whatever else may help you.

Some bugs like mtp has stopped is fixed on 7.1 (should be available for Acro S in the future. Just wait @hitman-xda)
The icon for jack detetion is not enabled by default. You need to go to Settings/nAOSProm option to enable the manual jack detection. This feature is mainly for those with broken or mal function jack detection (seems to be a weakness hardware of the device). I will improve it to don't have to choose between manual/auto but to have something more flexible for those with random issue and for those who want to listen fm radio without headset (quality of the reception can be good or not of course.)
Strange issue for WiFi and phone hot spot. I'm intersesting about a logcat of the issue and I will check if some other guys have the issue on Xperia S too.
For FM, OTG, it is working fine on Xperia S so this is where someone with the Acro S device can help a lot. Maybe @hitman-xda will be able to handle / fix those problems.

Jack detection icon: you are right, I just needed to enable it.
Wi-Fi: funny, now it works fine. Could be my other phone that decided to act up. I'll try to get a log if it happens again.
Offline charging: indeed, it doesn't work, the phone starts normally.

I had a test , when I apply external 5 volt to my flash memory and connect it to phone , otg function works well and I could see its internal files with file manager and make a copy in phone
I hope you can solve this problem, mr mickybart told that it is about kernel of phone.
Another bug is when I use phone for playing video
Or listening to music after runing the radio the quality of voice is not good in lock screen mode and I should restart the phone to correct it and have a clerar voice in locked phone .

Location service not working.. Tried all combinations - GPS, WLAN and mobile network.
Hlo HDHR the ROM is awesome...bt only there is two prblm that I face
1- Heating issue
2- speaker sound is too low..I can't able to hear when someone is calling me...even in music

1- Bro its not heating, its over heating and i ask my frnds in respect of this who are using mi smartphones and they also told me that they r facing heating issues in MIUI 8.1 so thats why mi provides them a 8.2 update......there r some minor prblms in rom other wise rom is good?✌

Yaa internal memory gets full only by installing some apps....Right know i don't get any thumbnail or any other file who is taking too much space..Hopefully HDHR will know what is the prblm ?

Yes. It is a very annoying and weird problem in MIUI ROMs for a7k reported by many users...
I've not seen any fix yet.

Installation Instructions:
1.) Download Elite ROM v7.7 from 2nd Post.
2.) Do Titanium Backup always so you dont lose data with apps...
3.) You Must only have EliteTWRP as other TWRP's wont work... ( In 2nd Post too )
4.) Reboot to TWRP and Backup Everything including Boot, Data, System, Product, Vendor, Version (Most important)
5.) Format Data Once with EliteTWRP, then Reboot TWRP... Wipe Everything in wipe section (dont wipe sdcard)
6.) Go to Install Option in TWRP and install the Elite ROM zip file & Choose things Accordingly...
7.) Reboot with Pray
*If you still have Sync or Homescreen icons or Permissions issue, then try to change google services in k-settings OR replace vendor/lib64/libcutils.so with the one from ur previous rom or the one u had once worked using TWRP & wipe dalvic & cache... it will solve all your issues....
*No support for Magisk & Xposed Framework!!

Go to Product/hw_oem/ and delete all other folders except your original model name... Reboot
if still same, flash your original oeminfo again nd unlock BL...
2.) What to do if my Notifications for Chrome not working Like resume or pause ??
Go to Battery Settings, and disable the app in lockscreen cleanup which giving that issue... it will be fixed then...
3.) What to do if i have missing files in ROM ??
Surely you have region other than Europe or C432... Now flash oeminfo of C432 and unlock BL again or live without those apps,,,
4.) What to do if my Google Sync not working ??
Install Google Contacts App from Play Store and wipe cache nd dalvic,, it will work....
5.) What to do if deleting System Apps came back or not uninstalling ??
Use SuperSU and mount system rw with terminal,,, after remount, delete app folder using root explorer from system,,,
if it still dont work, mount system in TWRP nd Delete whatever you want to,,, be careful...
6.) What to do if i wanna go back to stock ??
Reboot to EliteTWRP, change data filesystem back to ext4, format data and reboot recovery,,, Now restore stock Rom,,,

ofcourse you can't... P10l using fbe encryption... which not supported in twrp yet... so use decrypted boot so decrypted data... someone reports that patch failing in installing... fixing it too

really thats the case ?? remove the asserts from main rom nd use meticulus twrp then to flash it... am updating twrp today or tomorrow...
What's the difference between k-settings rom and without k-settings rom
Looking forward to the updated TWRP. Can't format the data partition as well (cause encrypted).

Download Twrp From Here
################ The final Main installation procedure #################
1 . Download TWR.img ( only single file now dont worry ) copy in one folder
2. connect phone to pc boot your phone to download mode
3. open cmd in that folder
4. type adb devices
5. type fastboot boot twrp.img for temporary if you want permenant fastboot flash boot twrp.img
6. fastboot reboot
7. now wipe everything
8. now flash the rom
9. remeber if you are on slot a rom will install on slot b and press reboot to recovery again after installing rom and now switch to slot b and select reboot system now your phone boots to slot b
10. if you are on slot b rom will install on slot a and press reboot to recovery again after installing rom and now switch to slot a and select reboot system now your phone boots to slot a
11. congratulations AEX is yours .

If you start your phone it is cut, but due to the advanced setting aex provides you can adjust the notch padding in the settings, so it is fully visible .

Rom is very nice, but it feels like my battery gets mutch faster empty...

Can you post your screen details about battery? That's strange, cause AEX is a good friendly battery rom

Do apps are correctly implemented with notch?
So now I had a major problem. Sadly this ROM doesn't work with my Bloothoth headphones. I tested it only with the Xiaomi Airdots Pro. I can pair them, but sound isn't working so the device thinks it stream to the earphones but they stay quiet. However there is a side effect that showed that something in the process of tranmitting the audio goes wrong. If you watch a Video, while streaming to the Earphones, the video starts to play then stops stays at the frame for a second and then plays again for a second to stop again shortly and so on. Now I'm using the Chinese Stock Rom (even my phone shipped with global Rom ) where everything workes fine with my Earphones.
I would like to continue AEX but this problem sadly makes it unusable for me.
I turned of for testing all magisk modules and all system changing things, flashed the ROM again and so on. So it has to be the fault of the ROM . Hope you could fix the bug, cause this was the only problem I had so far with this ROM

It doesn't does anything beneficial. Still the area around notch is black.

Notch fixed?

I'm new to the ROM, but I'm having the same issue with my bluetooth speakers. It connects, the speaker makes the noise to show this and the phone shows it's connected. Audio shows as playing on my device but no sound comes from the speakers. Anybody any ideas?

Is bluetooth call working?
