[q] lg g3 upgrade

Dear all i just got a new lg g3 when i check for software upgrade from phone it say no new software. i installed lg pc suite and i clicked on check for upgrade i got a new upgrade it says :
current version : d85520c- none
latest version : V20C - L
should i upgrade or it will make a problem and which is better ?

when i open lg mobile support tool it says there is software upgrade do u want to upgrade?

OTA's can take longer to be available than the kdz (via PC Suite). upgrade if you want to. I'm not sure of the changelogs, but it'll be the typical bug fixes etc. if you're having issues where you are, perhaps it might be in your interest to upgrade

[Q] [V490] Has anyone updated the g tab 8 lte to lollipop?

Hi, I'm from Romania and everytime I check for new firmware in settings it doesn't find anything. Has anyone updated his V490 to lollipop? Any idea how to get the kdz file to update manually?

try using lg pc suite.
to see if there a kdz for ur variant and country follow this link (but change "XXXX" to ur imei/csn, check it under settings/hardware info):
http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn=XXXX
then follow the link below this line to download the kdz: <sw_url>

Thanks, for me shows version V49010B_00, so I guess I'll have to wait a little more because it's bought from Orange and it will surely take a long time. Can you provide the lollipop kdz link for your region so I could flash it manually?

is it possible the HW rev, to change from 1.1 to 1.0?

Hi guys, as the title says, is there any possibility the hw rev to change from 1.1 to 1.0? I have the h815 and as i was searching in the service menu (#546368#815#) i saw that the hw rev is 1.0 when in the label on the box says 1.1 (MEZ66471902(1.1)BL), also at SW original version says LGH815AT, now forgive my ignorance but AT is normal? the SW version on the top says H81520d
The label under the battery writes only the imei and the serial number, which starts with 601
Just to point out that i used LGUP to revert from MM to Lollipop to root and after a while to flash again the stock MM NLD kdz (the box says NLD so i thought that kdz is the right), so could be that? i have a feeling that flashing a kdz or rooting really messed up somethings

LG G4 cannot update to marshmallow kdz help

Hi i m kinda new to the flashing scene and i decided to upgrade to 6.0 from 5.1 stock.Decided to follow a guide for flashing kdz using lg flash tool.I have downloaded 4 different kdz but i cannot get past the mobile support tool.It says "Contact system administrator" in mobile support tool phase.So i used a 5.1 rom and it installed but after the boot it says "current version is not available for user. can't find matched cust for nt-code mcc/mnc".I m sorry if i come of as a newbie coz i am Kindly help me find correct version of marshmallow for my G4.help is much appreciated.

Use 'LGUP' better than 'LG Flash Tool'.

[H815] Enable oem unlock uncheckable

Hi,
I can't check "Enable OEM unlock", the box uncheck immediately. I tried a factory reset but same problem, so I can't do a bootloader reboot. Do you have any idea ?

maybe your phone its not a h815. says it is but motherbpard could be another variant. maybe am just guessing . but could be the reason.

I'm having the same problem with my LG G4.
It has the software version V20d-GLOBAL-COM.
I've seen that someone has solved it by updating via LG Bridge. But when i tried that it always says "Cannot check the software version. Try again.".
Can i just update with LG UP to V20G-EUR? And will that solve that problem?

Exactly the same issue as the topic poster with a recently received refurbished LG H815 (from Aliexpress), the blue case uncheck right after I tick inside. the case.

So it is impossible to enter fastboot in Adb command (I want to install a custom recovery as TWRP), what is quite strange is that Adb (when typing "Adb devices") just see the device as "LGH811xxxxxxxx device" ... Why LG H811 if it is LG H815 ???
I tried everything, messed up with many Adb interface drivers for windows.
Even tried to flash to Stock Rom with LG Flashtool and LGUP, by downloading LG H815 TOT files and KDZ files...and neither it is working.
Should I try with LG H811 TOT files and KDZ files...each file is quite big (1.6 Gb) ? And where to find reliable related files for H811 ?
